Friendly host! Allowed us to bring our 4 little dogs! Hard to find a host that will allow this. Clean and peaceful property.

This guesthouse and the surrounding area are beautiful, romantic, and peaceful to stay in. It was easy to check in and out and we would love to stay here again.

We stayed here for a blustery cold winter weekend but the cottage was super cozy, warm and peaceful inside! Breathtakingly beautiful sunsets, walks on the beach, the sweetest treats on checkin for us and our dog — and great amenities like comfy beds, soft towels, coffee and tea. The kitchen was especially well stocked with pots, pans, silverware, cutting boards, serving bowls and measuring cups, which we like because we like to cook at home. We enjoyed delicious breakfast takeout from nearby Fairway restaurant, featured in the guide. We walked to bayside Campground beach (2 mins), drove about 10 minutes to nearby Nauset lighthouse and beach, and went to the Alley (15 min drive) for some drinks, food and candlepin bowling (highly recommend!).

This home is beautiful and the view is gorgeous. Everything inside is as listed. Pros: Water views, beach, comfy and clean. Cons: we couldn’t stay longer. Perfect place one of the best airbnbs we have ever stayed at.

Really enjoyed our stay. Met Phyllis upon arriving and she was extremely friendly and welcoming. We all felt right at home. The place itself was great for our group of friends and being a minutes walk from the beach was ideal. Would absolutely stay here again

Jack's place was just perfect for us - four adults and a dog. The sunset view of Cape Cod Bay from the second floor of the house was gorgeous. And the location couldn't be beat, just a minute from the beach. The living spaces on both the first and second floors were spacious and the furniture was very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our own meals with the food and spices that we brought from home. Everything was just great. Jack was a terrific host: so immediately responsive and friendly. I come to the Cape regularly for work, and would love to stay in this house again. Thank you!

Fabulous view from a very comfortable home.

We enjoyed our stay! The area is beautiful and Pocasset/Bourne is a great place to stay if you want to explore the Cape. The accommodations were cozy and just what we needed for a close-by staycation. There was plenty of space for two adults and two small dogs, and the neighborhood was really nice and quiet to walk the dogs around. Steven and Laura are great hosts, and we’d love to stay here again on our next visit to the Cape.

Perfect little studio for two people! Great location - close to beaches and restaurants and there’s even a pool! Michael was super responsive and the place was exactly like the pictures!

The place and location were great. Dave definitely was a great communicator and explained everything prior to arrival. This was a time share so the facility has no reflection on Dave’s reputation. The deck and the pool were the only things that could have been cleaner.

We stayed in the tree house suite. It had a lovely deck surrounded by trees and a great view of the sky. Craig and Ginny are as friendly a couple you will ever meet--always quick to answer questions and offer some great suggestions, Craig even offered to drop us off at a few places. They were so kind they felt like old friends. The beach is beautiful and a five minute walk away--which is great because they charge 25 bucks to park. So do the easy walk, and Ginny will provide chairs, towels, and umbrellas. Hyannis itself is a great place to walk around with lots of shops and great restaurants. We also took a ferry to Nantucket which was delightful, as well. I would visit them again without question. Go. You won't be disappointed. Michael and Rebecca

What a special place to have your morning coffee, overlooking the gorgeous ocean views! The place was spotless, exactly as pictured, super clear entry and instructions. So close to all P’town has to offer but just far enough off the main strip for some real peacefulness! Would recommend to anyone! Hosts provide excellent local information and were incredibly communicative. Thank you!

We absolutely loved our stay at this rental! The space was incredibly well-equipped, providing everything we needed and more. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, making it easy for us to relax and enjoy our vacation. The attention to detail in the amenities was impressive, from the fully stocked kitchen to the cozy living areas. Great place for a group retreat. We enjoyed the pool and view, even in the winter. Our large group of 14 found the coziness and amenities to be basic but Tony checked in frequently to make sure we had everything we needed. Check in/out was very very easy (much easier than other hosts we’ve had). Thanks again for a great stay!

We had a great stay at Amanda’s place! It was exactly as described - lots of space, walkable to so many restaurants, coffee shops, and the beach. We loved exploring Dennisport and cannot wait to visit again!

We were looking for a laid back cottage, and this place fit the bill. After a stumble out of the blocks due to the contracted cleaning service having not cleaned the cottage, Pamela did everything in her power to correct the situation and made it right. The cleaning service did show up about 24 hrs late, and Pam reimbursed us some of our payment as compensation. She also was exceptionally apologetic, and truly worked hard to make our vacation enjoyable. The cottage is just what my wife, 2&1/2 yo daughter & I needed; quiet and relaxed with a very efficient layout. The kitchen really is a marvel at how a small space can be maximized when designed well. An easy walk through the sand and over a dune will take you to the beach. Pam’s place really is a cool spot, and she proved to be a very kind and accommodating host.

We had a wonderful stay at Colleen's place. The views were spectacular and we enjoyed the cozy living room, big dining table, and comfortable beds. We walked to the beach and enjoyed the sunsets from the porch. Everything was clean and the house had everything we needed. Wonderful weekend!

Tommy was great. He was easy to contact and communicated wonderfully. The house was set up for a guest with everything you needed for a comfortable stay. The furniture and beds were so comfortable as well as the welcoming feel. Plenty of spacious rooms. Even spaces you could have alone time. When they described the house on the ocean, it really is. This was by far the best Airbnb we’ve stayed at. Hope to rent it again next year. I can’t say enough on how comfortable the house is. Eagle’s view was exactly as promised. A very comfortable beach cottage. Very comfortable beds, and everything you would need for amenities for a relaxing stay. We had a wonderful stay with easy access to area nature spots for winter beach hiking and birding. Eric was very welcoming and excellent with communication. The home was comfortable and had everything we needed for our family of 3 and our small dog. It was very clean and had a well stocked kitchen. The views of Cape Cod Bay from the house were spectacular. We appreciated seeing and hearing the waves from the sliding glass doors and sleeping to the sound of the waves. The sunrise was gorgeous over the water.

We were so happy with the house. It was even more spacious than we expected. We unfortunately had rain so we didn’t get to enjiy the pond but would love to come back in better weather. A very comfortable home away from home.
