The family and I had a wonderful experience at Stone's authentic house in Ilulissat. The house is super cozy with perfect views of the water and icebergs. Steen was a great host with great communication, who provided very helpful information both before and during the stay. Here we would love to come again! Top recommendations from here.

I was the perfect place for enjoying a few days in this really peaceful greenlandic village with lots to do on the doorstep (including swimming in the sea right outside the house). And the host made us really feel at home.

We could not have asked for a better experience. The place was immaculately clean, very well appointed, had beautiful decor, and was super cosy. We arrived on a bitterly cold day and the house was welcoming and warm (heated floors and triple-glazed windows!) We had everything we needed in the house to live comfortably. The location is excellent. There is a direct view to Disko Bay and the Zion Church, and it is within walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Anja, our host, was incredibly helpful and proactive - confirming everything was to our liking upon arrival, and quickly responding to any questions we had about our stay in Ilulissat. We highly recommend Anja’s place and Anja as a host - this was one of our favorite AirBnb experiences yet!

We loved staying at Mike's home. It is very comfortable and spacious; we felt right at home! It's within a 10 minute walk of the grocery stores and about 15-25 minutes to various tour providers. There are also loads of taxis to make it easier to get around. The house was really comfortable temperature-wise in January, so it was easy to dry clothing. Mike is very accommodating. He booked a taxi for us when my cell phone wouldn't make calls. He also sent a carpenter right over when we had a problem with a door lock. I would definitely stay here again.

This is a beautiful location with a priceless view of the Icefjord and a thoughtful and responsive host. The location is very quiet and secluded but easily walkable to the city center by two routes depending on which part you want to go (10-15min walk). It was so nice to have a little kitchen and cute table for breakfast or reading. The bed also was extremely comfortable with a cozy reading lamp. Truly a wonderful place to stay. My only complaint is the internet is quite slow I think just due to the distance from the router. The place would benefit from one of those cheap 200 DKK wifi extenders to improve the signal. Otherwise still deserves 5/5 stars as I spent very little time on the internet in such a standout location:)

We had a great stay at Anes apartment. The apartment is large and well equipped. There are exciting books and information to be found in the apartment. Fridge and freezer are big and work perfectly. You really felt at home in this cozy apartment. There are views of icebergs and to the northern lights from the balcony.
