It’s a very nice and clean place, and it’s quite close to nearby malls. The host is very friendly and provided detailed instructions for self check-in and check-out.

Excellent accommodation especially those who wanted to travel to Singapore else well with the excellent location located nearby the JB CIQ centre and it is also a shopping mall. The apartment is extremely clean & comfortable to stay. Besides, the owner is very friendly and kind to provide us advice and tips on our trip which give us a big help in avoiding some unnecessary problems and also offer us for a ride to the station when we check out. He is also be very patient in waiting for us to reach his house to pass us the keys even though we are late due to the traffic on the road.

Easy and helpful instructions from Host, hassle free checking into the unit. Very responsive Host, appreciate his help in letting me to check-in last minute at 2300 hrs. TQ 🥰 The decorations are exactly as shown in the pictures. Clean and nice place for relaxation (with full amenities), everything new. I have washed and dry up all my clothings before leaving. Thank you for providing the washing powder. I will definitely bring my family or friends to check into this unit again. Highly recommended. 😍🥰

Top notch customer service, they personally checked up on us to see if everything was okay with our stay and I felt the genuinity in them to give us the best possible stay. We had a slight issue with the remote but they were very prompt in sending us help and that was something we didnt expect and were truly grateful for. Keep up the great work guys! Normally what makes you choose between an Airbnb and a hotel is whether there is a washing machine. Ann’s washing machine also has the dryer function, and the dryer function is no difference from a real dryer. This is impressive, especially for a family with young children like us. From their house, you can see that this is actually their home, so you can assure yourself that the house is being taken good care of. Sparkling clean, no bugs, full of sunlight, good complimentaries. I wonder why so few people lived here before. Maybe it’s because the hosts also live in their own house from time to time, that’s why the occupancy rate is lower than usual. So all in all, this house is like a tiny hidden gem.

the host was very responsive especially if you have question. the view was fantastic and the place is so clean. no problem with sockets because the place has many extensions. had a very great stay 💛

overall a very pleasant stay, clean apartment, comfy bed. the unit is also kid-friendly as it is stocked up with toys, games, storybooks and activity books. host is very responsive and helpful too. no issue with dining options as there are many restaurants below and across the road. will definitely be back.

It was a little hard to find the place at first because you would need the access card to pass through the link bridge, so you would have to cross the road first to the lobby of the building in order to get the card before you can use the bridge afterwards. But beyond that, the place was very well kept and very clean, and the best part were the amazing views the high floor provided. Bed was very comfortable too!

This Encorp Marina unit is spacious, master bedroom with bathtub. Easy self check-in even for late check-in is fine. Host is responsive and gave clear instructions and recommended tourist spots and nearby food areas. Thank you.

Cindy place was fantastic. We had a wonderful stay. We were there for our Spartan event and the location of her place was perfect. It was close to the shuttle pick up as well. We had a quick check in- every detail was shared by Cindy. The view of the marina from her balcony was amazing. Her place was very clean and tastefully decorated. All facilities was provided and in good condition. The cafe at her place accommodated us well with yummy meals and great smiling services. We loved our stay here. The eateries was conveniently located. We had all our meals at the restaurant and the mall beside her place. A very strategic location with beautiful views too. Very safe and only 30 minutes drive to Senai airport. Taxis are easy to find- they usually parked in front of the mall. Overall, we loved her place very much. She also had complimentary toiletries and snacks. Thank you very much Cindy. Ours was a short 2 days stay but will return with family.
