Cottage vacation rentals in Qualicum Beach

Josha and Sam's cabin was just what my partner and I needed to escape and unplug for a few days. The cabin is the perfect balance between spacious and cozy, it's very private and it's in a great location that is far enough away from the city for quiet but not so far that you can't easily explore if you want to. And you can't beat a soak in the hot tub on a chilly winter evening! We enjoyed our stay very much and hope to come back again another time! Thank you for having us :)

Judy's house is quite nice. Everything was extremely clean. It was really great that Judy had all the standard stuff you need for cooking and breakfast. Coffee, tea, sugar, salt, pepper, a spice shelf, olive oil, vinegar but also tabs for the dish wascher and detergant for the washing machine. Especially if you travel by air plane, as we did this a absolutely great. In the evening you can have dinner outside in the sun which is also an enormous benefit.

they've met me past midnight together (giving a feeling like I'm home)because I was running late on that day toured me around the house and showed everything I needed the house was well designed, spotless, and had pretty much every kitchenware the place was quite and charming I would recommend this place to my friends

I cannot say enough about how awesome this place was to stay as a family of 4 with 2 young kids. It has everything we needed and then a bit more. The views are spectacular and the place was comfortable for our stay. Would definitely go back in the warmer months.

Amazing place to be for a relaxing weekend. I would definitely stay again! Beautiful scenery, many nature walks & hikes nearby, and lots of amenities. Hosts were very responsive and accommodating.

Excellent place, gracious hosts. Beautiful beach house right near Trevor Beach Park and also the highway, five minutes or less to get into Parksville and there are lots of restaurants in and among the various resorts. Many thoughtful touches, including books and board games and even a small Christmas tree, highly recommended.

What a special place for our stay!! The hosts are so friendly and very welcoming. The cottage was warm and cosy both heat wise and with decor and amenities. We found everything we could want for a great time with a fully stocked kitchen and shelves full of games and books. We were intrigued by the property being a farm and a demonstration area for diversity in tree growth. Mt. Washington, one of our destinations was just a pleasant drive away and took us through a farming area. We felt so at home and enjoyed the quiet and great walking trails for our dog. We will plan another trip for a different season and look forward to another visit.

Me and my boyfriend had a nice relaxing weekend here. Very private and in a beautiful secluded area. The hot tub was perfect for the colder weather. Sherry was responsive and super easy to contact. Would definitely stay here again!

Surrounded by cozy farms just 5 mins away from downtown Courtenay. It was an amazing experience and we’re so lucky to have our stay here with Leslie, Mark, and Cubit! They were warm welcoming and helped us to get gas from the gas station at night after their skiing because I was underestimated how tall Mount Washington was. They just made us love this town even more. Definitely recommended to visit their lovely cabin!

Absolutely tranquil visit to the boathouse! Has everything you need. Margaret was very friendly and attentive. Gorgeous place you have created, complete silence and away from the hustle of cities. We will be back, most definitley. Thanks so much margaret!

Jon was flexible with our situation, we are locals to the street and had to do a restoration at our house. Worked with our budget and welcomed our dog! The house was perfect for our 2.5 month stay. Well stocked kitchen, cozy towels and ample space. Beds are a little hard for our liking but we made it work. Thanks again Jon! Would suggest to anyone needing long term and would be great for short term as well.

Loved our stay! The place was bigger than expected and was well decorated. Really comfortable bed and ambient fireplace really made our stay.

This was our second stay at the cottage and again it was wonderful. Don was helpful at every turn. So relaxing and peaceful. The cottage is like something out of a movie. The perfect place to make memories with friends and family.

Louise's cottage is so sweet and warm and inviting. She had so many thoughtful touches and amenities like battery operated candles everywhere, tons of pillows and throw blankets, and fresh local milk. It was a tough strange to have to go through a bedroom to the bathroom but we never had any issues with it. It was a very private and homey space with everything we needed and more :).

1 month stay here and enjoyed it immensely. Walking distance to Main Street with shops, restaurants and marina. Can’t say enough about the location and beautiful backdrop with amazing views. Quiet neighborhood. Allison was very easy to communicate with. Would stay here again!

We had an exceptional stay at the Innlet Hideaway. The house was beautiful and comfortable and the gorgeous view of the ocean was the cherry on top. Our host Donna was very responsive and also offered us the opportunity to check-in early which we took advantage of given we have young kids. We found the space to be very cozy and we settled in quickly. The rooms were spacious and beds were comfortable. The house had modern finishes and was nicely decorated so we found ourselves really enjoying the space which was especially nice since we spent a lot of time inside relaxing. The nightly rate was absolutely responsible and we would definitely stay here again.

Each time we come back the Mellow Yellow house is just as good as the last! This hidden gem is a short drive from Gibsons and minutes from Sechelt with a view that gives this home it's true charm. This wonderful home sits in the middle of the beauty of the Sunshine Coast. The hosts are very responsive and informative, and I would 10/10 recommend their home for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

We had a wonderful stay at this special place with the whole family. Our Kids loved it, we enjoyed the hot tub and the sauna in the middle of the woods, it was magical….Brain and Shanon were super nice and premium hosts! We would definitely come back

We had a lovely stay in Rachel’s guest house! It was cozy and private and a lovely get away from the city. We were within a 15 min drive to the nearest town which was great. Would definitely recommend Rachel’s place

I loved my stay at the little house. The perfect, home away from home. The location was perfect, near the beach, quiet, but just off the old island highway, so easy to navigate to the surrounding area. Thanks for the lovely stay.

Very comfy home, with a super cozy living room and bedrooms. Well stocked kitchen. Really beautiful backyard. The weather was cold and rainy during our stay, so this place was perfect to get comfy and enjoy a classic west coast winter. Keeping the wood fireplace going was a real treat, and something we looked for specifically in a place to stay. The property is just next to the highway, so I was worried about road noise, but with the windows closed I couldn’t hear it at all.

This place was hard to leave. The cozy vibe, little details, good books, plants, and amenities/accessories made us feel immediately at home. Me and my boyfriend had the best relaxing day, and taking a shower outside with the rain shower was awesome. The outhouse was really clean, didn't smell bad, and was easy to use. It was nice to be able to relax on the comfy seats outside. Verena was super friendly and she really made us feel safe and cared for. Also the bed is really comfy. The area is super walkable, we walked to an area that you can enjoy a pretty waterfront area. I want to come back here as soon as I can, seriously.

A beautiful hidden gem in the forest. Lovely trails near by, quiet location with walkable beach access, and a cedar sauna. Thank you for the perfect place for a relaxing girls weekend.
