We would like to thank the staff for their great hospitality, especially the gentleman who went on his own motorbike to help us locate a driver when he was not able to find the villa. Super friendly guy. Nice garden and clean rooms. You can also see the hot air balloons on the rooftop.

The Villa’s location is a bit off the beaten path, but worth it for the space - especially the pool area. The kitchen is well equipped and we managed to cook a few meals there. We had a noise issue with a construction site close by, and the hosts managed to resolve it within minutes. Great stay and would recommend it.

This is a spectacular house with friendly and responsive hosts. Very clean and look exactly as the photos. Got everything we need, peace and quiet place with walkable distant to public port to east bank. Strongly recommend all five stars!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Ahmed is a great host Trustworthy and reliable. He communicated really well throughout. Great at arranging two way transport for our family of four from Hurghada and back and transport to Valley of the King's. Ahmed recommended places to eat and best ways to move around Luxor. His prices were good with no hidden costs which immensely helped in planning our budget. Our girls loved the swimming pool, the villa is clean and well maintained. Muhammed Ahmed's son made lovely breakfast every day and was available to help with transport and shopping's. My hubby enjoyed the motorbike rides around the neighbourhood with Muhammed.We met their family and loved the rural location of the villa. We were able to experience something authentic and beautiful and as a family we are very grateful to Ahmed and his family for their hospitality, warmth and fantastic organisational skills. Can recommend this place to anyone who is looking for safe, however off the beaten track experience outside of Hurghada.

We very much enjoyed our time. Mohamed was an amazing host and made our time in Luxor stress free and went above and beyond in giving us recommendations and arranging transportation and anything else we requested. The entire team was super responsive and answered our phone calls or messages anytime we reached out! At the end of our time, checkout and settling up for costs of driver and other outings we did such as boats across the Nile that were arranged through the Villa, were just as expected. It was nice to have the all outlined on their price sheet. They even provided a very friendly driver and van for our large group of 10 to get around to the sites and from Luxor to Hurghada at the end of our stay. It was a nice comfortable and relaxing. If we return to Luxor we will definitely stay here again. We would highly recommend the Kassar Group! Thank you for your hospitality!

The room is clean and tidy, there is a private pool, the host is very friendly, I made a good drink of black tea, I look forward to meeting next time!

RECOMMEND IT! Very tidy and lovely AirBnb apartment equipped with everything you need. The location is very good in a peaceful and safe neighbourhood. I loved returning to the apartment after a long day to a clean and refreshing pool! Mohamed is a great host and there when you need him, Very nice and wants to share all he knows about the area. I had a great stay and if I ever visit Luxor in the future I will stay here again!
