Sharyn’s house is very beautiful. A great place to get away and just relax. The house was set up perfect to bring the kids, as well as friends/family. All ages had something to do in this house. Sharyn was super responsive and always willing to help if we ever needed. Amazing place and we are very glad we went to this house. Thank you again!

This cabin was the perfect spot for our little weekend getaway! It was very tidy with all of the essentials and more needed for our stay. Just a short walk to the lake for breathtaking views of the sunset!

what an awesome view going down the driveway to the cabin. Quiet,cozy and relaxing. Fishing was great. Small mouth bass and bluegill was what I was catching. We seen wild turkeys and deer and lots of different birds. Host was great in keeping in touch with us and the cabin was stocked up very well. We will definitely be going back! Thanks appreciate it! This is our third stay and it’s always so incredible, third time! This tiny home overlooking the scenic Mahoning River has become the place my husband and I go to unwind. The mere thought brings my BP down. ME really put a lot of thought into this build, tiny but not lacking anything, high end appointments too.

Amazing cabin with great views and walkable path, perfect for a large family gathering. Would definitely stay again! We had a temporary issue that was fixed within an hour so we appreciated this! Living room furniture can use an update/clean but don’t let it deter you as the cabin and beds were spotless and well stocked.

'Just Breathe' Cabin absolutely lives up to its name! It is clean, cozy, charming, relaxing, simple, and surrounded by peace, calm, and nature! Kris was an absolute gem who made the whole process incredibly easy, and was very flexible with us, when we needed it due to the very long distance we traveled. We definitely plan to be repeat guests, next time we are in the area!

Perfect place to escape to for a peaceful wooded retreat! Excellent and communicative hosts along with a clean space. The place was fully stocked with plenty for kids to do especially the clean hot tub. A great destination!

The house and property were absolutely beautiful. We had so much fun hiking the area, going in the canoe on the lake and using the hot tub. The house was very clean and the host was very fast to respond to messages. The kitchen was very well stocked with necessities. Loved the attention the detail in the decor. They do have well water so you may have to plan accordingly if you are not used to drinking well water. Also the host does request your email after booking and sends a 7 page, detailed contract that requires signing within 48 hours in order to keep your booking. I’m assuming they must have had some very bad experiences with guests previously and with such a nice property I can see why they would want to keep it nice. Overall very nice cabin for a nice relaxing weekend!

This property is lovely and very nicely decorated. We really enjoyed staying a couple nights here playing games, hot tubing, and hiking nearby. We had a couple hiccups. Kitchen faucet handle stuck a little and so we couldn't get water to flow. Owner sent someone immediately and it seems we just weren't pulling it hard enough (sorry, didn't want to break it). Also, the wifi password in the instruction had a typo but we figured it out nonetheless. Also, can opener didn't work well (kind of broke) so hard to open our corned beef hash for breakfast. Other than that, accommodations, accessories, and all else was great and home owners were responsive. Thank you.

We had a great visit. Loved our cabin and we were close to great restaurants and wineries. Loved it so much we sent link to our son and his girlfriend as a potential wedding venue for them down the road.

My love and I stayed at Cabin 1 for our Valentine’s celebration, and we were very happy with our stay at Standing Rock. ✨The location is country and serene, with rolling hills, valleys, and vineyards. The close proximity to the wineries made it ideal for touring the region. (Less than 10min drive to many of the top wineries). ✨The cabin has everything you need for 2. We enjoyed the hot tub on a cold, snowy night. Everything was very clean and fresh, well decorated. The bed was very comfortable and plush. It was just as described!

Was wonderful, great time with husband to reconnect with our marriage!! Thanks for everything!!

We had a wonderful stay at the "log cabin"!! The hot tub was a huge hit, we loved the big dining room table, and also appreciated the 2nd living space in the basement. If you're ever looking to stay in Hartville, this is a great home for large family gatherings.

This place is a dream! The cabin was better than described. We wanted for nothing! Checking in was seamless. We enjoyed lazy days of reading and fishing and hanging out with our 7 month old and our pup. Winnie left us fully stocked—even firewood for the wood burning stove which we thoroughly enjoyed. It was more than enough to keep us super toasty during our stay. The river and surrounding area was perfect for hiking (plan to use a baby carrier rather than a stroller). The cabin is cozy and spacious too. The kitchen was well stocked and was perfect for cooking a big pot of chili to feast on. There were ample art supplies, books, and games. We sincerely hope that Winnie will have us back again as we can see this cabin becoming a family favorite.

The cabin is just as it was described, cozy, in the middle of beautiful surroundings, and “off the grid”. It was exactly what I was looking for when searching for a place to stay with my dog to refresh and recharge. We enjoyed walking to the creek, watching the wildlife, and spending time on the porch watching it rain.

We couldn’t have planned a better weekend getaway. The grounds were beautiful. The cabin was clean and comfortable. Leigh and Matt are friendly and accommodating hosts who wanted us to have the best experience they could offer and they met every expectation we could have imagined. We will be recommending Bison Trace to all of our friends!! Thank you for a great weekend!!

We showed up and the place was clean and smelled good. Molly even left us home baked cookies which I gobbled up immediately. The beds are super comfortable and the river being right next to the cabin, I slept with the windows open and slept amazingly!

We have stayed in the past and plan on making it a regular stop when in town to visit family. Great brewery and restaurant about 5 minutes down the street and enjoyed a fire in the back when we returned.

Travis is a great host. Anytime we go to that area we will try to stay at his place.

Nice view of the lake from the front porch. There are several cabins in a very quiet and well kept area. We plan on returning when the weather is nicer. The hosts are very responsive and there is plenty to do nearby. The cabin is super cute with all the amenities!

Marks cabin was absolutely gorgeous and extremely peaceful. I loved how secluded it was. I thoroughly enjoyed my weekend stay at his property. If I am ever in the area again I would 100% stay there. Overall I had a great weekend at this cabin.
