Villa vacation rentals in Punta Prima

Very nice and functional villa, large private pool with several relaxation areas and meals, nice garden in a quiet area close to golf. Well air-conditioned villa appreciated especially in these high temperatures. Very responsive host. I would definitely recommend this rental.

We stayed for two weeks in June 2024. During this time we felt very comfortable in the house. Questions or concerns were answered and resolved promptly, kindly and reliably by the responsible administration. The house is well equipped and was handed over to us in a clean condition. The pool was cleaned once a week. We would definitely have another vacation in this beautiful and spacious house.

A great place to stretch out and relax! Jemima was very responsive through the whole process! We really enjoyed the endless amenities within the property and the ability to feel at home. The house looks exactly like the pictures. It is very modern, generously sized and offers every comfort. Everything is very neat, clean and in very good condition. The water in the pool is clean and clear, maybe a little cool due to the season. The roof terrace offers sensational sunsets. Wifi works impeccably, the TV offers Netflix, Amazon Prime etc. The sofa, the chairs at the dining table as well as the beds are very comfortable. The city is a 5-minute walk away. The beach is reachable in 5 minutes by car and really nice, with a great beach bar. Natalia and her husband are very kind hosts who immediately respond to any question helpful. We fully recommend the place.

Lovely house in a good location on vistabella golf, really good amenities around the house, nice and spacious for a family holiday. Location is good but do have to drive to other areas.

What a wonderful villa, just minutes from the beach. The villa had everything you could need and really lovely communal spaces. The balcony on the first floor was our favourite! Alex was always quick to respond and really helped us with our arrival - from transfer referrals to being on hand to help receive - and unpack - our online grocery order! We really appreciated the flexibility on our arrival and departure time too. Thanks again Alex - we had a fabulous time in your wonderful villa!

Amazing villa, we spent 10 days here could easily have stayed longer. Perfect location with a bar with AMAZING food right next door. Communication with Cristina was great too. 10/10!

Fabulous villa in a good location. Comfortable and clean living area. Good sized bedrooms and an amazing rooftop terrace. Made great use of the pool and patio area every day. Good communications with a very helpful host. Highly recommended. 👍🏻

A fantastic luxury house in great location. Very well equipped with everything we needed for a family stay. Great outdoor space, great pool and massive terraces. Naomi who hosted was very helpful and attentive. Overall a great experience for us in area we will surely return to.

Nice place plenty of room and really clean

From our initial booking to the time we were at the property, Pascal was quick to respond and very helpful. Also the local concierge sorted a few initial issues promptly. Great location for local amenities and a 15 minute drive to the local beach. Highly recommended and we are very likely to return next year!

A lovely house typical of the area. 7 mins drive from the beach and a large shopping centre and 2 minute walk to local pubs/ restaurants. It was clean and tidy and would recommend it if you wanted to stay in that particular area.
