Great host. Clean and comfortable space.

The apartment is super, private and although it is located up a very busy road, there is not a sound in the apartment. The climate is great because of the air conditioning. The small garden is lovely, and you turn down the umbrella, you have sun most of the day, shared with the apartment next door. It is about 1 km to the beach. Lovely with an enclosed farm out to the road, especially if there are children with us. We were super happy with the place, also with communication with the owner👌

I spent a weekend as a couple in this beautiful spacious apartment equipped with all comforts. It remains quiet and in a short time you reach the center. Mr. Mario's kindness and helpfulness make guests feel at ease. If we get the chance, we'll definitely be back.

This is our second time staying at Patricia’s apartment and if we return to Cremona we will always stay here. Spacious, clean and perfectly placed on the Corso. Patricia and her husband are lovely people and are super helpful with any minor details that demand attention.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Apartment was lovely, very clean and had everything we needed. Very nice swimming pool and private and quiet location. Plenty of parking although we did not have a car. Supermarket is nearby and only a short walk which was very handy. Communication with staff was efficient and everyone very friendly and helpful. Would recommend the apartment to other families.

We had a great stay with our 2 kids. The farm is in a quiet location about 15 minutes from the lake, so you can retreat and recover from the too touristy drift. The garden is very spacious and you have space for all kinds of activities or to lie in the sun. The apartments themselves are very spacious and have everything you need. The contact was great, very friendly and accommodating and always available.

A special place with amazing gardens and silence. It is only remote from the towns full of life, but if it were close to them it would not have this charm.

Piervinceenzo's place was extremely comfortable, large room with a outside terrace, we'll appointed kitchen we could have easily stayed there at least a week instead of two days. I would recommend this to anyone who is planning a holiday in Casalmaggiore.

We felt very comfortable in the accommodation. There is everything you need for everyday use. However, the house is very noisy. We were lucky with our neighbors, everything was nice people. It is a little away from the village, you definitely need the car for shopping. But you also have peace and quiet, except for the nearby highway. We'd book it again. We enjoyed it there.

Patrick was a great host. The apartment was nicely decorated and absolutely clean. We had a great terrace with nice loungers and a dining table. We came from far away and were a little early, which was no problem for him. He was always responsive and very friendly and accommodating! We will recommend the place to others and will definitely come back to visit.

We stayed in this beautiful house for a few days out of town during the New Year's period, we immediately had a great time and we liked the house both for the cleanliness and the internal layout, and for the location (close to Desenzano and Sirmione). Quiet area, perfect home, respectful, friendly and absolutely available host. We will definitely consider returning
