Daniela is a very helpful and attentive person. It made us feel right at home. She welcomed us into the property and was immediately attentive to our needs. We stayed in his equipped tent. 2 adults and 2 children. We spent 2 days in full freedom in its structure taking advantage of a manicured pool and an equipped and evocative garden. A hammock and a small bonfire made us the setting during a lovely aperitif with a wonderful view. Quiet and away from the chaos, it has allowed us to recharge before our return to Rome.

I’ll be thinking about my stay at Castello di San Fabiano for probably the rest of my life. It is such a tranquil and restorative setting, from swims in the beautiful pool, to walks around the vast grounds, even strolling down the calming footpath straight to town - it was a delight to spend five nights here! Then there’s the hospitality, from train station rides, to daily breakfast spreads out of a dream, to getting to meet everyone in the family (including the sweetest pups) - it was beyond special and welcoming + Gio and Benedetto were super communicative, kind, and helpful! If you’re looking for a place to unwind outside Siena, while being able to easily get to and from the surrounding areas (even if you don’t have a car!), this is your spot - a Tuscan countryside fairytale. Can’t wait to come back some day :)

Marco and Karen were wonderful hosts providing privacy and recommendations for local restaurants and things to do. Beautiful property with stunning views and even puppy dog Molly was a sweet girl. Would recommend to anyone looking to visit the countryside for peace and quiet to stay with Marco and Karen

It was an experience to stay in this fortress village on a hilltop…but there is not much else around. It was a weekday, and it felt deserted. Many shops and restaurants were closed; however Maria has her own restaurant on the lower level of the AirBnB, where she is chef, hostess and waitress (yes, she does it all) and the steak dinner we had there was superb!!! It was seasoned and cooked perfectly! I highly recommend this T-bone steak for two! It was served already sliced. A very nice breakfast was included the next morning in the same location.

4 nights stay, family with 2 kids. Enjoyed it a lot. Gorgeous apartment on the ground floor for us, superb garden and amazing pool in a discreet side of the garden. Around the house: We only been walking for coffee up the road and the place was ok not spectacular but the house and our stay there was 5 start in any way. Great meeting Annalicia, thank you for having us!

Unfortunately, we only had one night in Oscar's home - we would have liked to have stayed longer. The hamlet is a true oasis of peace and you can enjoy a magnificent view. Oscar prepared us a delicious dinner and the breakfast was great too! We will be happy to come back.

We only stopped for one night between Florence and Rome. Marco was waiting for us to welcome us in, showed us around, and gave us meal suggestions even when we came in later than expected. We didn’t get to explore the local town but enjoyed relaxing in the bathtub with the tea and treats provided. Just what we needed to unwind from the day.

Overall it was really nice. I would have preferred to stay on other rooms of the villa but they were all already booked. This room in particular was not of our taste. Perhaps you like it!

Grazia's and Oscar's place is indeed taken out of a fairytale. We thoroughly enjoyed staying there for two weeks. It is absolutely gorgeous, quiet, private, pitoresque, and trully in sync with nature. One can indeed disconnect from the hectic life many people live in big cities and take a moment to reconnect with nature and oneself. Grazia and Oscar are wonderful people who are a joy to be around. Whilst they live on the property, they masterfully achieve the balance between giving privacy but also being available and helpful when needed. We really connected with them both which made our stay there even more enjoyable. The house is rustic but very clean and comfortable. We would warmly recommend Podere Pievina Delle Corti (the name of the house) to anyone.

Pietro and Claudio are very open friendly hosts. Breakfast delicious, indoors or outdoors. The swimming pool is a luxury. The house is very rural, with a beautiful village, 3 km away. A restaurant with local dishes. You can walk beautifully in the area. Well worth it, and of course you should have seen Urbino. Thank you Pietro and Claudia.

The place on the outside definitely looks different (outdated in some parts) from pictures, but they were very welcoming and the area is so peaceful. When we arrived in our room there was a book full of recommendations about things to do and restaurants which was very helpful. The room was very beautiful and spacious. The service was wonderful. We didn’t try the restaurant because we stayed for a short time but hopefully will do that next time :) …

We enjoyed our stay at Guilia’s place! The property is excatly what you would imagine it to be.. a beautiful Tuscan retreat! The spa amenities were a peaceful paradise (with fantastic views of the landscape) and the food at the onsite restaurant was delicious and displayed authentic Italian cuisine! The hosting family make you feel at home! Highly recommend staying at Villa di Soto! Hope to be back one day!

The stay was fantastic, the "apartment" is a jewel... around the village, but still on the side for relaxation and tranquility. Hot tub with private hot water... The super kitchen and I also appreciated all the hotel style amenities (room cleaning, breakfast, lunch, dinner, etc.) combined with the independence of the private house.....Super SUPER SUPER... in addition you can also have a series of activities related to fantastic relaxation and wine. Very good. Their wine is really good!
