We had to book this stay last minute due to an unforeseen emergency at the other place we were staying. Lana contacted me as soon as I made the reservation. They had guests checking out the same day we were checking in but she made sure to get the home clean and ready for us even though it was the 1st of January. Steve was very friendly and helped with getting into the home. It was such a smooth process! The home was a dream…lots of entertainment options and beautiful lake views! All the mentioned amenities plus more. It was so wonderful we extended our stay. There were 16 of us and everyone had a place to sleep. There are 2 bathrooms upstairs for the 4 rooms and 2 on main floor with 2 rooms. The fifth bathroom in above the garage in an amazing open space with a few beds and an entertainment center. This area was perfect four the young adults. They spent their time there or outside. We barely saw them LOL. I would return in a heartbeat to this lovely cottage!

This is our 2nd stay @Sheffield Shores and it did not disappoint! The house fits our family and it is well-appointed! We cooked meals, hung out, and enjoyed the fire pit. We are hoping to book a few days in the summer so we can enjoy boating and the lake!

The home is on a beautifully maintained lot with an amazing view of the lake and a dock to sit on or pull your boat up to. We enjoyed the views from the house, the dock and the pool! Everything was in prestige condition. Eileen was a wonderful host with clear communication.

This place was everything that I expected plus some. The atmosphere was so peaceful and beautiful and I had an amazing time. The host communicated quickly and the instructions were very clear.

This is a beautiful home, and maybe the most well stocked Airbnb we have ever stayed in. The location is remote but the house and lake are so beautiful we did not mind! Overall a great stay!

Perfect place for our family Thanksgiving week, truly a home away from home. Beautifully-decorated and furnished, the layout suited our family of eight, with upstairs master suite a spacious sanctuary for hubby and me. With the fall colors as a backdrop, our sunrise and sunset views were spectacular from the back porch seating area. The kids enjoyed fishing off the dock, navigating the pedal boat, and soaking in the hot tub. Our hosts’ attention to details made the stay. Home was immaculate, well-stocked with essentials for cooking, books to read, games to play, and even a white-noise machine on our nightstand. Town is 20-25 minutes away, so planning is required when grocery shopping, although there is a small convenience store & gas just four miles away. Would definitely consider booking this property again in the future.

We were running behind time and arrived later than expected. The hills felt like a rollercoaster. There were so many deer roaming, through the day and night. When we arrived, we unpacked and rode back to town for groceries. Everything else needed was there already. The space is beautiful inside and out. It was very quiet and peaceful. Neighbors are friendly. It’s about 25 minutes from town so grab what you need while you’re out.

Amy and Chris were incredibly responsive to any questions and needs. They provided an amazing Christmas stay for our family. They were helpful before, during, and after our stay. We will definitely stay in their home again.

Beautiful condo with views of the lake. Quiet and comfortable get away!

We are so happy we found this location when looking for a place to stay close to Milledgeville and close to part of our family that was renting a big house about 7 minutes away. It worked out perfectly for us - close to family, right on the lake. Plenty of quiet space for our daughter to keep up on school work and fabulous wi-fi. We highly recommend Coops Landing for breakfast! Tasty, staff is so friendly and it is close by!
