Vacation rentals with lake access in Pushaw Lake

We walked in and the Christmas tree lights were on and Christmas music was playing. It was lovely. It's a beautiful home and very cozy. Having a bedroom and full bath downstairs makes a difference for many of us (young and older) who may have trouble navigating the stairs to the second floor. This location is nice and quiet yet close to all the essentials. I spoke with Dottie before our stay and she was very nice, helpful, and informative. Thank you again Dottie! The house was an amazing location! We thoroughly enjoyed the sunrises & sunsets while grilling dinners in the evenings! The house was very clean and Robert was a great host. I mess him to ask if there was an axe on site. He responded that there wasn’t but that he would get firewood for us the next morning. It was so awesome to sit around the fire at night and hear the loons calling. It was very relaxing. We had to travel at least an hour to do the site seeing we wanted to do but we expected that. Overall was great and I’d recommend the house to others!!

Chris was very communicative from the beginning. Very peaceful and quiet place. Overall, our experience was amazing. We highly recommend Chris and his place, if you want to have great gateway.

I live nearby but had friends visiting from Germany and wanted them to have the "camp" experience. The house is beautiful and very comfortable. My friends loved it as well as being right on the lake. The place was exactly as described and we felt right at home. I'm hoping this place is available whenever we have friends visit because I would definitely book it again.

Right from the beginning of the booking, the experience was exceptional. Communication was great, house was perfectly set-up, clean and peaceful! All of the amenities, furniture, and furnishings in the home were perfect for a lake house! Little details were thought of by the hosts —even a bouquet of flowers. Highly recommend this space for families who want a peaceful and spread out home for their family but also great spaces to bring everyone together. Truly an exceptional experience in all areas.

Great location. My husband was running in the Lincoln marathon and the finish line was right by the house.

My husband and I have stayed at Michele's place 3-4 times over the past year while I travel for work at the hospital. Located 15 minutes from the hospital. The place has a beautiful lakeside view from porch and through sliding glass doors, especially during the fall. Nice fall decor and plenty of soft cozy blankets. Comfortable couch and recliner. Good wifi internet connection for us both to access work remotely. Vents and mini-split keep the place warm in the fall. Mini-split and fan keep it cool in summer. Clean renovated bathroom. Good communication back and forth. Easy check-in. Washer and dryer in the unit was a huge plus as we have an infant that creates a lot of laundry and also because we had a longer stay. Would definitely book this Airbnb again if my work takes us to the area in the future. Another bonus is there is an amazing French bakery a couple minutes away. The best pastries I've had anywhere and I've lived in big cities like NYC, Boston, Philadelphia, etc.

I enjoyed a recent 2 night stay at Naomi’s place, and there was much to love about it! While it was definitely a hike to and from Bar Harbor, returning back to the privacy & peacefulness of this property in the evening made it absolutely worth while. Above all we greatly appreciated how clean the unit was upon arrival. The beautiful sunset views and access to kayaks to enjoy the pond were a major plus. The accommodations were exactly what we were looking for, and we’d definitely stay with Naomi again next time we visit the area!

This is a great place to stay, even better than it appears in the photos. It was not just clean, it was immaculate - and for an extremely observant nurse - that was awesome. The unit had easy access with a slight gradient path and only two steps - which was very helpful for us as seniors. The firm bed was very comfortable. Barbara was responsive and thought of everything, including having delicious specialty coffee for us - Thanks. She even had a cooler in the closet for us to use when we went to Acadia National Park. Like I said, she truly thought of everything. If we return to this area of Maine, we would love to stay again. We enjoyed our stay.

We loved our week long stay! The cabin is awesome and location is perfect. We spent time at Bar Harbor and Acadia. The lake is beautiful and so peaceful. John and Maria were great.

Alan is very welcoming and helpful. The lights and electronics are all very efficient and eco-friendly. And what an amazing bonus, to have top-class music fifty steps from our door! Gorgeous views of Cadillac Mountain, all lovely. Acadia is an hour away, Blue Hill Peninsula has lots going on, and Bucksport and Deer Isle are a short drive away. We will visit again. Had a great time. The house was clean and orderly. We had easy access to Bar Harbor and Acadia National Park, they were only 30-40 minutes away. We also enjoyed the very short walk to the water front to enjoy the views and the cool breeze off the water we even saw a lobster boat one evening! Definitely would recommend and stay here again!

We had a great and pleasant stay! Everyone was so friendly, especially Zeke the dog!! My son loved him! The sunset on the lake was magnificent! Beds were very comfy, and kitchen was great with everything you'd need. High-speed internet with Roku TV!! Felt like home! Robert, and his family were great hosts!! Thank you

Camp Chickadee was a beautiful and peaceful retreat. Greatly enjoyed the scenery and wildlife of Molasses Pond. Instructions and information for the stay, check-in and check-out were very clear and Ron was proactive in reaching out prior to stay. Appreciated the local recommendations for the area, as well as the kayaks for exploring the pond. Was a great base for exploring Acadia National Park while having a scenic and private retreat to come back to at the end of the day. Looking forward to visiting Eastbrook again in the future!

Kurt and Jackiee were incredibly helpful and friendly. We loved staying at their cozy little cottage that had great views of the nearby lake! Would recommend to others looking to stay in a more secluded area that is still a good distance from Acadia National Park.

Debbie's place was lovely! Incredibly beautiful area, comfortable and cozy living room and good location. Both Bangor and Acadia aren't too far which is quite nice. The one downside is that the place is not within delivery distance for restaurants. But it's only a 20 minute drive to Ellsworth so it is easy to drive to restaurants! Would definitely stay there again.

I had an amazing night and got to see the most beautiful sunset. Although temperatures were arctic, Deb made sure the cottage was comfortable and it definitely felt like home walking in. The kitchen was very useable for any needs. Her hospitality was phenomenal and I couldn’t have asked for better. It’s a great place for just a couple or to bring your children and would recommend it time and time again.

Our family had a lovely stay at the Lupine Cottage. Such a peaceful spot. We enjoyed getting out on the water in the kayaks and sitting out in the Adirondack chairs listening to the loons and barred owls call. Nice central location for exploring Acadia and the mid coast. Thanks Kim & Stacy for the precious memories!

Robert was very attentive making sure everything was as expected, also checked in during my stay to see if I needed anything else.
