Pretty apartment, very clean, functional, in excellent condition. Close to a vaporetto line but far enough from the hyper center if you have to walk there (in case of a vaporetto strike as was the case during my stay). It is located in a quiet and charming neighborhood. There are many bars and restaurants nearby. Elda is really very accommodating and friendly. Thank you so much!!

We spent 2 nights in Venice. The host was very kind and friendly. Unfortunately it was a bit cold and rainy outside and we asked him to raise the heating temperature and he helped immediately. The flat is very quiet and calm but just a few minutes walk from good restaurants. The Rialto and the Saint Mark Square is a 20-25 mins comfortable walk from the flat. It was absolutely good to stay there. The bathroom was clean and well-equipped such as the kitchen, too. It was easy to check in. The host came there to show what we could find there and give some instructions and suggestions. We just had to leave the keys on the kitchen table. Absolutely recommended. Thank you.

Talk about an amazing location! If you have ever been to Venice before you have likely had the experience of schlepping your heavy suitcase over countless bridges and staircases and sweating profusely. That will NOT be the case if you stay here. The location is so close to the Rialto bridge which is where the boat will drop you from either the train station or airport. Probably a two minute walk and super easy! The apartment is in the perfect location - maybe a 5 minute walk from San Marco’s square and super central. The apartment is quite large. We stayed with our two kids and had plenty of room. The two bathrooms were also a plus. Overall it was a great apartment. The only thing I would mention is that there are no amenities like shampoo or extra toilet paper so you have to be aware of that. There was a market very close so it wasn’t a big deal, just something to note. Overall it was a wonderful location and apartment. I recommend!

It was excellent, everything as described and even more amenities than in the description. Very nice and accommodating. We will definitely come back because of the cleanliness and the price-performance ratio. Perfect location and very quiet in the house itself, despite the central location. 10/10!

Our stay with Rafael could not have been better, I mean, could! If it had lasted more 😂 than an amazing place! the photos on airbnb do not describe the beauty of the villa, definitely! friends and family, seeing the photos I posted on social networks, asked me if the place was really and really wall a dream! the location is perfect, very close to the center of the city, easily accessible from the villa. The room is beautiful, super well equipped, super comfortable for longer stays. the villa is stunning, with the garden and the most beautiful flowers that I have ever seen. Rafael is an amazing host, polite, helpful and who makes us feel at home! I took my dog and he was able to walk around the gardens, relax under the trees, he absolutely did not have words to thank Rafael, for everything! Besides, riva del garda is a wonderful city, until now my city preferred in italia! summarizing: we will return with all the certainty! recomending! absolutely!

Casa di Eleonora is a great place to stay in the Brenta Dolomites. The lake and peaks of Dolomites are spectacular. The view from the appartment is beautifull and you can reach town centre within 5 minutes of walk. Flat is on second floor and is very clean, comfortable and cozy. It's also 5 minutes by car to Andalo and Paganella Skiarea. I highly recommend this place!

Umberto was a friendly and present host. Our dog Cheyenne also appreciated her attention. The apartment is in a quiet area five minutes by car from the supermarket. Ideal location for visiting the lake, Verona and Mantua. Comfortable bed and sofa bed, but a special appreciation goes to cleanliness. We recommend it and if it happens again we will be happy to stay there again.

We felt very comfortable in Sergio's accommodation. Especially nice was the opportunity to be by the lake in 5 minutes by foot. A beautiful garden invited you to linger and relax. The interior design didn't miss anything to enjoy the stay. We found the warm welcome particularly nice with a wonderful introduction, a prosecco and water. Perfect experience, impeccable structure with attention to detail. Very clean mobile apartment equipped with all the accessories. Very peaceful area and attached to many activities. Two minutes by car from Peschiera del Garda . The owner is available, friendly and generous . I absolutely recommend this property.

We had a great time. The house is really nice, about 15 min walk from the seaside Centre of Toscolano Maderno. The house was very clean and has everything you need. Although it was quite hot and there is no airconditioning it cooled down during the night. Communication was excellent.

A great host, who goes out of her way to make sure you have a pleasant stay. Even cool drinks were available to welcome you. The air conditioners work perfectly and the entire house was sparkling clean. Will certainly come back to enjoy the warmth and surroundings 😊

Your place from Sergio was very nice. In winter with a lot of snow, you need snow chains. You have it very quiet and yet supermarkets can be reached quickly and you can only drive to the Sella Ronda in 15 minutes.

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment! The location was ideal and well connected by public transport, allowing you to fully use the Trentino card! The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos: spacious, clean and well furnished. The well-equipped kitchen. The hospitality was impeccable. Alessandra and Michele are great hosts, very helpful providing us with all the information you need to explore the area, as well as welcoming us with a great freshly made strudel, a basket of fruits, a bottle and other delicacies! We highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to explore Trentino and look for a comfortable and welcoming place, even for four-legged friends who are fully welcomed and pampered! The exquisite location of the apartment, and the lake view.. This itself is a resting place and an energy charging element. At least for me.. I only want to spend a month here with time...

Our stay in Venice was a great pleasure. Of course, the city is just marvelous. And Jess‘ apartment added to a great experience. It is located in the middle of the city close to Mercato Rialto - and very quiet at the same time. Jess provided us with useful information and was always available when we had a question. The apartment is lovely with everything you need. And the terrace is just a blast. To have breakfast in the sun end of october before heading out into the city - that was extra nice. We would return anytime and highly recommend Jess‘ Domus Croce.

Erika's apartment is simply a feel-good oasis. We stayed 10 nights here and felt very comfortable. The apartment was very clean, is really equipped down to the last detail and the location is fantastic. Lake Garda and great restaurants and bars can be reached in 20 meters. The private and separate garden area is great. You feel like you have your own little cottage in Italy. Erika and her mom welcomed us warmly and explained everything to us superbly. We can recommend this apartment and the location. We are 2 adults, 3 children (4,10,15) and one dog. Thank you Erika

STOP LOOKING, JUST RENT THIS PLACE. Is it a 5 star hotel? No. Will you feel like a million bucks staying here? Yes. Imagine staying in a 15th century palace... oh yea, it was one! Does it have a Kitchen? No. But there is a Nespresso (older style, smaller pods, plenty), a tiny fridge and basic plates/cups/utensils/wine opener. There is a COOP (supermarket) 2min away where you can get anything you need. I cannot tell you how beautiful the antiques are, the views, the giant glass doors that open right to the canal, the huge glass chandelier, the bed and bedding is great (memory-foam style pillows so might be a little hard for you, but we got used to them fast enough) and it's quiet too! If you are staying 1-2 nights, you want to walk to St. Marks (~20 min) to experience the city. If you are staying a week you want to be this far from the crazy, but you are still just off the "The Main Venice Street" here. +Hosts were SUPER helpful when our flights got messed up!

I can’t recommend this place enough. It’s truly a unique and authentic Venetian experience. We felt like royalty living in a palazzo. Amazing views from the rooftop, comfortable and spacious. What a great experience!

I don’t know where to start, first of all he is as responsive as it gets, with all the best tips for surrounding area. Check in was super easy and very well explained! Apartment is a top notch as well as the whole complex is. Very close to the beach and really peaceful too. I can say that I am very happy that I chose his apartment! All the recommendations!
