Vacation rentals with a patio in Province of Chieti

It is a brand-new property, well-designed, and comfortable to stay. The beautiful beach is just across the road. The Wi-Fi is fast, and the car park is very convenient right downstairs. The lift is helpful if you have luggage.

I stayed at Annalisa's place for a few days and had a great time. I had actually booked her other unit next door, but Annalisa was so nice to upgrade me to one that had a better view, and what a view! The unit was clean and well organized. It is located very close to the Villa Comunale in Vasto, and walking distance to the town centre, in a quiet street. You could mostly only hear the sound of the bells at the nearby church. Wi-Fi speeds were ok, I averaged about 100 Mbps both up and down. Great communication with the host Annalisa, who was very responsive. Thank you for a nice stay.

The house was a dream comfort, considering an 8-degree storm outside, the air conditioning was suitable. The fact that the heating is turned off, the night was not a problem, the house is very well insulated. The attic bedrooms with the skylights were very romantic and pleasantly furnished. Super comfortable beds and warm, light duvets. The shower is very functional. The fireplace with fir wood burning in the kitchen while we prepared meals was the icing on the cake. It has definitely exceeded our expectations. I can't wait to go back!

We had a very good time both in the apartment and with the owner Lorenzo, a guy who is always available.

What can I say?! The house was just great. Nothing was missing. Well-maintained and super clean. A stone's throw from the sea. The house is in a very quiet and very tidy residence. Giuseppe was a great Host. Always ready to help us and answer our questions. It's definitely a stay that I would recommend to everyone and do it again.

Beautiful week with beautiful weather, so many places to see. We moved often, but we also took advantage of the pebble beach in front of the house to take a nice swim. A thank you to the owner Francesca always available, what to say about the clean and perfect house.

Nicola was very responsive when booking as I had accessibility requirements that were needed. He worked with me to make sure our Nonna would be comfortable and have privacy without the use of stairs. The views were spectacular and the pool was much appreciated in the August heat. There was plenty of room and space for all 11 of us to enjoy our time together and take a break if needed. We enjoyed fireworks right from the terrace nearly every night as it was festival season and ventured down to the marina a few times. I would highly recommend Nicola’s Villa to larger families or groups. Thanks so much!

We had a brief stay at Piera and Nico's beautiful beach house, and we wish it had been longer! The home itself was lovely, clean, had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and cozy. It was a very private location, very large yard and patio space, and exceptional views of the sea. We accessed the "secret" tunnel many times to get to the beach, and it was a favorite with my little boys. We cooked many meals in the kitchen, and used the charcoal grill. Both Piera and Nico were very responsive if we had any questions or if anything came up. Great hosts! The surrounding villages were full of character, and were less than 45 minute drive. Some were even as close as 15 to 20 minutes away. So much local charm, beautiful vistas, delicious cappuccinos, and incredible history. We never swam in the ocean, because it was too cold, but we did hang out at the beach. A lot of places were closed down by the beach, but others were open in town. Highly recommend this place!

I chose this little apartment to let my parents and my aunts stay and they had a really good time! The apartment was ideal for our extended family visit. It is clean, comfortable and conveniently located. We especially enjoyed spending time on the spacious patio and lovely yard. Francesca and her parents are wonderful hosts who made us feel very much at home.

A vacation overlooking beauty. A perfect home for large groups thanks to spacious spaces, with attention to detail. From the large windows light comes in from dawn to dusk and the livable kitchen is the beating heart of the house. The panoramic view really leaves you breathless. The rooms upstairs are really cozy, the only downside is the lack of light in the ones on the lower floor. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, which is an important plus for multiple families or groups of friends. BBQ grill, pool, pool tables and Ping Pong table are the icing on the cake, which have made this house absolutely unforgettable. Obviously highly recommended.

we were a group of 11 and had plenty of space. there was no soap when we showed up which was probably our fault, but they brought some over right away. So bring your own soap. the kitchen was easy to use but could use a few more updated pots and pans. The pool area is beautiful and relaxing. The surrounding area is beautiful but a bit far from activities and attractions but close enough to many grocery stores. overall it was good for us

We had a great experience at the Airbnb accommodation in Dogliola, Abruzzo. Matteo, our host, was outstanding - his warm hospitality and helpfulness made our stay worth while. The charm of this village lies not only in its picturesque surroundings, but also in the incredible warmth of its people. The villagers' welcoming and open nature added an extra layer of joy to our trip. From comfortable amenities to a delightful local atmosphere, this stay exceeded all expectations. Highly recommend this gem of a destination!

A stay that reflected our expectations, a structure complete with everything you need for everyday life from the washing machine to the dishwasher , an iron, comfortable beds (which is not always obvious), portable fans available but never used, a nice porch to be able to consume meals. All surrounded by an olive tree plantation. I would say very satisfied.

We were very happy with our stay at Antonio’s apartment in Vasto. It is at a comfortable walking distance from the historic center and the apartment itself is very clean and has everything you need. Antonio is also a very good and kind host!

We had a great time. Everything clean and nice apartment, it was cool with the air conditioning and we didn't miss anything. In any case, Giordano is very available for any need.

Perfectly suitable for our overnight stay. Antonietta is kind and accommodating. For anyone sensitive to noise, it’s worth noting that the train tracks are immediately outside the apartment and that the trains begin to scream past at 4:30am. If you’re not a sound sleeper, this might be an important factor to consider!

We had a great two week stay in this centrally located apartment. Parking was easy, so was checking in . The amenities in the two storey flat were as described on Airbnb‘s site. The bedrooms were comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped with a large dining table, there was also a comfortable lounge (we didn’t really use it though), but the highlight must’ve been the rooftop terrace. Up there, it was possible to sit and have drinks and snacks whilst looking out the sea, and would’ve been possible to have a grill and eat dinner up there, too. The washing machine worked well and drying clothes on the roof, was extremely effective - no need for tumbler. We had a couple of small issues upon arrival, but these were dealt quickly and effectively - and in a very friendly manner - by our hosts. As said, we had a very pleasant stay, and will be using the flat again (if possible), if we return to the picturesque town of Vasto and need an Airbnb. :-)
