Vacation rentals with beach access in Province of Ravenna

The apartment is taken care of in every detail, very clean, tidy, very easy to reach and has all the accessories you need. It is very easy to reach, in a quiet area and there is parking right in front of the gate, in a few minutes you can reach various supermarkets and shops. Francesco was immediately very helpful, always responsive and very kind. Great value for money! Highly recommended !!!

We stayed here for our Ironman 70.3 and it was a 15 minute drive and an 11 minute cycle from the transition and the start line.

We had a pleasant stay at Teresa's ☺️ The apartment is conveniently located, a few meters from the promenade and the waterfront, and about 1/2 hour walk to the beautiful little port and all its restaurants. All amenities are there, the bedding is good. Teresa is very responsive and even remotely, we found a solution for our somewhat late arrival. There is a concierge and the guards are very nice and discreet. There is a bike rental shop downstairs from the building and a huge parking lot where there is always room; it is paid for most of the time but we were lucky that our parking is free for the time of our vacation. We loved our few days there! Cervia is a seaside town where the living is good and Teresa is very accommodating! We highly recommend it!

The apartment is very nice, beautiful and large terrace, in the shade in the morning. The environment is very quiet during the day and lively in the evening (cinema, flea market...). Very good pizza just down the building and a very good glacier at the end of the street 200m away. Beautiful and large beach a 3 min walk. Restaurants, cocktails...all along. Small path along the beach for walking or biking. Air conditioning is essential and much appreciated as well as private parking which is really an undeniable bonus. The property is located on the 3rd floor and has an elevator. Towels and enough towels are available. The host is very responsive if you need them, or just to ask a question. We will definitely be back

Eleonora's house is comfortable, clean and complete with everything you need (and even more, this characterizes the host's care: small supplies of sealed and dedicated pantries, all the dishes from the cups to the glasses and also a corner equipped for children). Eleonora is very attentive and helpful. Self check-in, well explained, allows for the right flexibility. The location is great both to reach the main towns and the Po Delta park (also just off the street). The indoor parking space is very convenient.

My fiancé & I traveled to Cervia for holiday and felt right at home in Davide’s rental. The kitchen was well equipped to cook as we desired and the privacy shutters were quite pleasant to keep light out if we wanted. Being close to restaurants, the beaches, and shops made going out easy and fun. We loved the simplicity, design & decor inside and would stay again if we decided to return.

First time on Airbnb, 2 wonderful weeks thanks to Gianni's place, a very kind and super helpful person. Great location, we never touched the cars that were comfortably parked inside. Spacious house very well equipped. Great place for anyone, we had a great time with grandparents and three girls!

Marco greeted us with a bottle of wine and a bottle of fabulous oil! We were impressed by the excellent basic assortment of the house: detergents for cleaning the house and for the washing machine, coffee, salt, oil, breakfast cookies... products that are usually not included, in addition to the fresh water in the refrigerator... these are the details that make a difference! We had a great time, comfortable services and sea, many tips provided by Marco on restaurants and shops in the area and of course as a great plus the parking space. We recommend Marco's apartment and hope to come back again next year!

Sonia was an exceptional host. Her beautiful and modern home was located in a quiet area, within a very quick walk to the beach, restaurants and cafes. It was perfectly suited for three couples (room for more if needed). We had two vehicles which fit perfectly in the driveway. We stayed for the Ironman and Sonia was super helpful in giving us tips to enjoy the area. Would stay again and totally recommend.

Excellent accommodation. In a private and quiet neighborhood. Private parking for one car but numerous parking spots nearby. Easy access to the sea on foot and close to the center and restaurants. Michelangelo is a very friendly and responsive person. It's a pleasure communicating with him. If I had to find a small defect I would say that there was a lack of equipment in the kitchen such as basic necessities (pepper, oil, etc.) and some dishes for 6 people (cups, wine glasses). For the rest, no complaints. Recommended

Our stay was great. The apartment is located under pine trees and it was quiet. The apartment was clean, has everything you need and is very cozy. We enjoyed the terrace and pull-out sofa. The landlady was very friendly and welcomed us very spontaneously. We were very satisfied and would come back.

The apartment is in line with Airbnb photos and details. It is a great apartment where the terrace is the real focal point. Cooking, eating, chilling out outside is 😎 just great. And the apartment simply has everything you need. Bedrooms are well furnished beds are very good beds👍. Also the bathroom is in high standard according to the apartment. You quickly feel at home and on the top floor you have a great view from the terrace. We spent 20 great days in Lido Adriano, in a gorgeous apartment. Out of season brewery is very nice. We used the property as a base for sightseeing in the area. The place is very spacious, comfortable, sufficiently heated even for this very cold time. We had a good time!

We enjoyed our stay. Nice pizza restaurant just across the street.
