Overall 100% recommended and host a 7, always attentive and caring.

This is a very clean, modern, nice, safe with guarded entry, townhouse with all modern amenities. The location is about 1 mile ...a guess...from the center of Pucon but is a nice walk or there are very cheap taxis easily and readibly available for less than $1. The supermercado is only about 2 or 300 meter walking distance. Maria was a great host with fast response to questions and she obviously cares about making your experience very pleasant. I would definately stay again.

My family stay was very satisfactory. One of the aspects I value most is the impeccable cleanliness I found upon arrival. From the moment I walked in, I noticed the effort and dedication put into keeping every corner impeccably clean, which made me feel comfortable and welcome from the first moment. Another highlight is the security offered by this house, since it is in a condominium, which is essential to be able to fully enjoy a vacation. In addition, the house is very well equipped with everything you might need during the stay, all in very good condition, like new. Regarding the location is 25 to 30 minutes walking to the center, which is enough for walking with children, but it is combined with the proximity of restaurants, greenery and supermarket. In short, everything was very nice to enjoy the surroundings of Pucón en Familia, highly recommended.

Daniela's house, has three accommodation spaces, which share the patio , the grill and the place for the cars. We stayed two nights in the house ahead. All this set is beautiful,shaded, with all the necessary elements to prepare meals outside, there are two tables with which it is possible to be there with other guests. The location is perfect for walking to the beach, the shopping center, restaurants and supermarket and there is also a lot of place to leave the car parked on the street without paying and without problems.. In the interior everything very clean and in the kitchen we had basic things to cook, salt oil etc, coffee, sugar etc. In the bedrooms the beds were super comfortable, it is not possible to completely darken, but it did not affect us at all. We were not bothered at all by the noise of the street, even though it is a very busy area, at night it was very, very quiet. Everything was great , I definitely recommend it!,

Beautiful place where we stay, close to the center of pucon (walking 10 minutes) shopping centers, supermarkets and restaurants; all super close. The location Excellent, the house complies with everything necessary to have a nice stay. Silvio, an excellent host; as a family we are very grateful for all the affection and welcome, we will definitely come back!

My stay at the lodge was incredible and I intend to come back in the future. Pablo is very solicit and willing to help with anything, he and his abuela helpfully shared many helpful tips and suggestions about the city We had an issue that we had to wait a bit for the check-in, but Pablo promptly provided another space for us inside the property to sleep and shower while we waited to check-in. 10/10

The house is as seen in Las fotos, nice, familiar and quiet place. Excellent location . The only thing that would change , would be the internet, as the TV works with wifi and the signal was lost most of the time.
