We were very well hosted by Philippe. The accommodation is very well provided with small attention (dish soap/coffee capsule/washing machine) welcome when you arrive . I would recommend this place

This area is very lovely. Agde beaches are beautiful and feel very safe. The house is in a great location right next to the beach and the headland. We saw parascending and enjoyed the cute land train. We were out of season so a lot of places were closed but this did not stop us from enjoying the area.

Well-located apartment, quiet with parking space. The accommodation was clean and well-equipped. I recommend and will come back.

We felt very comfortable at the accommodation during our five-week stay. The location to the sea is particularly great, in 3 minutes you have already reached it on foot. The kitchen was well equipped and the bed very cozy. The bathroom is pleasantly large. Bernard, who stayed above us, was always very friendly and very quick to reach. Gruissan is a cute little place and worth a visit. The only small deficiency is that the Wi-Fi is rather weak, but you can also do well without Wi-Fi, as the place is so great!

Thierry and his wife are very kind people. We sincerely thank them for their hospitality and the quality of their service. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The accommodation is well located, close to shops, the beach and the city center. It is very clean with very good bedding as well as all the necessary household appliances and even more including a dryer - useful in winter - and food available. We were delighted with our rental and will be sure to call Thierry again during our stay in Valras. I would recommend this place to visiting tourists because it has a great value for money. Very happy to have stayed here. Gruissan is a lovely place, and Arnaud's apartment is in a perfect location - beside the beach and only a short walk from the port. Lots of restaurants and shops around. I recommend the big sandwiches at Friterie du Nord (just across the road from the apartment), I go there any time I'm in the area. Apartment was comfortable and well-appointed - I didn't lack for anything whilst I was there, and the view is majestic. Finally, Arnaud and Odette are both very nice.

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy house! Though it’s not large, it’s perfectly equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The host was incredibly friendly and always ready to help, making our experience even better. Highly recommended!

It was great! The accommodation feels luxurious and has everything you need. The beach, shops and restaurants are 50 to 100 m away. The home has an outdoor space that is enclosed between apartments and other gardens, so you can sit quietly outside. Everything is enclosed so that even small children can play outside without problems.

Beautiful stay at Frédéric's. The small villa is very well located, close to all shops and the beach. Inside, you can find everything you need to make life easier for us and make it pleasant for us. Our host's aunt is a very charming neighbor, and Frédéric is very friendly, and has good advice. We will be delighted to come back to rent in this very charming place.

Perfect! Very responsive host, we booked last minute, late morning and the accommodation was made available before the scheduled time (impeccable cleaning). The house combines all the advantages of a village house with the services of a very well-equipped villa. Very well located in a pretty village... We only want to come back soon!

Everything was absolutely perfect, from the pristine cleanliness to the top-notch amenities that exceeded our highest expectations. We spent a week at this place and were very satisfied. The accommodation is well maintained and the kitchen is very functional. Everything is in walking distance. I want to clarify that the person who takes care of the rentals is very nice and above all very responsive, everything is well notified in the accommodation and especially before arrival!!!! Sabrina was very welcoming, even when I checked in late after riding the train in. The studio was remarkably clean, and decorated with nice modern decor and the kitchen was stocked with everything I needed to prepare my meals. The Cap bus stop is only a few feet away from the resort entrance, so I didn’t even need a car for shopping or sightseeing, though the marina cafes and shops are only a ~5 to 8 minute walk, depending on fast you walk. The volcanic sands beach on the Mediterranean wasn’t far either. Laundry is on sight, which was very convenient as the laundry machines accept card payment. Sabrina is very responsive. Perfect little place for a lovely European getaway. I look forward to visiting again. Merci Beaucoup 🇫🇷

The kitchen was very well equipped, nothing to say. The location of the apartment very well located next to everything with a magnificent view of the harbor pleasant in the early morning with the sunrise. Leone is a very nice and friendly person. Thanks again. I had a lovely holiday.

Great stay at Gilles' place. Welcoming and warm host. We took full advantage of the surroundings because it was easy to access. Lots of entertainment are offered during the summer period. Restaurants, bars, and other merchants are in direct access which is really a plus. We would definitely recommend the accommodation offered by Gilles.
