Christine was the most amazing host!! I was blown away by every single detail at this property. Not only was it extremely clean I had everything I needed at my fingertips. It is absolutely absolutely stunning. The rooms are beautiful and the breakfast is delicious. You can tell there is so much thought and care put into taking care of this property. Christine had offered some local recommendations for wine tours and restaurants which all were amazing. I highly recommend this as a top stay!! If I could, I would give it 10 stars. I almost don’t want to share this good review because I don’t want the secret to get out. Thank you for an amazing stay and opening your home to us. 💗

Let your soul dangle and enjoy the toskana landscape from the best side. 360degrees panorama in the middle of the wineyards. You have the feeling you are part of the picture postcard. Warm hosts, perfect spot with love for antique things, you feel like in a museum with instagram scenary everywere. Authentic Toskana Design with a touch of bohemian chic. Wonderful organic breakfast from the garden and their small farm. perfect tips for daytrips, car needed. Besides the doubleroom, Follonico provides also 4 suites which are amazing. We would recommend a minimum of 3 nights to enjoy and feel this place. We highly recommend and appreciate.

We were scheduled to stay at Luca's for 2 nights in Oct. The day prior saw an unprecedented rain/thunder/wind story across the Tuscany region and Luca's home was impacted by an overflowing river. We could tell the place was beautiful and were very disappointed we could not stay there due to power/services impact. Luca and his family were very busy trying to restore/clear the grounds when we arrived. The best part was Luca had already made arrangements at a local hotel for us, to not impact us with the stress of finding last minute accommodations. Luca arranged all payment terms with the hotel and all we had to do was show up and enjoy. A true testament to his focus on his customers. We'll be back to try Luca's place in the future.

We highly recommend staying with Rita if you are ever in Siena. The suite is stunning, bigger and cosier than the photos! The location of the suite is very central to Sienna and close to everything you need. Not to mention a beautiful view of the Baptistery of Siena from your window… We were made to feel very welcome by all of the staff, and the team were incredibly helpful and responsive. We went for the valet parking option that they offered, which is well worth the money and stress free parking (if driving). Thank you again for hosting us!

On a motorcycle weekend, passing through the area we stayed in the wonderful guest house of Servilio. The village of Campagnatico is a little gem worth visiting, getting lost in the streets to discover the cistern, the fountain, the meridian and the steps of Dante Alighieri. Servilio's room, home, and hospitality are all worth the trip. The renovated and tastefully furnished room has a beautiful view of the surrounding countryside and a part of the country, it has everything you need to relax: very comfortable king size bed, air conditioning , fridge, TV, kettle. The bathroom is huge, with a nice window with a view and a large walk-in shower. The host also allowed us to put the motorcycle in his garage indoors, making my partner happy😉. He gave us tips on places to visit and recommended dinner at the village restaurant and it was really worth it. Highly recommended! Silvia and Giovanni

Romantic Living!

It was an experience to stay in this fortress village on a hilltop…but there is not much else around. It was a weekday, and it felt deserted. Many shops and restaurants were closed; however Maria has her own restaurant on the lower level of the AirBnB, where she is chef, hostess and waitress (yes, she does it all) and the steak dinner we had there was superb!!! It was seasoned and cooked perfectly! I highly recommend this T-bone steak for two! It was served already sliced. A very nice breakfast was included the next morning in the same location.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Convento San Bartolomeo, and it was an experience we will never forget. The staff welcomed us like extended family, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Their warmth and hospitality truly enhanced our stay. The amenities were top-notch, providing everything we could possibly need and more. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged. But perhaps the most breathtaking aspect was the view. Surrounded by the stunning Tuscan landscape, we were treated to incredible vistas that were truly awe-inspiring. Overall, our time at Convento San Bartolomeo was nothing short of amazing. It was a delightful and pleasant experience, leaving us with cherished memories. Highly recommended!

This was a really great place to stay!! Host was really kind and helpful, told us about history of this little town, gave us a lot of recommendations and even some discounts for the restaurants and shops around!! We loved it so much and will definitely stay there again!!

Marzia was very communicative and friendly from the very first message. On arrival, she provides clear instructions regarding parking and how to reduce your walk time with luggage. She also gives many suggestions regarding places to explore and restaurants even though we travelled during low season with many restaurants being closed. The accommodation was very clean with a firm, comfortable mattress (my preference). The photos really do not do the palazzo justice as this was my first time staying in such a unique and historical building. I would 100% recommend if you’re into unique stays and experiences and want to fully immerse into San Gimignano’s history and culture.

A short two-night stay in a 13th-century building. Everything is perfect from check-in with clear directions on how to visit San Gimignano, where to park and where to refresh. The rooms are restored and kept impeccably and clean, frescoes and living rooms where time seems to have stopped at their best. Highly recommended

Perfect central room, a stone's throw from Piazza del Campo. The room was very nice and the same as the photos, super clean, it had everything you could need, the bed was very comfortable. The host was very nice and helpful, and answered all my questions right away. In addition, the self check-in is really convenient and the instructions were clear and detailed. I had a really great time and would go back. The only downside is that the walls are not at all soundproofed so you can hear, for example, when other guests enter the apartment.

Walter's airbnb is beautiful and the surrounding views are stunning. The hosts are very polite and accommodating. I would definately recommend staying here and trying the restaurant. The food was excellent!
