The location is fantastic! Nearby to the Breach, Shopping and easy drives to all main attractions otherwise nearby

The little bach on Percy is great for a small family with a dog. There are all the necessary things you require for an Air BNB, it is about 5 minutes walk to the beach, and 10 to the shops. We enjoyed the comfy nature of the property and slept well in the queen bed and our daughter in the single bed. CJ supplies milk, oil, gladwrap salt etc as well as a nespresso machine (note there is not frother not that we were bothered). The full size fridge is a bonus. The bathroom is small but has all you need including hair dryer, and shampoo and body wash is supplied. CJ also supplies both bath and beach towels which is amazing. The road is quiet. There is a fan for the hotter nights / days, which is sufficient though it was a little hot in the first night we stayed - so just note there is no air-conditioning at this property. All in all, CJ is a responsive host, her property is perfect with a dog - fully fenced - and private.

Antony’s place was ideal for us, a family of two couples, a young child and two small dogs. Being in Terrace Avenue, a short distance from the beach, the walkway/cycleway, Tay Street Cafe and a supermarket, suited us perfectly.

Wonderful townhome right on Marine Parade. Able to park on site and ditch our car for our holiday. Stella is accommodating and quick in communications. Would love to return!

Beautiful and private. What you see in the photos is what you get. There are just enough amenities to feel comfortable but still feel removed from the world. 2 nights wasn't long enough and we already can't wait to come back!

Wonderful clean self contained below owners home. Rosemary was amazing, friendly and quick to respond. Really clean and easy to walk to shops, our foxy/schnauzer was welcomed too. Would definitely stay again, clean, tidy and everything we needed was there!

Great stay and highly recommend. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. It was also a great size with a nice outside area for eating. The complex facilities were great with the mildly heated pool, spa, gym and sauna. Good location, walking distance to shops, restaurants and the beach.

Beautiful home! We had an absolute blast. In a great location super close to the supermarket and a few other shops. We loved our time here and will rebook if we are ever in Tauranga

Location is fantastic and the decor is much nicer than the pictures. Due to proximity to everything you may get woken up at 5AM each morning if you're a light sleeper. The kitchen is well stocked aside from the oven that I couldn't get working. Elizabeth was helpful with coordinating a mail delivery. Loved that there was a walk-in closet and two bathrooms. Place was super comfortable and convenient. 💯 would recommend.

We loved our stay at the avo inn! All exactly as described - super cozy and with everything you need for a relaxing stay surrounded by beautiful gardens in a peaceful environment. Best of all was that we were able to bring our doggo with us. The property is perfect for furry friends - fully fenced and secure, and they even had dog bowls ready. We will definitely be back one day. Thanks again!

Great spot for visiting Maunganui and surrounding areas. Very clean and well presented. Great off road parking, lovely new kitchen and bathroom. Nice rear garden for enjoying a quiet evening. The beach is only a very short walk away. Thanks Chris for being a great host.

We had a lovely stay here. Peaceful but so entertaining for the children right on the park and across the road from the beach . A really lovely family holiday and so well equipped.

This home is absolutely breathtaking! We would not hesitate to stay here again in the future. The view of the beach from the kitchen and lounge room is spectacular! Everything in the house felt luxurious - from the glasswear to the towels. We met the owners on our last day and they are just beautiful! The manager, Jayde, was super helpful in providing local recommendations for us. We had such a great time in Mount Maunganui.

Wow!! This place was amazing. Can’t wait to come back and stay again. Our only regret was not booking it for longer. Very peaceful, and plenty of space. Access to the beach items (towels, boogie boards, umbrella, chair), having the washer and dryer, and screens on the windows were added bonuses. Well stocked house. Such a relaxing beach town vibe in the whole area and easy to get to local spots.

We had a brilliant stay at this gorgeous airbnb. Easy walk to the beach and local cafes and easy commute to Tauranga city for work. We were looked after very well for our longer term stay here. Thanks so much!
