Unit has everything needed. High on hill, with convenient 12 minute walk to waterfront (and steep hike back!). Recommended

Great space, we booked this home for our family Christmas Day 2024, and had plenty of space for the family, the large deck area was perfect and plenty of outdoor seating space for everyone.

The photos don’t do this place justice! It absolutely exceeded our expectations. After spending our childhood in the sounds and then moving to Australia, it was so lovely to be back here and this was the most perfect place to stay. It has everything you need and more. If I could give it 10 stars, I would. Can’t wait to come back.

Had a nice overnight stay at Jacqueline's tiny home before catching the ferry very early the next morning. Easy half hour drive to Picton. Everything was as described. Very comfy bed and peaceful neighbourhood. Excellent communication with Jax, friendly and quick to reply. We really appreciated being able to have our small dog stay with us and also the variety of snacks and breakfast ingredients. Thank you, Jax!

My family had a wonderful stay - the house is very comfortable and well stocked with everything you could need. Felt just like home. Beautiful yard space as well. Highly recommend!

Rhonda and Max are great hosts and the cottage was beautiful. They picked us up from the train and gave us a ride to the ferry when we left. We were greeted with a wonderful view, fresh bread, eggs and a charcuterie board. There are at least two hikes right from the cabin and more if you hike down into town. The hot tub was very nice for soaking after our hikes. It was fun having a front row seat to the train going by a few times a day. All in all an excellent stay!

Wow what a beautiful stay we had over Christmas. You cannot beat the views in every room of this place. The house is gorgeous and clean from top to bottom. The kitchen has everything you need to cook any kind of meal and so well equipped for a group of travelers. I can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay here. Thank you for a wonderful holiday, wish we could have stayed longer.

Kingfisher cabin is a magical place. It has every comfort and the most amazing view. We swam at all the spots suggested in the helpful notes, did the nearby walk at Cullen Point and walked up to the lookout above the cabin. All in all we had a wonderful stay.

A really beautiful spot to have a relaxing holiday. The place had everything we needed and more! The beach itself can be a little sharp with the oyster shells but there’s plenty of other good beaches just around the corner. The hot tub and the egg chair on the balcony got a lot of wear. It was a little bit too cold for the plunge pool but also a lovely spot by the pool. Claire was responsive and helpful getting us a new bottle quickly when we realised we were a bit low on gas for the bbq halfway through our trip. It was a great holiday and we would definitely stay again.
