The apartment is very spacious, with new furniture and excellent amenities. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The location is fantastic—right in the center, yet surprisingly quiet. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Niš. Milena was a great host.

The B&B is in a very quiet neighborhood, a one way alley.There is also a yard after entering. Our room is an en-suite with one separate bedroom, and a washroom, small balcony outside the bedroom. The breakfast is on the first floor, the fresh scrambled eggs are very delicious, while we go to the Paris Olympics, while watching the game live, it is very chill ~

Perfect stay in central Nish! Milosh is a great host. He met us at his properties, greeted us with coffee and provided us with advices on what to see and what to do in Nish. The location is perfect, right in the centar of Nish. Would definitely recommend. Thank you Milosh! 🙂

We had a wonderful weekend at Sanja and Angela's! Both are wonderful housekeepers, we felt like we came to visit relatives or friends. The epitome of Niš is the famous warmth and hospitality that should be felt if you are not already:), whether you are from Serbia or abroad! The apartment is excellently located for touring the wider center on foot. Certainly, it is easily accessible and transportation if you want to check out some of the nish historical and cultural sites that are a little further away from the city center. The apartment has everything you need for two or a couple with a child, even a large terrace when the weather is nice. It is very peaceful and quiet for sleeping as it is tucked away from the larger streets, but again, in the city center. Parking available, which is a big plus! It is very clean, equipped with everything you need for a few days. Even with coffee, beverages and basic spices, although, in Nis as a tourist should go to taverns :). Sanja, Angelia and their relatives we also met, they are wonderful housekeepers and we highly recommend you to be their guests if the road brings you to Nis!

Awesome spacious place. Super comfortable, better than pictures. Great AC, wifi, larger than average shower, good supplies. Modern appliances & furnishings. Plenty of lights & storage. Communication was ok, good during stay. Can arrange laundry to be done. Note to contact 30 minutes prior to arrival for someone to meet you. Very helpful. He told me but I forgot so had to wait to get in. He came in specified time. Nice small balcony. Has morning to afternoon sun. Great plaza park with colorful water fountains right beside place. They have just started with Airbnb recently. They have a few rooms available. Across the river from an old fortress. Note plaza & fort has nighttime music past midnight sometimes. But you can go to kitchen couch & shut glass doors to reduce noise to sleep. Bus station 10 minute walk. Has refrigerator, no freezer. Could use more kitchen utensils? I noticed an odd smell in bathroom? I would highly recommend place for its comfort & space.

A very nice and authentic Serbian cottage in the forest. The place is really beautiful, perfect for relax and it’s also close to Niš. Ana was truly kind and helpful. She helped us many times, we have got a lot of tips and we have got a great experience. The communication was perfect. I can really recommend this cottage and I would definitely like to come back again.

The apartment was extremely clean, cozy, and even way better than I imagined. It was thoughtfully equipped with every single thing you could possibly need, and it truly felt like home. The environment was also serene and peaceful,perfect for a relaxing stay. The host was kind, responsive, and made the entire experience seamless. The apartment is located in a small, modern building on a quiet street in what I judged to be a desirable neighbourhood close to the river. The apartment was immaculately clean and well equipped. The rooms were very spacious, the beds were comfortable, and the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. There was plenty of wardrobe and storage space available. The Host was very responsive and friendly. The self check-in process was trouble-free. The window in the living room offered a very pleasant view over the river to the southern part of the city and the mountains beyond. I stayed in the winter and the heating system was more than sufficient to keep the apartment lovely and warm. A fruit and vegetable market and a variety of supermarkets and other shops, are close by. In summary, I found the apartment to be well located, clean and comfortable, and an ideal base for my visit to Niš.
