Beachfront vacation rentals in Punta Gorda

The house is exactly as advertised. Clean, safe, spacious, fully equipped and by the beach. The hosts were ever so helpful. We enjoyed the table tennis. And had lots of room for game playing and meals. You can walk to a couple restaurants from the house. In January 2025 the hurricane damage was still extensive to the key. The public beach and the state park are closed, quite a few businesses are closed, there are many houses that are destroyed and need to be demolished. There is a lot of construction going on with the rebuild which affects traffic and noise. I imagine in a few months things will be much better as there is a lot of work going with the rebuild. But was worse than we expected not being from the area.

We had an amazing stay here for a month over Christmas & New Year. It was everything we could have asked for. The heated pool was great on the chilly days. Fishing off the dock for catfish was fun. The neighbourhood is extremely safe and everyone is very friendly. Seeing the burrowing owls when out walking was a highlight. Cindy was on hand to resolve the very few issues we encountered within 24 hours. The kitchen has everything you need and there is a good sized gas bbq. Smart TVs in all the bedrooms and the main seating area. The beds are large and very comfortable. The cooling system worked well when it was needed, but being winter, the ceiling fans were all we needed most days to keep cool. The pool and gardens are well maintained. There are plenty of restaurants nearby and a choice of supermarkets in the area. We can't recommend this place enough.

We had a wonderful time in Fort Myers, Andy’s place had everything we were looking for and was exactly as described. Super responsive host and always available to help! Looking forward to come back!

We really enjoyed our stay at Maria’s. The home was gorgeous, clean and peaceful. The property is in a nice and quiet neighborhood which we appreciated. Maria is also very responsive, and warm. Thank you Maria!

Very nice, open, great set up if you have 2 families staying together. Master bed was extremely comfortable! Great area.

"Ganny and Gandpa Orange House," as my 3-year-old Grandson called it, was a terrific place to stay. The house is beautiful and homey. We didn't fix any meals, as we ate out, yet by looking, there is everything a person needs to cook. We initially chose this house as it was available and close to family who winters in a Condo one block over. I'm so glad we did. The pool is heated and relaxing on a January day. The family enjoyed the day. We were close to family and very close to the beach, restaurants, and nightlife if you choose, yet quiet and relaxing. The host answered any questions quickly, and there was excellent communication! We will be re-booking!

House’s location is perfect. The house needs some updates but very functional. The kitchen has everything you need to cook meals. Plenty of towels, bed sheets and games. Paul was awesome answering all our questions. We really enjoyed the Island lifestyle. Exploring on the golf cart, having ice cream at the Shop. My family had a blast at the beach and watching the amazing sunsets!!!! Definitely coming back!!!

The house is in a great location as it’s very walkable to the Cape Coral beach. The house is also well stocked with plates, pots, glasses as well lots of beach chairs and toys for the kids. Overall A+

We stayed for a week and enjoyed every minute. The early check in time was fantastic. The home was just like the photos. It was absolutely beautiful and the decor was amazing. The beds and linens were extremely comfortable and the living room was a great place to gather. The hot tub was so relaxing but David went above and beyond to heat the pool for us so my husband who has a spinal cord injury could stay comfortable in the pool and do his therapy. Every room had an air purifier and it was extremely clean. The neighborhood was friendly and Mama’s Restaurant and Farlow’s on the Water Restaurant at the end of the street were excellent. David (and Chad) were awesome about answering questions and responding so promptly even though there was a time difference where they were. Can’t go wrong with this home.

It's a nice house with big bedrooms and bathrooms, centrally located in the island's neighborhood, so you can quickly get to either side of the island. We had a few minor issues, but Amy always responded quickly and got the problem fixed as soon as possible.

We absolutely loved staying at Joe and Stephanie’s place! It had everything we needed and more! Such a beautiful house, and so clean and comfortable. We had plenty of space for all 10 of us to hang out in, and even though the Florida weather was unseasonably cool, we did manage to have a beautiful day in the pool and hot tub and a relaxing boat ride as well! We really enjoyed riding the bikes down to the farmers market, and having the fishing gear available for us to use was awesome! The board games and the pool table were great for the cooler days, and the beach chairs and umbrella came in handy for our one day at the beach! The grill was perfect for cooking dinner right at home, and there were plenty of utensils and dinner ware for preparing meals with ease in the spacious kitchen.The beds were clean and comfortable, and there were plenty of beach towels and toiletries for all of us. Loved the big screen tv for movie nights too! And the decor is well thought out! Would stay again!

A super responsive and thoughtful host who certainly makes sure the guests feel well taken care of. The place matched the pictures and description of the host. Well kept, quiet & clean place. The best beaches and good restaurants are easily accessible from the location. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

We had such a wonderful time at Diane’s place. It was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. We enjoyed heading out to local attractions and coming back in the evening to relax watch movies and enjoy the pool and hot tub. I highly recommend staying here.

The house was fantastic! So peaceful and tranquil… the house was stocked with trowels and kitchen accoutrements and condiments . Her suggestions of golf cart service and grocery delivery were spot on with the nicest, friendliest people ever. The peaceful atmosphere was so welcoming and wonderful. Can’t imagine a more beautiful vacation spot. Hurricane Debby ousted us early but and act of God can’t be helped!!! I’d go back tomorrow!!!!! Thank you Amber for letting us gather in your home!!!! Apartment was clean, accessible, and quiet. Never heard anything upstairs. The pool was nice, but the jacuzzi was even better. I would recommend to anyone. We also liked the fact that Valerie provided a couple of chairs for the beach. Close to Publix and kitchen had everything we needed for a couple of meals. We will go back and stay at this location

Well what can we say, this is our fifth or sixth time here and we have already booked another trip. It’s our favorite place in Nokomis!

I stayed here two weeks after Hurricane Milton. Deborah was very helpful with communicating the current conditions post hurricane, Manasota Key is a beautiful area that will likely rebuild stronger than ever. Would recommend this location and host.

My second stay at Mike and Patty's - both experiences were great. Location is perfect, kayaks were available, and the units have been clean and well-maintained. Manasota Key is still cleaning up from the hurricane, but Mike and Patty's place was completely repaired and ready for business. I look forward to the next time!

Great experience, we will return. The amenities and supplies were well thought out and generous! I did not want for a single thing. Even extra poopie bags for my pup! The local was friendly and SAFE; we felt as though we were among friends. Debi, our host, was immediately responsive and helpful with any small question. And the pink flamingo decor was perfect and added to the whole experience! Thank you, Debi!!

This was my 1st experience booking in Airbnb, so, I was with many doubts about the place, location, if the house will be as the pictures, etc but when we arrived to the house, all that cons disappeared. The house is in an excellent location, you can walk to the beach and is less than 3 minutes away with the car. The house has everything you need, including some condiments and all cleaning supplies you may need. Was perfectly clean and all very organized. The communication with Mariya was incredible, she always respond very quickly and friendly, was always on top of our needs. I definitely recommend her and the house and I would love to come back.
