Great place, modern, clean and good layout. Extra toilet. Supermarket within walking distance and enough place to park safely. Very nice area that is just outside the hustle and bustle of the city. Late check in was possible and Marjen's response time was very quick. Immaculate apartment with 2 good bedrooms with good beds and air conditioning both upstairs and in the living room. Price quality is all good. Thank you!!

It was a wonderful stay. The apartment had everything you needed. A lot was already there . Also ice cream and chips for the kids . Flexible check out and great recommendation were given to us. The pool is great and everything is within walking distance and we were with 4 children . There was even shampoo and everything possible. Thank you it was beautiful. Thank you

We had a lovely time at this apartment. It really is set up for families as Nik&Carol have thought of everything! Cutlery, plates, high chair, bath, baby rocker, toys, socket protectors and even extra bedding for the beds and the cot which were very helpful. It has a lovely terrace with toys and places for the little people to play. The beds are also comfy. They have a lot of beach things including towels, toys, chairs.. so you can just walk down (5 minutes) and enjoy the amazing beach and view. We would highly recommend this place for people traveling with little ones.

We have enjoyed staying at the apartment with our 2 year old daughter. The apartment was clean and had a lovely very large and secure patio area overlooking the pools. Lovely jacuzzi which was hot! The beach is a short walk away, though it is down a hill. Responsive host

The stay was a welcome escape from the cold English winter. It's a good location near the seafront. It's all flat, good for walking. Accommodation is great, everything needed was there, including a good smart tv. I had no problems, so didn't need to contact Laura for anything. Good clear instructions were received before the stay. I had one problem in that I left a bag behind , which Laura is sorting out for me. Definitely recommend it for a stay, I would go there again

What a beautiful house and place:). I have only good things to say about everything. Very good communication from the owner and good instruction how to get there and how to get innside the house. Everything seem new innside the house and very well Equipped i didnt miss a thing. I Stayed for two months and i would like to stay Even longer. I never met any problems there. Everything was perfect:)

We spent 2 months together with our little dog in the apartment and worked online from Formentera. The connection was very good. Furthermore, the apartment has everything you need. Especially drying the laundry on the roof terrace was pleasant. Enjoy the sun almost every afternoon on the spacious balcony. Tastefully decorated and nice and clean. Sleep well. Nice that you live among the locals. Karsten is a very good host. Questions were answered well and small imperfections were adequately resolved. We have had a nice time.

Lovely ground floor apartment not far from the castle and the city centre. The apartment was clean and very comfortable. The first morning we had a problem with the shower as it was starting to run cold. I contacted Teresa and she was very quick to respond. I upped the temperature on the water cylinder and all was great thereafter. I would definitely stay again if ever in Alicante!

Rosa Marie’s apartment was a perfect location for myself and a friend, We are 2 older active ladies and found it a good location for public transport bus and tram very close. Approx 2 mile walk into Alicante we crossed over the tram line to start the walk all along the coast. Also used the tram to travel to other locations. Villajoyso, ElCampello even Benidorm.Alicante Castle and old town really worth a visit. The apartment itself had everything we needed beds were really comfortable with super linen kitchen very well equipped lot of extras supplied eg shampoo shower gel cleaning products. Lovely balcony for breakfast in the morning sun Rosa always responds quickly to any queries we had even though we never met her she was so friendly in all her messages We would highly recommend this Apartment

Very nice clean,new apartment. There is absolutely everything for your stay, including shampoos,soap, washing powder. Each room has a heater it is very important when staying in cold season. Everything is clean ,nice ,new renovation. Very calm and quiet. Would recommend!

A well appointed apartment. As described, very close to the beach. It is in a residential area, quiet and peacefull. Easy connection with Alicante, El Campello by bus or tram. Good onsite parking. Highly recommended.

Rosa is a beautiful person, adorable, who advised us from start to finish on good restaurants and different activities. The house is great, there are 2 floors in addition to the ground floor and on each floor there is a terrace, as well as a large terrace downstairs, 2 bathrooms. Everything was perfect, the area is beautiful with a splendid view, from the terraces you can see the sea, sand and palm trees, it's beautiful. The area is quiet and you are less than 15 minutes from Alicante.☺️ We recommend Rosa, the value for money is great and the area is so beautiful. Thank you for everything, we'll be back for sure :) Our dog also loved it, he could go on the terraces and enjoy the sun peacefully ☀️ See you soon☺️

The Apartment was in a beautiful location with outstanding sea views. A peaceful location set in a gated community with a short walk through the immaculate garden to the beach. The apartment was well appointed and comfortable. There was a family run restaurant Savini’s across the road which had good food. Villajoysa is a charming, quaint village full of colourful properties and great restaurants We thoroughly enjoyed our stay Thank you Helga!

The penthouse is beautiful, with everything you need, spacious and very very nice. It is very well located within walking distance to the beach. The pool just below is great for cooling off and the kids enjoyed it very much. The best part is the terrace! It's what we enjoyed the most! Diana is very friendly, she answers superfast and is attentive to whatever you need. We will definitely be back.

A nice and friendly couple greeted us at the listing as scheduled. They showed the apartment everything needed while giving the keys. They also told us that the next day would be a local sacred when the grocery stores were closed, so we could be prepared. The apartment itself is very clean and matched the description. Lovely rooftop terrace and the apartment have everything you need for a longer trip. The location of the apartment is great. There are nature trails, restaurants, and a small shop right next door. The beach is also within walking distance. A big plus for your own parking spot. You can easily get around by car because of good road connections and a short trip to the airport. There's a lot to explore and amazing nearby. It takes about half an hour to the center of Alicante. 15min to the airport. A positive experience in every way, big recommendations! ❤️

Fantastic apartment located in a gated community Ivan was a great host and was very helpful during our stay The complex was lovely with a heated pool and gym We will definitely return in the future as it's really central with good restaurants and beaches nearby

We chose Mayte's place because of the location. We were in town to visit family who lived across the street. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Most of our days were filled with activity and the location allowed us to move around the town easily. And at night we could relax in the room and watch movies together. The neighborhood offers many restaurants and with the tram right outside of the complex expanded our options. We would definitely stay here again.
