Very quiet location, villa was perfect for what we wanted from our stay. Would definitely return. Just a word of advice, make sure you get access to a vehicle as it’s rather remote without and hard to get a taxi/ bus. Again, we knew this and was prepared 👍🏻

We had a fantastic stay at Jukka's villa! From the moment we arrived, Jukka was extremely helpful and accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed. The villa was absolutely beautiful, clean, and well-maintained, with all the amenities we could ask for. The location was perfect, offering a peaceful and relaxing environment, yet close enough to enjoy everything the area has to offer, including golf courses. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly, and parking was easy with the spots provided. Jukka’s communication was top-notch throughout our stay, making us feel welcome and providing detailed instructions that made everything easy to manage. He even went the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable and had no issues during our stay. The villa exceeded our expectations, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We truly appreciated the personal touch and hospitality. We highly recommend staying at Jukka’s villa and would definitely love to return in the future.

This is a true gem and getaway. It's paradise! Near to the sea and the property is absolutely stunning. So comfortable and quiet. Tania is the best host always kind and respectful and suggesting areas to see. Great work bringing this dream to fruition! Definitely recommend!

The accommodation, the communication, the location, the facilities everything was absolutely TOP!!!! We felt right at home and if we had any questions, a contact person was immediately on site. The rooms and bathrooms were very clean and spacious. In the garage there were lots of toys for smaller children as well as pool equipment such as air mattresses, diving aids and even swimming rings for older children and babies. The pool was cleaned by an external company and the fully automatic sprinkler system meant that we didn't have to worry about anything. Shops and restaurants were just a few minutes' walk away. All in all, it was a successful vacation that was unfortunately over far too quickly. Dear Anna, thank you for allowing us to enjoy your accommodation. Due to an issue with a previous accommodation we had to find something else. Christian was very accommodating and helped us out with the transition. The place is stunning and has everything you can wish for. The beach and some restaurants are in walkable distance, but a car is still beneficial to explore the wider area. Altogether we really enjoyed our stay and can certainly recommend it.

Alicia was very helpful throughout our stay. She greeted us at check in and showed us around the house to make sure we were happy and comfortable. Any queries we had throughout our stay she replied very fast and always helped out. The two pools are amazing and the house is very spacious. 10/10

We had a lovely stay at this beautiful apartment. The kids loved the heated pool and the many different spots to sit outside and enjoy the sun were also appreciated. We did need our car for going to the beach and shops. I would definitely recommend!

beautiful accomodation, facilities, everything you could possibly need. So peaceful and comfortable. First class host, very responsive and felt like we could ask anything if we needed to. Couldn't recommend enough. Having a car is essential to discover areas outside of the resort.

had a lovely 5 days here between Christmas and new year. location was perfect with easy parking and some good restaurants within a 25 min walk. house was very clean with everything you need ,this would be perfect for a small family as the beach is almost at your front door. we had a very easy and clear check in with ceferina with clear instructions. thank you. david.

Great Apartment, super location, loads of bars and restaurants close by. Not far to walk to beach did it everyday. Consum and other Supermarkets within easy walk. Nice area to outside, very quiet. Lovely shared pool not busy no trouble getting a sun shade.

Grazyna was an excellent host, very responsive and helpful. The property was lovely, well kept and had everything we could need. The location was perfect for us and the road was quiet and had no through traffic. The only thing to note is if you have young children like us the upstairs (main bedroom) is completely separate from the downstairs apartment, only accessible through an outer stairwell with main doors that need keys to open them (inside and out) between the spaces. This wasn’t really practical for us as our children were 2 and 12 weeks. If you have older children it would be fine. This was mentioned in the listing but I hadn’t fully understood how separate it was. This is the only reason I wouldn’t rebook. Otherwise the stay was perfect and we felt very much at home in the house. Highly recommend for anyone who this set up would work for but feel it may need to highlighted a little better in the listing or to those who have booked once the mention of small children is made.

Steven's treatment was great, he welcomed us with the house fresh and very kindly, he picked us up at the door of the development and guided us to the house. All communications with him were quick and friendly. The house is great, clean and tidy. The air conditioning is greatly appreciated because in summer it is a very hot area. One of the rooms does not have air conditioning and that if I think it would be necessary to add, because it gets very hot, even with the ceiling fan and plug-in. On the other hand, the iron it has is a British plug plug and cannot be used on the ones in the house.

Ideal to go with a group of friends or family, very comfortable and spacious, 10 minutes drive from the beach and the centre of Cabo de Palos. Patrick always available, flexible and friendly, highly recommended

Elena has a lovely home in Playa Flamenca. It is just like the photos - clean and spacious. The property has great outdoor space and the swimming pool is a minute walk away. Elena provides sun loungers that can be taken to the pool which were ideal. The location is good - within walking distance to La Zenia Boulevard (restaurants, shops, supermarket), as well as Playa Flamenca Commercial Centre which has some great eateries. For anything else, i.e. the beach, you would need a car which we had. Elena is a great host - friendly, accommodating and responsive. Thank you for a lovely stay.

We have been to Brigitte's house my family and I, it was a great stay. Yolanda the one who takes care of the estate always pending and friendly, very flexible at check-in time, the house is very comfortable. The only thing missing is an air conditioner because it is very hot, but in the listing it did not put air conditioning so we were not tricked, just commented to improve the estate as it is spectacular in everything. Also the beaches and the magnificent village of bonito and it has everything we need for a very good holiday. Thank you very much Brigitte and Yolanda for everything, I recommend it for sure.

Nice and easy check in even though we arrived after the stated times. Apartment as described.. nice and peaceful area. 10-15 minutes walk to 525 strip. would recommend for a short stay.

Have stayed there before with my son. It’s a good venue for golf as it is directly on Roda golf club. 10 minute drive to a lot of amenities. Walks along the front with restaurants, bars, coffee places. Ideal.

We had a great week at this place. Ilona answered my questions very quickly and helped us. He left in the house 2 bottles of wine and water for us, very good detail. We would undoubtedly repeat

Fantastic location in a beautiful setting, the house is homely and comfortable with some lovely pieces of art on display, the location is fantastic with great restaurants within the local area, the beaches are within easy reach. A really enjoyable place to stay with lots to do and located that allows visiting some of the areas fabulous locations, the cities of Cartagena and Murcia are a must to visit.
