Such a cozy and charming little place! Everything was clean, well-organized, and just as described. The hosts were kind and responsive, which made the stay even better. Would definitely come back again!

Everything was perfect, even more than i need. Marina is an amazing host, no need to try to figure anything out, because Marina already thought about it even before. So through out the whole month everything was good, and there was no stress.

The location was great. Paola was extremely responsive to all of our questions and had great insight. Our luggage was lost and when it arrived we weren’t going to be back for hours and was able to open the door and place the luggage inside. Usually I don’t ask lots of questions but there were things I couldn’t find so I’d ask her and she’d respond so quickly. My boys loved the hot tub! We were close enough to old town but were able to have a peaceful quiet night. There are restaurants within a stones throw that were good. I would 100% recommend this place and huge thank you to Paola! We love Croatia and it was such a beautiful first trip!

This place was the highlight of our trip! Loved the rooftop hot tub and it was perfect during sunset. Apartment was beautifully decorated, clean, spacious & ideal for 2 couples. The kitchen was well-equipped and we were able to cook a couple of meals. Thanks for having us and highly recommend this place.

The two of us spent just under two weeks in the apartment in September 2024. The place is highly recommended! 👍 About the property: The room is clean and equipped with a detailed guest manual with information. Several times a week (2-3 times) fresh towels were provided. The kitchenette has two hotplates, a fridge, kettle and the necessary utensils. The bathroom with shower is clean. The highlight is the balcony with the beautiful view of the bay of Okrug Gornji and the sunset. About the location: Two supermarkets are within walking distance, the beach is halfway steep downhill but also not far (about 10 minutes). Along the harbor promenade are some restaurants and bars. In September, the pebble beach was not crowded. A rental car is highly recommended, there are many beautiful beaches and nature to discover.

The apartment met our requirements exactly: clean accommodation, no unnecessary frills, centrally located so that we could easily reach all hotspots. 5 stars !!!! Thank you!!

Had a lovely stay here. Place was very clean and host was kind and responsive. Right next to the train station that takes you to Split. It would be worth renting a car to visit the beautiful nature parks.

We had an incredible stay at Niko’s property. Everything was brilliant, from the communication to the recommendations and more. The real standout is the private roof terrace with hot tub overlooking the sea and nearby island of brac.

Our stay at The Green Dream was absolutely perfect! The listing was accurate in every way - the space was beautiful, immaculately clean, and had even more amenities than we could have imagined. Ana, our host, was exceptional. She was incredibly responsive, helpful, and accommodating. She allowed us to check-in early and even let us store our bags after check-out until late in the afternoon. Ana's attention to detail was impressive, from providing mosquito repellent to offering suggestions for local restaurants and transportation. There were 10 of us, including myself and we all agree that we couldn't have asked for a better experience. The Green Dream and Ana made our stay truly unforgettable. We are so grateful for their hospitality and highly recommend this listing to anyone visiting Split. Thank you, Ana!

Just loved staying at Dijana’s place. The courtyard is wonderful. The apartment is well laid out, had a washer and dryer, and a well equipped kitchen. Loved the area as well - very walkable to the historic areas of Split. We want to stay a month or longer! Dijana is a very responsive host as well. We definitely recommend this location for anyone visiting Split!

We had a lovely 13 days here. Well-equipped kitchen. Beautifully clean apartment. There was great communication with Mario. If we ever visit Pakostane again, we'd love to come back. Janica beach is 550 meters, which took 8-10 minutes with two small children. Beautiful lanes as well as the town centre. There was plenty to do even at the beginning of September. Thank you so much for making your vacation more enjoyable! We recommend it to everyone!

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Split. The location is super convenient, being close to the airport and surrounded by plenty of great restaurants in the neighborhood. It's just a 20-minute Bolt or Uber ride from the bustling Old Town, which allowed us to easily explore the historic center and then retreat to the peace and quiet of the house afterward. The hosts were incredibly friendly and kind, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The house itself was fantastic—exactly as described, with all the amenities you could want. It was the perfect base for our trip!

Our stay at Apartment Martini was fabulous!! SO clean, amazing location, so close to a great beach, and the hosts went out of their way to accommodate us. Some construction going on right next door that starts early but we’re early risers. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay.

The Studio flat was really great with everything you need for a holiday. It is very close to Split airport so only 10 minuits by taxi. Enough distance so that there is hardly any aircraft noise. It is literally across the road from the beach. All the beaches have fine slightly sharp gravel so take beach shoes. The Island of Trogir is a 10 minuite bus journey ride away that stops practically outside the door. You can also easily bus to many little beaches with changing places and showers. There are Water sports, buses, water taxis close by and a ferry to Split. The host is really nice, always contactable, very helpful and full of local knowledge. I cannot recommend the wonderful host and her family enough in this perfect location.
