Vacation rentals in Puljane

A lovely well equipped apartment. The roof terrace was just lovely too, fantastic sunset spot. Tea, could not have been more helpful and flexible. Location was ideal for old town, supermarket, and banks. A great place to stay when in Zadar.

The place was just awesome! The decor is really great (exactly our style!). It was extremely clean and Tonka greeted us personally and was extremely warm. The location of the property is perfect for visiting Zadar or Paklenica National Park. We felt very comfortable and it was one of the best we've had so far.

The villa was even better in person than the pictures and description in the listing. It was exactly what we wanted and even more. Having a pool and braai/barbecue right next to the ocean was so special and the jacuzzi was a bonus. Ivan also organised a SUP and kayak for us to enjoy which really made spending time at the villa even better. Thanks Ivan for a very special week at your place and for all your effort.

We loved everything about the little house. The terrace was just incredible and the bed is very comfortable. The ocean view is amazing and Josipa is very friendly.

Great modern villa with a handy supermarket just over the road. Felt very clean, had three large double rooms and a swimming pool (which sadly I didn't get to use due to the weather) Private at the time I was there as the neighbor in the house that overlooks was away. The host had great communication with me throughout the stay and I felt safe and comfortable in the location. Unfortunately during my stay they were digging up the road so it was very noisy most of the day. A real shame as I currently live on a building site at home and would loved some quiet- but that is no fault of the owner- just unfortunate. The weekends were blissfully quiet though- with the chickens clucking away instead. Loved the little apartment round the back- super en suite shower room! Thank you for a great stay and I hope you got to enjoy some of the food and drink I left for you too! :)

We had a great, Zorica’s hosting was great, welcomed us warmly and was on hand should we need anything. The location was ideal, a short walk to a supermarket, a taxi distance into Split all whilst being peaceful and remote too

We had a wonderful time in Rogac on Solta. The apartment was just as pictured, super nice, clean and exceptionally well equipped. We enjoyed spending time on the large terrace overlooking the sea. We were there as a family with two children (10 and 12) and without a car. Ana and her husband were very helpful and drove us by car to the ferry terminal on arrival and departure, for example. Otherwise, we were traveling on foot or by kayak. The ferry terminal is about 20 minutes on foot. Here there is a kiosk and a simple pizzeria and of course the ferry to Split, which runs several times a day. To the nearest supermarket in the neighboring village (2 km and a steep hill) we needed approx. 35 minutes on foot. We also did a hiking tour to a fantastically beautiful bay on the sparsely populated south side of the island (4.6 km). Thanks for an unforgettable vacation.

The place is highly recommended. The host speaks fluent English and had a solution ready when there was a problem. Unfortunately, the private loungers on the private beach were very hard and some were broken, but the selection was still large. The way to the beach is very short.

This was the perfect spot to stay in Split. It's incredibly close to the beach and some great restaurants, and very easy walking distance to explore the old town centre and Diocletian's palace. Because it's on the lower ground floor it stayed cool and welcoming after a hot day even with the AC turned off.
