Our family checked in on the 7th floor. There were elderly people and children. The host very kindly provided drinking water. Since we were on a flight in the early morning, they also specially prepared instant noodles and coffee drinks for us. It was really very considerate.The house is very big, three rooms, three bathrooms, very convenient to use, and there is a balcony with sea view.The location is right next to Gaya Street and Jesselton Pier, there are several 24-hour supermarkets downstairs, it is very convenient to go to Gaya Street for food or to the pier to catch a ferry.By the way, the pool view on the top floor is also very good. It's really nice to soak in the pool and watch the sunset in the afternoon when the sun is setting. It's a great first stay. I'll definitely book again when I come to Sanya.

We definitely enjoyed our stay. Many good things to share: 1. Very conveniently located, right next to the ferry terminal. 2. The building has a variety of good restaurants, convenient stores, KTV, mani/pedi, spas, travel agencies, etc. 3. The infinity pool was spacious and great for relaxing in the sun while admiring the sea. 4. An ensuite washer and free parking made our stay easy. Not every unit in the building offered them. 5. Loke was very responsive and communicates effectively. Thank you for having us. We would recommend this place to others.

Perfect place to stay in Kota Kinabalu. If You step inside apartment and see this beautiful poolview, then You realize that is my holiday. You stay in the middle KK Times Square, but you don’t feel it at all. In the apartment and around the pool everything is quiet. In some reviews guests said there is a plane noise, but you can stay everywhere in KK and you still will hear aircraft noise. It was very nice communication with Charlene. Easy to check in and out. Definitely will stay in Charlene apartment again❤️

Really great stay in KK. Air bnb is in a good location, close to the jetty. Apartment was as described and perfect for four. Beds were comfortable and linen and towels were clean.

Great place to stay. no free car park but easy to find a parking lot. Not concerned. drinking water provided. Not buy water. overall is satisfied

Everything else was fine. the place was at the center of the city, a lot of people with cars therefore the parking is moderately hard to get. we had to circle 3times until we get a parking.

Mark's three-bedroom flat is neat and clean, with great sea views on the ninth floor. It is conveniently located near convenience stores, restaurants and shops, all within walking distance, in a clean neighbourhood. The kitchen is well equipped and the drinking water dispenser is extremely handy. Transport is easily available and if you rent a car there is a parking space that goes with the flat. The daily cleaning service and 24-hour water supply (unlike in some other blocks in complex) are added advantages. Mark responded promptly to our questions, making it so much easier to plan and make the most of our short stay. I would not hesitate in recommending Mark's flat. We first met Mark as a kind and gracious host, and we now think of him as a friend. Thank you Mark for making our visit to KK so special.

The place is suitable and comfortable for large family..got some hiccup here and there eg during my stay the pool was out for maintenance, the bathroom water pressure was very slow, the air fryer was broken..but overall, im satisfied and will consider to stay again in future..

Great place for family, clean, comfortable, downstairs is shopping mall, free parking & swimming pool, playground for kids. Host is very kind, helpful & responding. Will stay again in this place.
