Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Promajna

Tomislav was a great host. He was very responsive and willing to help with whatever question we had or with fixing anything that was below expectation. The only complaint that we have is that there were meant to be 2 additional “high quality” single beds to accommodate all the guests but they were actually air mattresses which would have been nice to know before. However, one of the two mattresses were popped by the previous guests and the team made sure to set up sheets on the couch to fit that extra person so we appreciate their effort.

A fabulous stay in Ivana's studio, she was the best host and went the extra mile to help explain the locality, tips on where to go, and how to get there. The studio apartment was just as described, and super clean, spotless. With just a five minute walk into the centre of Split, yet on a quiet road, the location was perfect. I thoroughly enjoyable place to stay and I would recommend it.

Thanks for everything, we had a great time. The place is beautiful and we really enjoyed the large terrace as well as the small cove at the bottom of the house for swimming.

Just loved staying at Dijana’s place. The courtyard is wonderful. The apartment is well laid out, had a washer and dryer, and a well equipped kitchen. Loved the area as well - very walkable to the historic areas of Split. We want to stay a month or longer! Dijana is a very responsive host as well. We definitely recommend this location for anyone visiting Split!

We had a fantastic stay at Ivana’s place. Everything was at described, not to mention the extra touches that Ivana provided, such as breakfast for the first morning (which was hugely appreciated, as we arrived late on a Saturday) and delicious pancakes for the last night. Heated pool was the highlight (temperature was great for end of Oct), and the multitude of outdoor equipment also kept us occupied. Highly recommend staying here.

Our family had the most wonderful time at Darija's place. If you enjoy dipping into crystal clear water right at your doorstep, want to unwind and relax, you will love it there. Stomorska is a charming small village on Solta, less than an hour by ferry from Split. All the people are lovely and helpful. We spent most of our time with long swims, late lunches and aperitifs on our own terrace with a view, ice cream or dinner nearby. Don't miss to do a boat trip around the island. Darija was super responsive and welcoming, and her parents Dado and Jadranka treated us to a fantastic BBQ. All in all: perfect. Thank you!!

The destination was really great. The house was new. We were eight adults and four children under school age. We spent 10 days there. Great rooms were found for everyone and there were still rooms left over. There was a lot for the children to do (water park, swimming pool, jacuzzi, playground, trampoline, etc.), which is of course also important for adults to enjoy themselves. The tennis court was really nice, because we are an active family and the court was used for several hours every day. There was also a gym and a sauna so dear to us Finns. Even though the destination was inland, it only took about 30 minutes to drive to the beach. We went to the beach many days. Makarska, Baska Voda and Brela had great beaches. Ante was helpful and I always got an answer to all my questions. They even got basic food items for breakfast at our request since we arrived late on the first day. Bicycle rental and many other things can also be handled through Ante. Highly recommended!

The house was comfortably set up and had quite a bit of space with two levels and a huge yard. It was very clean. Zoran put a lot of thought into the furnishings and art and provided extra toilet paper, coffee filters, paper towels, spices, pillows, towels and more. The Village is very quaint and friendly. We ate at Konoba Bajso down the road and hiked the local trails. We had a long stay and really enjoyed ourselves. Zoran was very communicative, helpful and friendly. Parking in the assigned space and walking down the short stone path to the stone house added to the charm and the view of the sea was amazing. We definitely recommend it.

Our stay exceeded expectations! The apartment was immaculate, with fresh linens and everything spotless. Typically, during longer stays, small issues tend to arise, but in this case, everything was perfect from start to finish. Communication with Sara, our host, was fantastic, and she was always available if we needed anything. We would definitely recommend this place and hope to return in the future!

The apartment is cute with a small terrace. We enjoyed our stay, its location is great as its walkable distance from the town centre and good amenities nearby.

The apartment was exactly as listed. Zdravko was very communicative throughout the whole process and made check in/out very easy. As listed, you do have to climb up a few flights of stairs to the apartment. It is located on a quieter street and within easy walking distance to the ferry docks and Old Town. The apartment had plenty of space for our group of 5.

A beautiful space to stay. Very clean. A distant view of the water with peaceful spots to sit outside. Comfy bed, great shower. Close to Split airport. Would stay again if I go to Croatia again!

Ana's apartment is absolutely beautiful, we stayed for 5 days and felt like home. The view from the large balcony is great, Ana is super friendly and recommended some places nearby. We can absolutely recommend the place!

We had a great time at this place, the location is perfect in a quite surrounding and restaurants, bars, bus stop, supermarket, playground, bakery and the beach are just 5-10 minutes away by feet. The garden with the pool, toys and bbq corner are perfect for a visit with children. Enis gave me some very good information for activities with the family. We would definitely go there again.

Such a gorgeous air bnb! We really enjoyed our stay here. Only a 30 minute bus from the city centre, you really can’t beat this location. The hosts were very nice and accommodating. Definitely reccomend.

Our stay at Luka's apartment was fantastic! We stayed there for a week, aiming to enjoy some hiking, beach relaxation, and a bit of sun before winter. The apartment was perfect—modern, beautifully furnished, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location couldn't be better, right next to the city center and stunning Biokovo Mountain, just steps from the beach, making it ideal for both hiking and lazy beach days. Luka was an outstanding host — very friendly, responsive, and eager to help. He shared great local tips for exploring Makarska and Biokovo, which made our trip even more enjoyable. Overall, we had a wonderful experience, and if we ever return to Makarska, we hope Luke's apartment will be available again. We'd love to come back!

Marin was an excellent host. He communicated well and responded to our questions extremely fast. The apartment looked great and was very comfortable. Only issue was the people upstairs were extremely noisy late at night but easily ignored. Apartment was close to main areas, shops and restaurants. Highly recommend and would book again. Amazing. Feel that Erika explained everything very well. One thing that stood out was how much Erika provided to make our stay more comfortable. There were beers in the fridge and coffee waiting for us. There were beach towels and inflatables for kids. This place Is prefect for families of 6 or less. Steep hill and steps to the property from the beach but more than worth it for that view. Thanks again Erika
