My family and I enjoyed our stay at Edwin's property. We stayed there for about a week. It looks exactly like the photos, the neighborhood was very quiet for the most part. The apartment was easy to check-in and it was very clean inside. Everything worked from the A/C, t.v., washer and dryer, constant hot water, daily trash pickup, comfortable beds, etc. There is an elevator which I appreciated since there are apartments on Airbnb without them. Edwin was very helpful and communicated with me from the beginning of my stay to the end. Our family also enjoyed small pool that they have on the premises. It was clean, it has a pump and the water was chlorinated. It's centrally located and is about a 5 minute drive from the Monument, supermarkets and restaurants. I'd definetly stay there again.

Pedro's place was amazing my kids and I felt at home. The neighborhood was very quiet. Pedro answered all my questions and replied to my texts immediately. The only sad part during my stay was that the amenities were under construction. We were not able to use the pool. Overall everything was amazing 👏

The apartment as shown in the pictures. It is not in the center of Santiago , but it is a few minutes away, super comfortable, very organized and clean, it has everything you need for a short or long stay. I recommend it and I rent it again when I come back to Santiago. Mariel, very Cortez and with quick communication.

Rosa's space was beyond gorgeous in the views that it offered. The wrap around deck in the back is a space of dreams! If you are looking for relaxation this is your space!!... Beyond the views, the home is very comfortable and very well appointed. The location is perfect. Is was easy to drive into town for any needs; supermarket, currency exchange, bank, and restaurants abound. Solanni who is the care taker for the property offers local cooking, she can cook dishes of your liking at the home or bring to you already ready to eat. We chose to have her come and make an evening of cooking local dishes... out of this world and at an incredible value!.... Rosa was one of the most attentive hosts I've dealt with. Quick responses, clear in instructions, and terrific recommendations from places to eat to activities in the area. We were coming back after 50 years, used to live on island, and the experience was just what we were looking for. We will be coming back!
