Vacation rentals with lake access in Province of Biella

Beautiful comfortable and authentic house, beautifully renovated, where it is cool even in high heat. The view of the rooms is splendid. Géraldine is very welcoming. Stresa is a 10-minute walk away, a little more on the way back because the slope is steep but it's a pleasure to be able to do everything without a car. We had an excellent week and we will be back for sure!

The apartment is spacious, perfectly clean and you have everything you need and from the terrace you have a fantastic view of the lake and the three islands. The hosts are very nice, courteous and helpful. We would definitely come back.

Great location at walking distance from the lake. Not much natural sunlight from windows, but apart from that the house has everything that we needed.

It was amazing 🤩 We had a great time staying at Mary and Marcos's home. Everything is lovingly decorated and so it was not bad that it almost only rained during our stay. We turned on the fireplace and it was so cozy. In good weather, the view is simply picturesque. Thank you for this great time!

Staying at Paola's place was just what my mom and I needed for a lakeside getaway. Paola accepted my request immediately despite few days notice, and although she was away on her business trip, her collaborator helped us check-in while staying in close touch with me for the whole process. The place is as described with a lake-front view of Lago Maggiore from the living room and the bedroom, and the side view of the beautiful garden. It was located on a gated hillside community so it felt safe, secure, and secluded. The apartment was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need for a stay from laundry detergent to balsamic vinegar and a bottled water in the fridge. The great care and warm hospitality of Paola shined through on every corner from the choice of well-appointed furnitures to flower patterned toilet rolls. It was so wonderful staying in on one rainy day as we felt right at home reading and sipping tea as we watched the rain fall on the lake. We can't wait to return!

We had a wonderful stay in Fiorella’s home! Comfortable and cozy, matched the description. A very quick and easy walk to cafes and restaurants, as well as Lake Maggiore. Fiorella even provided a crib for our baby, which was so helpful. We would absolutely stay here again!

Enchanting apartment with great large terrace overlooking the great Lago d‘Orta. Quiet residential area with parking nearby, the swimming spot was within walking distance, the water quality and water temperature were very pleasant. The contact with Gabriella was very warm, all questions were answered immediately. Unfortunately, we weren't able to get to know each other in person. Since we are iced with a dog, a dog-friendly vacation spot was very important to us. We were always welcomed with a dog in a very friendly manner. There are numerous excursion options around the lake. The Valstrona with many hiking trails, quaint refreshments or across the street up onto the Mottarone and enjoy the great view all around. We definitely felt very comfortable on Lago d’Orta, as we prefer quiet places without mass tourism. A big thank you also to Silvia and Giulio, who led us into the apartment and were also available to help us.

Great location, close to restaurants and on the lake. I would come back!

My wife and I stayed at the property for a week and enjoyed it a lot. The apartment has everything you need and is very nice and quiet. In a few minutes you can walk to the beach and enjoy the water and the view. In addition, the private parking space on the premises is very convenient. The communication with Cristina was absolutely great and she helped us with many tips in the region and responded at short notice/ quickly.

Beautiful apartment very well equipped with ample parking . We particularly loved the kitchen with everything you need to make good dishes, as well as the 2 bathrooms for each large bedroom. We'll be happy to go back!

Very nice place, with everything you need, clean and well furnished. Cristina is an exceptional host, always available, present and ready to recommend places to visit, restaurants, shops... The fresh brioche with pistachio that he made us find in the morning for breakfast.

Amazing host , felt right at home from the second we met, perfect dog made everything much much more pleasant luca gave us great advices as well always present and respectful we enjoyed our stay hopefully we come back soon .

Our stay was great, Giorgio was super kind and understanding, he even arranged for us to get back to the station with the taxi! Amazing place, 1 minute from plaza. Beautiful terrace, magical vacation!

Mirella was always available and attentive, the house is beautiful and was as described in the requirements. The place is lovely and the view of the lake leaves you breathless . A paradise, in a great place, surrounded by every type of comfort. I recommend it

Value for money for this very nice apartment. Large and well thought out, accessible, well located, with its underground parking space, if you travel by car it's just perfect. The place was clean, the sheets smelled like laundry, well heated, we were never cold. Very complete too, everything is there or even more. Giuseppe answered all our questions and was able to help when we had to, we greatly appreciated it. If you are looking for and hesitate, don't hesitate, by the lake in Stresa, it's just the perfect location.

This is a sweet cottage on a large lot with private access to the lake. It has kayaks, stand-up paddle boards and bikes. It was great to sit on the lake’s edge and just chill. Small but functional kitchen and great coffee! There is a pellet fireplace that we used one cool evening which is very nice. Bruno and Fabiola couldn’t be nicer. Bruno met us on arrival, introduced us to the place, and was always available for questions. Lago Orta is a beautiful lake and a great location that is off the usual tourist circuit. We enjoyed our time there very much.

The welcome was very friendly and personal - and we will probably remember it forever ;) The apartment was furnished with a lot of love and attention to detail - nothing was really missing! The guest always responded quickly to messages and was able to give good advice nearby. It must also be said that the immediate surrounding neighborhood is not very attractive - but if you are looking for an apartment to feel comfortable and to explore the surroundings from there, you will feel very comfortable here.

We were a group of 9 people and we had a lovely stay at this house by Lake Maggiore. The location is absolutely beautiful, with great views. The path to get there will have given us some chills but the garden is a real haven of peace, perfect for enjoying the calm and surrounding nature. Self check-in and self check-out will have given us a lot of flexibility, Stefano's instructions and his responsiveness were perfect. A big thank you for the warm welcome and all the small details in making our stay such a pleasant one.

We stayed here with our two teenage children on a skiing weekend. We left the booking last minute so was unfortunately unable to get anything near to any walkable amenities, but we had a car / ski lift less than 10 mins in car. Marissa was super responsive and really friendly. Everything was absolutely spotless and had everything you need for lovely you stay. It would be great if there was a bigger sofa as there was only a two seater sofa with some small dining room chairs next to the fire and as this accommodation is for six people another sofa would be great. The Wi-Fi and 4G non-existent and for connection, however Marisa said that they will be upgrading to fibre in area in the near future. We had a lovely time. Skiing was fantastic and we felt at home in this lovely house!

There is no better place in Northern Italy to spend your holidays at! Lago d'Orta is not as touristic as Lago Maggiore or Lago di Como - a hidden gem! Villa Volpe is a place you will never forget!! 🤩
