Fantastic place, would recommend.

It was a very quiet and pleasant stay. The house was very nice and plenty of space. ) The neighborhood is really quiet and safe. Norma, Edna's sister lives right next door and was attentive to any questions. I would definitely recommend it and repeat it if I go back to Barranquilla.

The place is very spacious, just like the photos. Bonito para passato and close to food squares and mall. We really liked it and they were very nice :). Thank you!

David’s pool house was better than I imagined. Great location he was very responsive to our needs. The staff was fabulous she cleaned daily and she prepared breakfast for us. Highly recommended will rent again once when I return to Barranquilla.

Limited Uber/Taxi services, which is part of the allure. You are genuinely living within a small local community. There are several neighborly dogs that are very friendly, but can serve to awaken you earlier in the morning than you may wish. Welcome to Colombia! The place was as described, while Juan Jose was fantastic with coordinating whatever you may need to amplify your stay.

Alvaro’s place blew our minds, very well above our expectations. The place is very spacious, amazing decoration, beach front, pool, etc. Great place for a peaceful stay in front of the beach, amazing for kitesurfers. Salinas del Rey kitesurfing center is just 10 mins away.

Everything was excellent and well-maintained. Elena fixes issues quickly and practically. I fell and hit me when I mop the apartment and sent me a housekeeper at no extra cost to support me. Great price and I loved not having to use a key if not code on the door.

location is awesome, the space was clean and spacious, only wish was that the rooms upstairs had their own restrooms but other than that, no complaints

Excellent place. The apartment is the same as shown in the photos. Very clean. It has a very well-equipped kitchen. The check-in process was very easy and the building staff is very friendly. It is very conveniently located, close to gyms and shopping centers and has a beautiful view of the city. I recommend it 100%

I was with my family and we felt right at home. The place was spotless, has a great location and is the same as what is shown in the pictures! On the other hand, Alejandra was an excellent host, super quick to respond, recommended drivers, places to eat, etc. She was always willing to help us. We want to come back soon!

To summarize it is a place where I would stay again when coming to Barranquilla, excellent attention, comfortable apartment and with the necessary things. Good detail to leave snacks on the table and coffee in the kitchen, detail you don't see in many places. 100% recommended without a doubt.

The apartment is as shown in pictures. The apartment is very clean with 24 security; and a short walking distance from shopping malls and restaurants. Luis responds quickly and is very committed to addressing issues that may arise.

Excellent apartment. Safe and quiet area. With a beautiful view of the sea. Close to the Mallorcan ecopark, which is excellent for spending time in nature. It's a good location if you want to go to the beach and also see downtown Barranquilla. Some shops and restaurants are a bit far away, but this is expected to change in the future with the construction of a nearby mall. I highly recommend this place for future visitors
