clean, tidy, host always available and kind for anything, even for simple instructions on how appliances work, etc. perfect outdoor area for outdoor lunches and dinners. Quiet area, close to the station and beaches, supermarkets and pizzerias on the parallel street within walking distance. Quiet both the condominium and the Bellaria area even in the evening, a friendly neighborhood like Marco. Satisfied that you paid this price for this home, which has everything we needed. Marina is a very friendly and responsive host. We wrote to each other to agree on the respective check-in needs and she was impeccable and really helpful. The apartment is charming, with spacious rooms. Very clean location, cozy living room and essential kitchen all furnished in stone. A mandatory overnight stay if you are passing through the area for both tourist and business reasons!

The place is unbelievably clean and tidy, the position is absolutely convenient, super central in the beautiful Santarcangelo piazza ganganelli, and the ancient building evokes sparks of Italian history, you can smell the essence of the traditions in this incredible historical building. Communication with the host was excellent, Giulia is ready to satisfy every single little request, and super available for any suggestions and advice. She is also a very wise and lovely human being, that you can make friend with, and talk about interesting topics and deep conversations. I've been really surprised by her open heart and her interstellar mind!! Super fantastic! 10 out of 10 in every aspect!!

There were three of us in Stefano's spacious apartment, which has a crazy view of the Cesenatico canal port. Having two bathrooms is another advantage. The canal is crowded in the evening with lots of restaurants. But in the apartment you can't hear anything at all. Communicating with Stefano was very easy. Stefano welcomed us personally, he is very kind, always available and gives good advice. Highly recommended for those who want to spend a nice vacation in Cesenatico.

Spacious and bright apartment, renovated and equipped with everything you need. Street parking is available nearby. It is located in a quiet area within walking distance of the beach, the center and the canal port. Shops, bars and restaurants nearby.

The apartment responds to photos and description. It's tastefully furnished and super clean. Morena is a kind host and ready for the customer's needs. She was also very flexible at check-in and check-out. The neighborhood where the house is located is residential and very peaceful. It is adjacent to an avenue immersed in the pine forest, where you can run and walk with the dog. A five-minute walk to downtown Cervia and Mi. But. Experience to do again for sure. Thanks

Irene and Emanuele are such welcoming hosts! We felt at home immediately. The flat was beautiful and from the terrace there are amazing views of the hills of Le Marche. It’s calm and absolutely peaceful. I highly recommend Irene and Emanuele‘s place. Thank you for a lovely time!

The surroundings are very lovely. Stia Poppi are definitely worth a visit. Florence can also be easily done by train. The house is simple but has everything you could need. Especially the terrace with BBQ and the pool ( with a view ) are great. The TV has a lot of channels so we could also watch the European Championship.

We stayed with a group of 6 friends, since we had a long motorcycle tour between different regions of Italy. It was the icing of our trip, a wonderful place, immersed in nature , in the middle of a forest near the Muraglione Pass. Mrs. Lucia and her husband were welcoming, kind and available right away. For us who were looking for such an environment, we found the house very very nice, especially large, with ample space. There were 6 of us, but there were plenty of beds. Comfortable beds, great cleanliness, and two bathrooms. We were really happy and since it was the last stop on our tour, we can say that we closed in beauty. Too bad, being Campani, it's not around the corner for us but I would be happy to go back as soon as possible. Greetings from all of us!

Beautiful place in the mountains of Casentino Forests National Park. Unforgettable vistas, lots of fantastic walking trails not far away. Nature, art and history to fill your days. Francesco and his parents are welcoming and always ready to help. Francesco met me in Badia Prataglia, the village 3 km down from his place and led the way. The house, built in traditional tuscan style is modernized for comfort. There is fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, fridge, barbecue, fireplace, internet, in other words - everything needed for comfortable stay. Strongly recommended. Ps. You do need to have a car to be able to fully enjoy all that the area has to offer.

We spontaneously traveled to Italy for 10 days and found this incredible place to stay. We are a family with a 1-year-old son and the accommodation, the beach, the surroundings were just perfect for our vacation. We were received personally and super friendly directly in the morning upon arrival. The apartment was better than we ever dreamed of. Thanks to Mauro for giving us an unforgettable vacation. We will be happy to come back.

Beautiful place, quiet and well maintained. The hosts are a very kind and helpful couple. He also offered to help me with the barbecue when I asked for information on how it works. High-quality breakfast included and with eggs from the three hens in the residence. Spacious tent equipped with duvets and comfortable bed, with breathtaking views when you wake up in the morning. There is also a swimming pool. You absolutely have to spend at least one night there. We'll be back for sure.

It was a stopover for me, I didn't have time to see the city center or the environment. Everything went very well, the large parking lot is very convenient and the accommodation is very pleasant. My review will join the long list of satisfied people. Obviously I recommend Samuel Xavier's place.

Large, comfortable apartment, a little dated in the fixtures. A few small amenities to improve, such as the lack of towels and a colander not suitable for 6 people, but overall very well. TV with decoder and therefore 2 remote controls, convenient indoor parking, air conditioning in the 3 rooms, tennis court and pool. The free beach is not far away. A pleasant vacation, it would be nice to be able to go back.

Elena's apartment turned out to be a perfect base to visit the surrounding area of Camaldoli. It is equipped with everything you need to cook and the large outdoor garden is a wonderful corner where you can look out to eat or relax with your gaze facing the woods of the park. Elena was very helpful in providing us with the necessary information and suggesting places to visit. We will definitely be back
