Good place to stay, central, clean , tidy, comfortable rooms, the pool is very rich and a quiet urbanization.

Perfect House to stay with family and friends! Stephanie and staff were super helpful. This place exceeded our expectantions! It’s even prettier than what you see in the pictures!! Best beach in the island to go with kids is only 5min walking.

Very happy with my stay. Just what I needed. All services (water, electricity, gas) were never missing. They also offer cleanliness and it was great. Very close to the shopping areas of Margarita. The building is in very good condition and functional elevators. The building's employees are very friendly. I would come back without hesitation. Also the view of the sea is beautiful.

This place has a beautiful view. Very nice apartment tidy and clean. It has everything you need. It has its own underground garage which comes in very handy. The location is also perfect as you not only have access to a Beach right In front… but also nearby restaurants. The best ones in Margarita. Access to the Building is super convenient from main avenues in the area. It’s the perfect spot to Stay in Margarita for social nights like dining. And then central to all the best Beaches on the island. The pool is also very nice, only used it once as I only wanted to spend time in the Beaches. Definitely worth your visit

Unforgettable experience

A warm place, with everything you need, I felt at home, beautiful ocean view, across the street is the beach, in general the best thing is the location, within walking distance of several restaurant options, a pharmacy and Downtown Beach Club.

An excellent place, I recommend it 100%. I would go back a thousand more times, I really loved it! And the treatment was super excellent, I give you a 10/10

The apartment is spectacular and Marlene is a super host, friendly and helpful. Every detail is designed to make the experience unforgettable. The apartment decorated with good taste exquisite, bright, spacious, with a privileged view over the sea and with everything you might need to make the stay memorable. Very easy check-in and check-out, the spot where the key is kept simplifies everything for a beach stay and all Marlene's directions are perfect and unbeatable! The apartment is equipped with everything you need. It has two bedrooms and two comfortable and spacious bathrooms. The unbelievable tidiness and cleanliness. The perfect directions and there is nothing to fault. The impeccable lingerie, towels, crockery and kitchen. I would highly recommend it! We'll definitely definitely go back!
