We have been to this beautiful place for the 3rd time, and will come back here again and again as the air, atmosphere and the Casali are very lovingly and constantly maintained. Olive trees, vines all around with 2 well-kept pools, we didn't even drive to the sea so nice is it just relax there and indeed it is a wonderful silence. The dirt road to the houses is a small challenge with lowered cars in the first 3tel (community road), once they have driven the way, they quickly get the hang of which is the ideal line. Unforgettable experience in a dream farmhouse We spent a night in this farmhouse with my friends and I can say that it was a very special experience. The property is beautiful, surrounded by greenery and perfectly cared for in every detail. The atmosphere is welcoming and relaxing, ideal for those looking for a break from the daily routine. Upon our arrival, we were greeted impeccably: the fireplace was already on, which made the entrance even warmer and more welcoming. We immediately felt a feeling of "home" and the courtesy of the owners helped make the stay even more enjoyable. Every room of the farmhouse, from the rooms to the living area, is perfect to spend moments of conviviality and relaxation. The location is ideal for those who love tranquility, but also for those looking for a starting point to explore the surroundings. We'll definitely be back soon to relive this magic. The first thing I would like to emphasize is that Giorgio is the ideal host: I would like all hosts to be like him, accurate, kind, available at all times. The villa she made available to us was as if no one had ever set foot on us; nice construction, well furnished in every detail, equipped with every possible accessory, including an air fryer!! State-of-the-art air conditioning system and a nice very clean pool and kept almost maniacally. We had not had any problems on dates, I would have requested availability for the entire month. My family, including the 3-year-old grandchild, was also very satisfied with the vacation. We all want to thank Giorgio for having us spend a holiday in August with absolute satisfaction.

I can’t say enough about what an amazing host Anya was for our group of 11, ranging in age from 6 to 82. From her clear and responsive communication to her perfect recommendations (restaurants, beaches, nearby towns/wineries, truffle hunt, private chef dinner) she helped our family make the most of what was an amazing week in a truly memorable accommodation. Our stay opened our eyes to what an amazing region Le Marche is - we’d be thrilled to visit again!

The house is very nice and has plenty of space for a large group. It was very clean through the house. Gregorio was always very eager and gave us good tips for the area! We had a great time and felt very comfortable!

Charming setting for anyone who wants spend a full vacation relaxation in the peace of nature. The apartment is comfortable with mosquito nets, fireplace and well-stocked kitchen of utensils. All surrounded by a large garden fenced in with oleanders and rosemary, barbecues and sun loungers in all privacy. The farmhouse has parking, a solarium area, a beautiful pool with reserved umbrellas, small fitness area and play area. The farmhouse is just a few miles from the town tourist and places of interest. We were greeted by Mrs. Cristina with courtesy and kindness and he gave us recommendations about restaurants and places to visit. It was a nice vacation I would have gladly extended!

Lovely place, very nice new apartment with beautiful views of the Marche hills in a quiet area, ideal for visiting the many places of interest and to reach the sea. I really can’t recommend it enough – we had an amazing time in an amazing location. The flat is big, lovely and has everything you need (incl. dishwasher and washing machine) as well as a huge terrace with absolutely stunning views of the Sibillini mountains and the town of Sarnarno. Simply a breathtaking sight to wake up to every morning. Pool is great – although shared, there are only two properties on the site, so it’s not shared by many, and is ideal for cooling off and relaxing. Fabio and Lucia (and the family) were wonderful – there for absolutely anything you need, but not in an obtrusive way: you’re left to enjoy your holiday. Sarnarno itself (15-20 minute walk away; 2 minutes by car) is lovely and has everything you need: supermarkets, bars, pizzerias, restaurants. I miss it as I write this review… There are also multiple other stunning places to visit in the area, all within an hour’s drive (or much less). It was everything I hoped it would be - and much more.

We were a group of 12 people with children and dogs and stayed for four nights to celebrate New Year's Eve. The house met our expectations: spacious, warm, with all the essentials, very comfortable to visit the surroundings and the foresight of the pool table was a plus. We needed assistance and were promptly helped.

Our experience at "Sotto i Pini" was positive. Lovely place, quiet and full of charm. The place is well-kept, there's nothing missing, so we just have to worry about food. It is the right solution for those who want to combine sea and countryside, to also find moments of relaxation. Unique small note, since it was a hot summer, in the bedroom you can suffer a little, depending on the habits of each of us. Anyway, to try, also because Daniela is a perfect host and Roland is an efficient right arm.

Sabina's home is an authentic "locus amoenus" where I found the simplicity, discreet hospitality and peace I was looking for. It is really a nice place located in a very interesting rural context to discover; convenient to the sea and close to places cultural interest. The house is tastefully furnished, perfectly aligned with the context. Sabina and Emir...seem like those meetings that you wonder if you haven't known them for years... always ready, friendly, but never intrusive. Two dear people. And their little dogs, two ridiculous characters that enrich the value of the stay. I'll be back! Paola

We spent a few very pleasant days in this house. The location is great, with a really nice and relaxing view, ideal for getting away from the routine and enjoying some tranquility. We found the house cozy and well cared for. We hope to come back in the future, maybe taking even more time to appreciate these really beautiful places.

Our stay in this apartment was really pleasant. It is located in a quiet area with a picturesque view on the hills. The apartment is decorated with taste and is very modern. Moreover, the climate in Acquaviva is much more pleasant than in San Benedetto. In the morning and in the evening, it was always fresh and we never suffered from heat. Finally, Giovanna was always helpful when we needed something, friendly, and flexible.

We had a great time at this cute little country house. Refurbished, it has all the modern comforts inside. Its strong point is the incredible and magnificent view of the surrounding countryside that you don't get tired of. It is the ideal place to recharge, disconnect, admire the view and the stars and taste the idleness. The seaside remains easily accessible and a few kilometers around pretty villages await you to taste good ice cream. Communication with Katharina, and on site with Francesco who welcomed us, was always very easy. We highly recommend this listing.

A unique, beautiful, traditional house with lots of charm and history located in a village on a hill. We were a family of six and loved everything about this place. The host was very responsive and helpful, communication was easy, we felt like we didn’t have enough time to explore the area and the region and would love to come back and stay in this wonderful house. Much recommended to other Airbnb guests!

We stayed at Paolo's for a week, we had a great time. The area is wonderful and surrounded by nature with a wonderful view. There were 4 of us, two adults and two girls aged 5 and 2 plus our dog. The house is only 3 km from Cupra Marittima, you can reach the center and the various beaches in a very short time. The nearby villages have very nice historic centers to visit and comfortable even for dining outside. Paolo also offers bicycles that we did not use but comfortable given the distances. The house is equipped with air conditioners, washing machine, dishwasher, in short, all the necessary amenities. Paolo was really kind and helpful.

We had a fantastic time in this beautiful house! The decor was stylish and cozy, and we immediately felt right at home. The pool was an absolute highlight, especially for the kids who enjoyed it extensively every day. Also for us adults the pool was perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sun. Location of the house is very calm and secluded. Many thanks to the hosts for the great experience!

Absolutely loved our stay. House was incredible. Fabulous views with covered outdoor seating where we started and ended every day. Plenty of room for 3 couples plus roll away bed. Lift super for luggage. Washing machine with dryer racks. Well stocked kitchen, plenty of pots pans utensils dishes etc. Towels and linens provided. Comfortable beds. Spacious bathroom upstairs. New to Marche region but with Sergio's help we discovered many wonderful places. His recommendations were spot on! Easy to get around town. Close to supermarket, butcher shop, bakery and cafes. Easy drive to beaches and shopping. Neighboring farmers were very friendly even sharing their just picked grapes! We will definitely return!
