Vacation rentals with a balcony in Province of Pistoia

We spent a week in the apartment and it was perfect for that length of stay. We found it spacious and quiet after days spent wandering around Florence’s many sights. We made the most of the well provisioned kitchen having found the local markets and took every opportunity to enjoy food and or drinks on the balcony with the beyond fabulous view of the Duomo. Max was extremely responsive host.

We were very comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. Location was perfect and walkable to everything we wanted to see. Very safe and secure location right next to the train station. Alberto was great to work with and we would definitely come back.

Wake with the bells of the Duomo at this wonderfully located apartment in Firenze. The views from the breathtaking rooftop are not to be missed! Lorenzo is a wonderful host, very flexible, and friendly. The location of this apartment can't be beat - right in the middle of everything you'll want to see in Florence! Grazie mille!

We really enjoying staying at Elisabetta e Leonardo’s apartment in Florence. It is in a great location, a nice short walk to lots of places, including the train station, but on a nice quiet street. It was very comfortable and clean and had everything we needed. We would definitely come back again next time when we are in Florence. They were very easy and responsive to communicate with.

Location was good, there was an elevator, the house was clean, the host was friendly and also helped us to store our luggage when we checked out, to be recommended

What a welcoming host and a comfortable apartment! I stayed here January 2025 so it was chilly in Florence. The apartment was cozy and a great place to come back to after visiting all that Florence has to offer. Note: 1) there is a spiral staircase (which I loved), but if you have mobility issues this could be a problem. This is a perfect place for 2 people.

Beautiful, clean and well-maintained villa. Equipped with everything. Outdoor green area and very nice and well-organized pool. Great solution for those who want to spend time with friends and family in maximum relaxation and privacy. Very kind, helpful and friendly owners. Highly recommended.

We loved our stay here! The instructions to get in were very clear, and we walked into town every day. The walk up to the house was pretty difficult, but we just called a cab on some of the days when we walked too much. The place provided a quiet neighborhood but still close enough to shops and restaurants. Views were amazing. And we used recommended chef Patrizia one night and she provided a wonderful experience for the whole family. Heated floors were throughout the house which was so nice during the colder weather. It was my kids favorite house during our stay out here. Thank you for letting us stay!

Absolutely stunning cottage in the middle of the mountains. We needed a location close enough to Florence but able to reach some other day trip destinations. The picturesque location was remarkable and beyond the photos. The hosts Luigi and Desiree were incredibly hospitable and anticipated our needs. For sure the hike up and down from the AirBnb is not insignificant. It is a hard hike up. It was fine for our family but important to know. We would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a memorable vacation in the mountains of Tuscany!

We had a wonderful stay for a family of 5 adults. The location is idyllic and we loved being in Rose and Pier’s villa set in amongst the vineyards and olive groves! It is a short drive to wineries and excellent food in Tuscany and truly felt like a home away from home. I highly recommend staying here, and we will come again for a future stay in Tuscany! Rose and pier are excellent hosts and greeted us with some very delicious gifts which was so thoughtful and so appreciated after a long travel day.

The hosts were wery friendly and the communication was perfect! When I had a question or a peoblem, they immediately found a solition and supported me. Very helpful and lovely people. I would definitely book this accommodation again for my next trip.

Wonderful place to stay during Tuscany trip. The views are even better than the pictures suggest. Pool and the area around it was great. Host was very kind and helpful. The apartament was as described- rustic style, equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, shower, hair dryer, bidet, towels. Easy parking. We stayed here for 4 nigts. Around 50min drive from Florence and the same from Pisa.

We had a great time in this home. The entrance is gorgeous and very well decorated. The garden and swimming pool is very pleasant. The interior is as described and photographed. It may be missing some kitchen amenities like a kettle or dishwasher. Special mention for the owner who was adorable and always attentive. It's a very beautiful place.

Our stay in Piero and Rafaella's apartment has been magnificent. We felt as if we were at home but in the center of Florence, with the most important monuments and activities just a few steps away. Although the temperature outside was cold, the apartment was always warm and cozy, and we were able to sleep very comfortably.

we had the best experience at Federico's place which is really few meters away from ponte vecchio (which means you have the chance to pass by it everytime you come back from the over side of the river). all the city's attraction are accessible by walking. the arrival was well managed, with all needed instructions. would come back here and recommend for sure !

We had a great time in our stay. The apartment is very well located and Marella was very responsive. Bedding is a real plus. Recommended

My parents and I spent Christmas and New Year's at Patrizia's place. We stayed there for a total of 10 days and it was absolutely incredible! When we arrived Patrizia met us at the apartment with champagne and a Christmas cake. She gave us a tour, showed us a map of the city, gave us restaurant recommendations, tourist attractions etc. Her place was decorated for the holiday's and we immediately felt at home upon arrival. Throughout our stay Patrizia would periodically check in to see how we were doing. The place was homey, clean, and better than the photos. The kitchen was perfect, there were two bathrooms and the beds were comfy. We were less than a 15 min walk to the Ponte Vecchio and Duomo. It was central, but also in a less touristy part of the city, which we enjoyed. Every morning we went to a bakery she recommended, Pasticceria Nencioni and had a pastry/coffee. When we would return home at night we would watch Netflix on the couch. Can't recommend it enough! Thanks Patrizia!
