An incredible ocean-front condo with sweeping views that was pristine clean and beautifully decorated. The whole experience was so high-end! This unit is in a professionally managed condo tower that was so luxurious, with every detail accounted for and even professional housekeeping that left a 68-point checklist of everything they cleaned before arrival. Condo itself was immaculate - everything like new. Well appointed kitchen if you need it but ate at the onsite restaurants and they were fantastic. A gorgeous place in a very, very secure location. Michael was a great host - very responsive and kind. Will be back!!

Zia Beach Retreat was perfect! We could not have had a better time, the beach was right across the street and very clean and the sand was soft. Romy is a fantastic host and our apartment was spick and span and I've not seen a better equipped kitchen! Everything was perfect! Thank you so much Romy!

This was a fantastic experience. Ellen was helpful and super responsive. The condo was spotless and very comfortable. The view was out of this world of the pools and ocean beyond. We enjoyed the onsite restaurant and there is even a small store for anything you might have forgotten. On site security was great and comforting. They were friendly but definitely were there for safety. Location on Sandy Beach was perfect…it was quiet and not too much of a party spot, which I definitely preferred. There was even water aerobics with a group of snowbirds who were very nice. Ellen even was able to give us a late check out which was really sweet. I will never stay anywhere else as kind as there is availability.

The apartment was very nice and private. Comes with private parking and fairly quiet. Very cheap and worth the money. I asked if it was possible to check in early and they were fine with it. I'd definitely be back. Highly recommend.

Marina's condo was beautiful! We had everything we needed, comfortable bed, blankets, pillows, living room also had a sofa bed, plenty of towels and beach towels provided. The kitchen also had everything we needed to make coffee and cook if needed which I really appreciate having new appliances to use. I'd definitely stay there again!

Wonderful place in every respect. Had a couple of minor issues, sliding door sticks, blender leaking question about microwave. She sent someone immediately, fixed the door, brought a brand new blender, showed us the microwave trick and helped us find a mechanic for some minor car trouble.

We loved staying at Matt's place. This condo is well maintained and very clean. Awesome view of the beach and pools around the resort. I definitely recommend this place to anyone, as Matt is very responsive and helpful.

Beautiful place, great view, beautiful sturdy furniture (im a big guy), super comfy beds. Bring shower shoes, stone can be slippery.

Dionisio’s place was just as described and very close to literally everything. Away from crowds so quiet when you want it to be. Any questions I had he responded quickly. Very clean and comfortable! Only things I’d note was I wished there was either paper towels or separate kitchen towels as the only towels we had were our two bath towels and one wash cloth. Additionally there is a great oven available but no adequate pans to use. These things don’t change the rating nor our desire to stay there or the time we had! Just notes for future guests! Oh! And it says “no hot water” on the listing but they DO have hot water!
