Beachfront vacation rentals in Puntas

We had a great stay in Jeanne’s villa in Rincón. The location is amazing - beautiful, secluded, relaxing and will lots to do nearby. We booked on short notice and the host went the extra mile to make sure the villa was ready for us. Communication was also great. Everything was spotless when we arrived. The villa is well furnished/stocked, comfortable and exactly as pictured. Thank you Jeanne! Hope we can go back soon!

Everything was as described. The best part was the beach right outside the gate of the condominium. Clean and great to swim in.

The villa is great. Great location and lots of restaurants and beaches nearby. Villas has enough space, very comfortable and with easy access. Naycha is a super host. Super responsive before, during and after our stay. Highly recommended.

We just ended a wonderful week in Rincon at this perfectly located condo. We were able to walk to everything including the beach, which is directly across the street. The condo itself is just as described and was very comfortable and safe. Luis was incredibly responsive to all of our inquiries during the week. We had an issue with the beach umbrella umbrellas and by the time we returned from the beach, there was a new one waiting for us at the front door. We look forward to returning next year.. Highly recommend.

My family and I felt right at home. We loved the comfortable beds, giant tv’s, and the espresso machine. The pool was very welcoming after a day at the beach. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend.

Arlene and Ivan's place is absolutely gorgeous. We enjoyed their pool and views. They also had beach chairs and a cooler which came in handy for the whole trip! We adventured around to all the various beaches: Maria's was our favorite spot. Their place was in a perfect location for us to enjoy the local areas. We also loved using their outdoor grill for one night. The outdoor shower was also a fun touch! The water came out of a conch shell! Arlene was so sweet and accommodating, allowing us to have the place to ourselves but also giving us fresh mangos one morning too. We cannot recommend their place enough! Thank you again so much for our stay. We will for sure be back!

We had a great stay. The home is very clean and they have thought of everything. Marco and Magda were very good at checking in and also gave us a great restaurant recommendation for Thanksgiving dinner. We will definitely stay there again, when we come back to Rincón.

This was my third time staying in this area of Rincon and I definitely want to return to this place. Feels like we hit the jackpot. Loved this apartment and the owner was very accommodating.

Traveled as family of 6 (4 teens) was hesitant to book when I found the listing because of no reviews at the time, but the house/pool are incredible. 1. Location beautiful and quiet. Kids surfed a lot at popular breaks in Rincón + drive was shorter than our last stay. Walking distance to bakery/restaurants + grocery store (w/ everything we needed). 2. Hosts were fantastic. Questions ahead travel were all answered quickly (recs for taxi, excursions, restaurants) + all excellent. We arrived to a tray of fresh fruit and beach towels. 3. The blackout. We had two days/nights without power on New Year’s Eve/day. Our hosts brought a generator for fridge + charge phones ASAP. We were running low on bath products + I notified host, next thing, there was a care package on our door step of essentials and treats for us and kids. I literally cried, it was a kind gesture during a stressful (NO fault of hosts, entire island impacted). Beautiful house, beach + kind, generous BEST hosts!

This was our second time staying at this villa. Our trip was scheduled right when tropical storm Ernesto made it's way around the island. We did experience power outages which is expected- there was no generator in place but our host Maricel went above and beyond to make us as comfortable as possible. She was so attentive to our needs bringing us food, solar lights, water, battery operated fan, and was in close communication until power was restored. The 24/7 on site security where also very reassuring in terms of safety. The most recent upgrades where a plus. It is beautifully furnished and the home decor adds a warmth to the villa making it feel like the perfect cozy beach home with all the added essentials in working order, appliances, electronics etc.. The location is very private with beautiful sunsets. Perfect for meditation, walks along the beach and even a nice swim. Restaurants and local activities /excursions for families are not far and easy to find. We will visit again soon

We had a great time at Leanne and Keith’s condo. The communication was great, everything matched the description online. It’s a great location, right on the beach, walkable to several different restaurants and bars. The rooftop terrace was a great place to hang out on. We liked it so much that we booked their condo for our next vacation after our first day there!

We have been traveling to PR for over 15years, this is by far our favorite place to stay with the family. Very convenient location if you’re a surf family. The grounds are super safe for the kids and the pool overlooks the surf break called Rivermouth out front. Will definitely stay here again!

Tom and Lynette have such a lovely property right on the water. They have excellent communication and we're very hospitable. Definitely take advantage of the beach but if you don't have a surfboard, dont go swimming. it's as powerful as the warning signs advise you about. The third floor terrace is a great place to watch the stars on a clear night that reminds you how small you are in this world. The beds and bathrooms are very spacious and accommodating, and the kitchen is well stocked with amenities. The property for sure had a, "home away from home vibe"

This place is perfect for a couple or group of 4-5 that are looking to be immersed into the surf scene/culture that Rincón has to offer! It’s in a perfect location to easily access all of the great breaks, bars, and restaurants. We did not want to leave!

Great location and beautiful view!

Location is great on Sandy Beach. The home was clean, recently updated and has a great view of Sandy Beach (can't beat that while enjoying your morning cup of coffee), sunrise and sunset. Amenities were perfect for what we needed (loved the blue glass plates - it stands out after seeing plain white dishware everywhere else). Blackout curtains are super helpful if you are not a morning person. The rooftop was a pleasant surprise to watch the sunrise and the sunset. The combo of AC & ceiling fan in every room is wonderful to have when trying to cool down the condo after coming back inside on an extreme heat index day. It is located next to Rd2Happiness for surf lessons and board rentals. Walking distance to Tamboo for a wonderful sunset dinner and/or drinks. And other options within walking distance to check out (Mango Beach Shop, Big Kahuna Bar, Jack's Shack).

We had a great stay! The location was perfect. Right by Maria’s beach, less than 5 minute drive to Domes beach and less than 10 minute drive to Sandy’s beach! My husband was able to surf the few days we were there! The staff at Caddy’s Calypso’s were so nice and helpful. The latest the bar closed was 11pm and the noise was never a negative factor in staying here. The room and bathroom were clean and spacious. Would highly recommend staying here, and would stay there again ourselves!

We loved the villa! The grounds are really well kept and is beautiful. Loved being right by the beach and taking walks there. Very close to town and other beaches. Axel was an amazing host giving great recommendations and provided extra blankets when we needed them for the kids. Having beach gear was a major plus. We had everything we needed for our short stay. Highly recommend.
