Great place, modern, clean and good layout. Extra toilet. Supermarket within walking distance and enough place to park safely. Very nice area that is just outside the hustle and bustle of the city. Late check in was possible and Marjen's response time was very quick. Immaculate apartment with 2 good bedrooms with good beds and air conditioning both upstairs and in the living room. Price quality is all good. Thank you!!

It was a wonderful stay. The apartment had everything you needed. A lot was already there . Also ice cream and chips for the kids . Flexible check out and great recommendation were given to us. We had a very pleasant stay at Ovi's apartment. Thanks to the prior communication, the apartment was very easy to find, and any questions were answered immediately. The apartment was also very clean. What really stands out is the fantastic view—it is truly unique. We would definitely recommend this apartment!

We had a lovely time at this apartment. It really is set up for families as Nik&Carol have thought of everything! Cutlery, plates, high chair, bath, baby rocker, toys, socket protectors and even extra bedding for the beds and the cot which were very helpful. It has a lovely terrace with toys and places for the little people to play. The beds are also comfy. They have a lot of beach things including towels, toys, chairs.. so you can just walk down (5 minutes) and enjoy the amazing beach and view. We would highly recommend this place for people traveling with little ones.

We have enjoyed staying at the apartment with our 2 year old daughter. The apartment was clean and had a lovely very large and secure patio area overlooking the pools. Lovely jacuzzi which was hot! The beach is a short walk away, though it is down a hill. Responsive host

What a beautiful house and place:). I have only good things to say about everything. Very good communication from the owner and good instruction how to get there and how to get innside the house. Everything seem new innside the house and very well Equipped i didnt miss a thing. I Stayed for two months and i would like to stay Even longer. I never met any problems there. Everything was perfect:)

We had a perfect stay! Apartment is very clean and has everything you need. It was nice to have a parking spot in the garage.

We have spent a month staying at Pablo's place. The host was responsible and helped with if any issue arise. The apartment has enough storage and all the electric appliances at the house worked well. Neighbourhood was quiet as we visited off season and it's located very close to the sea.

Lovely ground floor apartment not far from the castle and the city centre. The apartment was clean and very comfortable. The first morning we had a problem with the shower as it was starting to run cold. I contacted Teresa and she was very quick to respond. I upped the temperature on the water cylinder and all was great thereafter. I would definitely stay again if ever in Alicante!

We loved the apartment, we had privacy since it is inside a closed one, the location is excellent, the tram is coming out, the area is very quiet and familiar. The apartment was spotless when we arrived and Sandra was very kind to welcome us, it's definitely a place we recommend

We stayed at Helga‘s place for two weeks as part of a workation. The apartment is absolutely beautiful! The view from the balcony, the furniture, the entire place is just amazing. Everything was great. We will definitely come back!

The penthouse is beautiful, with all the needs, spacious and very very nice. It is very well located a short distance from the beach. The pool just below is great for refreshing and the kids really enjoyed it. The terrace is the best! It's the thing we enjoyed the most! Diana is very friendly, super quick and attentive to whatever you need. We will definitely repeat.

A lovely home with everything you need, and has beautiful grounds. Situated well within walking distance to the beach and restaurants. The area feels incredibly safe and relaxed, even at night. Ania was a fantastic host, always responding in an efficient and friendly manner with plenty of ideas and recommendations to make your stay the best it can be. We will return to this wonderful home from home.
