House vacation rentals in Province of Terni

Antonio is a very nice host who always takes care of the house and his guests. The 4 apartments were very good and also convenient for our group vacation. Parking is more than enough on the property as cars are also mandatory to get to the house. Furthermore, the pool is very good and also very large. Enough space to have fun. Antonio came several times to clean the pool, which was very good. Other shade options such as umbrellas or another pavilion would be good, otherwise you have to take them with you beforehand.

A truly magical experience and the perfect place to stay. We spent 5 nights in this special house with the most breathtaking views. A wonderful place to stay and explore the local area. The house is equipped with everything you need and more. The personalised meet and greet was a lovely way to start our stay. You will not be disappointed if you choose to book this beautiful house. We hope to return again.

Beautiful large house with great views and an amazing pool area. A little remote, at the end of a long and steep gravel road, but completely worthwhile. Great hosts, very attentive to their guests' every need.

The accommodation is very great, in the middle of the mountains, with an incredibly great view over the valley. It is an almost magical place. The hostess was very warm and her staff was very friendly and always helped me with everything. The host even brought a piece of homemade cake to the pool in one day. That was great. The apartment is great, very clean, spacious, and the kitchen is equipped with everything you need. You can only feel comfortable in this wonderful place.

What a gorgeous villa, peacefully set among beautiful gardens, olive groves and woodland. Both Letizia and Mauricio are extremely kind and proactive in ensuring your stay is going well. The home is immaculately clean, the kitchen is well supplied and the furniture in the living area is very comfortable. The fireplace is an added benefit for cool fall days. The villa is an easy 10 minute drive to parking for Orvieto. In addition, the surrounding countryside and Orvieto Scalo offer shopping, dining and cafes. We stayed in Federica’s house for two months in September and October and had an absolute wonderful time.

Small house in the center of Morre. Very welcoming and newly renovated. The innkeeper Enrico is very helpful in making his guests feel like they were at home!

We chose the property based only on the listing description and pictures, which turned out to be very accurate. Really lovely house in beautiful surroundings, immersed in nature and quiet. The house was characterful, clean and large enough to easily accomodate our party of 7 in 4 separate bedrooms. The property was very well equipped, including Wi-Fi (even though mobile reception was good enough). Beautiful reception rooms on the ground floor, and books everywhere! The temperature during our stay was in the high twenties/low thirties but the house remained quite cool. Can't comment on what it would be like in winter. A car is required as the property is isolated and not served by public transport, but the nearest village is only 10 minutes away by car (very narrow roads). We loved the place and would recommend it for people visiting the area (provided you don't mind staying off the beaten path).

5 stars. Annarita is such a wonderful host, the nicest we’ve met. The apartment is part of her home. We had fun chatting in Italian and French, and she also speaks English. She gave us really helpful information about Orvieto, plus brought us water and cookies from the local bakery. She also gave us a parking pass which made going in and out of Orvieto incredibly easy. The location was excellent. We had a beautiful view of Orvieto on the cliffs, plus the surrounding countryside. It only took 3 minutes to get into the town. And the house itself is just lovely, even prettier than the pictures and absolutely spotless from top to bottom. Don’t hesitate, book! Especially if you have a car. This is how Airbnb is supposed to be. Like family.

We stayed in Poggio Bustone da Veronica for 4 nights, the village itself does not offer much, but it is central to move around easily. ILB&B, the trail welcomed us and guided us to check-in in person and Mrs. had prepared for us a beautiful apple pie that was much appreciated. A chest where everything was in the right place we didn't miss anything , there was everything we could need, we felt pampered. A recommendation once you arrive at the village better to tephphonate and be guided. I recommend THE TRAIL A structure that you can welcome, we felt at home.

Elisabetta's clifftop home in Orvieto is nothing short of magical! The views are absolutely spectacular—easily the best in Orvieto—and waking up to them felt like a dream come true. The sense of history here is incredible, with the ancient church next door and the lodge itself radiating charm and character. It truly felt like stepping back in time. The kitchen had all the basics we needed to whip up simple meals, though we also enjoyed some fantastic restaurants nearby. Elisabetta’s kindness in allowing a late check-out was much appreciated and added to the relaxed and welcoming vibe of our stay. This home is a real dream location and undoubtedly one of our favorite stops on our 3-week tour of Italy. Highly, highly recommend it—we would stay here again in a heartbeat!

We had a wonderful time at Gianfranco’s place! The apartment is cozy, clean, and the perfect size for a couple, with a separate bedroom attached to the kitchen/entry way. Gianfranco also prepared a list of fantastic restaurants, many of which were only a few minutes walk away. The view from the balcony is beautiful. We wished we had booked an additional night, as Orvieto is such a beautiful town! Would absolutely stay here again.

Tiziana is a wonderful, kind, and beautiful host, and her home is truly one of a kind! Visiting in winter, we were warmly welcomed by Tiziana and Sergio for an in-person check-in with a detailed introduction to the house. They even preheated the room for us! Since many restaurants were closed during the off-season, they personally called and recommended an incredible place in Bagnoregio—such a thoughtful gesture that truly touched us. Parking was very close, less than 100m away and free. The room’s décor was stunning—Tiziana is a genius at blending bright colors with classic furniture. The house even has its own cave, where chatting inside felt like traveling back in time—an unforgettable experience. And the best part? Civita di Bagnoregio was right in front of us! Watching the "Sky City" gradually light up in the morning felt magical. Spending our last night in Italy here was a perfect ending. Thank you, Tiziana, for this beautiful memory!

the house was clean and welcoming, Francesco's information was clear and ready to answer our questions. We had a very good time at the accommodation, yes Francesco. Maybe in the future we'll come back to get away from the chaos of the city.

Amazing vill in a lovely Town!

Such a sweet spot in old Orvieto! Directions to get there were very detailed and the hosts were super responsive. The garden was lovely for breakfast and of course it was just a short walk to delicious food, shopping, and all the sights. Lovely stay!!

A wonderful villa. We would not hesitate to go back. It is nicely furnished and very well equipped both inside and out, especially the kitchen. The main bedroom is spacious and the downstairs bedroom is good too. There is a big living area downstairs, another kitchen and shower and bathroom. Also, there is a little outside area for morning coffee and big barbeque. Outside there is a great covered terrace for eating out and relaxing. There is plenty of outside furniture and good lighting outside too. Beautiful views and a decent pool for swimming with no deep end. Be aware that the villa is about 2.6km from the village. It’s a good idea to look on Google earth before you go. Guardea has a small supermarket, a fine friendly local butcher and an excellent pizzeria. Orvieto is forty five minutes away. Todi under an hour. Rome is easily reached by train. We went from Orte. Amelia and Narni are nice hill towns and we really liked Lugnano in Teverina, just a fifteen minute drive.
