Beachfront vacation rentals in Province of Livorno

Paola's place was just wonderful! It is on a perfect location, overlooking the small but cosy bay of Morcone with its clear blue water. The beach can easily be reached via private stairway. The apartment has all you need for a comfortable stay, including A/C. Most of all, it has a great outside area, including a BBQ area. We especially loved the big terrace where it is very nice to linger in the soft sea breeze at sunset. The beautiful and lively town of Capolivery is only a few minutes away by car and there are plenty of nice beaches around.

We found the apartment very clean and as described, and the hosts were very friendly. They gave us tips for excursions upon arrival. Anna Maria and her husband have designed a little paradise here. If you are looking for peace, you will also find it in this beautiful environment. The terrace is not only perfect for sunsets, but also for the view of the starry sky! The space was sufficient for us with two children, as we were usually outside anyway. We can recommend the small shop in neighboring Colle d'Orano. We really enjoyed the week in Patresi!

The place was ready upon arrival as we had agreed in advance. Alessandro greeted us personally and introduced everything. The villa is located a few steps from the city center, but in a quiet area. The beach is only 5 minutes walk from the villa. The large property around the villa is excellent for dog owners.

Great location on one of the most beautiful beaches. You don't need a car to get to the beach or downtown. The warm outdoor shower was our highlight after a long day at the beach.

Villa Tina in Capoliveri exceeded our expectations. Well-maintained house, good and tasteful furnishings, a small paradise. We enjoyed it very much and can recommend the accommodation without reservation.

Amazing villa with beautiful sea view. The villa is located in the one of the most amazing beach in the island. The drive is difficult, but it’s well worth it. The road on the island is not wide, similar to the Almafi coast, but the view is amazing. We walked down the village road to the beach each day, it was a great work out. We enjoyed our stay very much. There is no air con in the villa. The owner has send us some fans to help to cool down. It was hot and not easy to sleep at night when there is no wind at all. But each season and weather is different, so it’s hard to say. Otherwise, there are plenty of restaurants in the area, all walkable or short drive. I would recommended renting a boat to travel around the coast line to experience the amazing clear water that Elba has offered.

It was a great stay! We felt very comfortable. Daniela is very sweet and it was just fun! Always happy to come back! :)

Giorgio's apartment is a gem, nothing was missing and we found a dehumidifier that saved us from the very hot nights. We'll definitely be your guests again because we had a great vacation.

We found a friendly and helpful host. The apartment is not very large, but enough to spend relaxing moments in the house. It has a spacious living room and an open kitchen equipped with all the necessary accessories to make your vacation carefree. Great opportunity to have private parking and a condominium pool. Beach and restaurants are very close to the apartment. It was a really pleasant vacation, we felt right at home.

Nice, bright apartment, with a beautiful view of the sea from the balcony. A very big advantage is the proximity to the beach (about 300 meters walk) and a restaurant serving delicious seafood. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. Flexible check-in hours, easy and fast communication via Airbnb and What's Up. The kitchen in the apartment is fully equipped, but you should stock up on your own with a few small things (dishwashing liquid, cloths, etc.). In conclusion - we heartily recommend, we will certainly return here more than once : )

The place is an absolute place to yearn. The view of the sea priceless. We were lucky enough to stay alone on the property almost the entire time. The amenities are functional and you have everything you need. Everything was clean and tidy, there is nothing to complain about. The decor is familiar with personal things of the family but that's exactly what I love about AirBnB. I was very reminded of my former family weekend house. We certainly weren't here last time and I thank Fabio&Valentina for sharing this wonderful place with others.

We had a great time in Cavo! The beach was close by and there’re a lot of restaurants around. Very walkable little village. No need for a car if you stay there.

Host very attentive to the needs of the people, kind and helpful; impeccable accommodation with level services (on all the tennis court and the pool), located a stone's throw from the sea. It's a really good experience.

What a fabulous place !! Everything is exactly as shown in the photos and description but better. The view is amazing and the apartment well equipped and comfortable. Auro was very responsive to all messages and his parents, who checked us in, were charming. Just a couple of practical points - there is no a/c but usually there is a lovely breeze, just keep the blinds down when the sun is on them The access into the sea looks a bit scarier than it is - you can just jump in and then to get out, there are also some steps cut into the rock so you don’t have to try and scramble out. Wonderful - we hope to come back

Tommaso is a lovely and accommodating host. When he greeted us, he gave us a basket of products from his organic shop. He has made every effort to make sure that guests are well in his house. He changed us the gas bottles for the hot water and set the heating on request and asked us several times about our well-being. We liked the cottage very much, a great location directly on the sea. The large terrace and dining area invited us to linger. In the house, everything is conveniently furnished in the country house style, the kitchen is small but nice, the bedrooms and the bathroom met our requirements. We felt very comfortable and were able to enjoy our vacation. We are happy to come back to Castelioncello. Thank you Tommaso for all your efforts and your suggestion. The vacation home is very cozy and medeterian. The rooms are pleasantly cool even without air conditioning thanks to the ground floor and under the shade of the beautiful pine trees. The seating area with BBQ and outdoor shower is brilliant. Beach, restaurants and bars are within walking distance, the location in a quiet neighborhood. Parking fenced and away from the street. The private access to the botanical garden is a privilege to find tranquility from the busy beach and use infrastructure such as sun loungers umbrellas and even hammocks between the trees and picnic areas. There is even drinking water. Very nice sunsets! Host very friendly and helpful, reliable and quick feedback via email when booking. Can only recommend the accommodation and felt very comfortable! Only the many mosquitoes were a bit tedious.

We've really enjoyed our stay at Casa Mary. It is a lovely quite place with great view. Sebastiano was very helpful and everything went perfectly.

The photos don't make it, the house is beautiful and in a crazy location! Alessandra was very kind and helpful and Andrea was kind, helpful and friendly on the spot. Very clean apartment equipped with all the necessary, beautiful and pleasant outdoor patio, 10 steps and you can put your feet on the beach... every night you have dinner with a crazy sunset in front. Beautiful apartment in a perfect location right on the water. Since the apartment is at the end of a cul-de-sac, there is no car traffic. You don't get anything from the bar next to the apartment. (Noise or the like) We had a great time.

We had a great time in Tirrenia, we can only report good things about the stay. The house is very well equipped and is very nice. We were particularly enthusiastic about the extremely nice and active communication. Already in advance, there was all the necessary information about the accommodation and surroundings as well as recommendations for all kinds of activities. Even during our stay, Eleonora gave us tips for suitable activities due to bad weather. Thanks again for the beautiful and relaxing holiday and also for the little welcome gift!
