The view was even more beautiful because it was raining the next day. We loved the lakeside promenade to walk around. It was also fun to see cute and cute shops. The accommodation was also very comfortable and clean.

Noemi, was really great at communicating with me incredibly responsive I never had to wait her mother manages the place and I absolutely love her she was totally amazing! the apartment was clean had everything I needed to enjoy a full month stay it was close to the hot springs and close to my favorite medieval villages very convenient wonderful parking the place was really safe and the little village was absolutely wonderful I felt safe comfortable at home and really enjoyed my stay! I highly recommend this apartment if you're looking to be in this area and enjoy the hot springs and all wonderful back roads of Tuscany and the beautiful landscapes and The Beautiful People and the absolutely delicious food! A great apartment with a charming terrace and a kitchen equipped with everything you need. The host is very responsive and welcoming, extended our stay on the day of check-out. It was a huge bonus that there was heating as it is cold around Viterbo in November. Great place to explore the Viterbo area!

Beautiful apartment in the center of the old city. In addition to parking near Porta Faul it is possible to park near Porta San Pietro just outside the city wall.

A nice comfortable, spacious and clean house. Miranda and her son were very helpful and kind. The view of the beautiful sea, quiet area in a great location.

Super love this homestay, the whole resort is full of olive trees, it is quiet, the air is clear, the scenery is good, and there is a cute cat, you can see an old castle and lake in 30 minutes by car, it is beautiful, you can also grill at the resort, the wine from the host is super nice and drink!!! Highly recommended

This is truly a little paradise, we had a wonderful weekend here, the pool is clean and well maintained, the house has all the amenities, the owners are very welcoming and friendly, we will definitely come here again, now this is our favorite place to relax, thank you so much❣️

Beautifully furnished and cared for apartment. We found everything extremely clean and cozy. The bed is very comfortable, the bathroom is really big including a very large shower space. The perfect place to spend a romantic weekend in peace and quiet just a few minutes' walk from Lake Bolsena.

The property was immaculate and beautifully furnished. A tranquil setting and a great base to explore the delights of Umbria. Rita was always quick to respond to any queries and recommended some super places to visit and eat!

We stayed here for two nights while taking a rest day on the Via Francigena. The apartment is large enough that with just three of us, we all had lots of personal space. The hosts were kind enough to get us fans to deal with the heat, which was very much appreciated! It’s a neat spot with great outdoor spaces.

Ilva and her apartment were perfect for me. The kitchen had enough for me to cook at home most of the time. The location was very central. She was very patient with me when I needed to wait for my suitcase that didn't catch the same flight as me AND then my train was 40 minutes late. When the internet had a minor hiccup one day, she helped me get it sorted quickly.

Lovely place, we stayed for 2 days and took advantage of the location to visit Viterbo and nearby Orvieto. The apartment is spacious, warm and very comfortable. (we also used the fireplace). We'll definitely be back in the spring.

the apartment is very pleasant: quiet and very cool despite the high temperatures of the period. We didn't even have access to air conditioning. The pool is only shared with guests of the other apartment in the farmhouse. Anna was always very kind and "pampered" us by giving us many local products and homemade sweets.
