Pamela and Alan are amazing hosts! They were extremely responsible and flexible, which made our stay quite worry-free. Their home is beautiful and kept neat, and the scenery surrounding the home was lovely as well, especially with the snow. Their kitchen had everything we needed and more, from pots and pans to seasonings and oil, which made cooking an easy experience. The wood stove and hot tub are such unique bonuses too, and even through we didn't utilize them much, I'm confident others will enjoy it. No complaints whatsoever, and highly recommended to anyone.

Our family, along with another family, had the pleasure of staying at this charming house over Thanksgiving weekend, and we couldn’t have been happier with our experience. The house was impeccably clean when we arrived, which immediately made us feel at ease. It was not only spacious and comfortable but also thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The layout and amenities were perfect for creating lasting memories together as we cooked, relaxed, and enjoyed the holiday. Lovely place, very homey and peaceful. Everything you could possibly need. Very clear instructions for check in, which was super helpful since we arrived after dark. Very convenient location if you are visiting Colgate University. Highly recommend!!

Another great stay - always a great stay. I hesitate to over-recommend because then I’ll never be able to book! But…Quick complementary bus ride to Greek Peak any time of day or night. Easy parking. Suzan’s place is top notch. I’ve stayed at others at Greek Peak when Suzan’s wasn’t available and none compares. Clean (so clean…like, I want to steal her cleaners and relocate them to my city clean), comfortable, well-stocked kitchen. And Suzan is great - great communication, thoughtful. Can’t recommend enough - thought I’ll regret this when I can’t get a reservation. :-)

We had a great stay on the lake. The property is perfect for a family, group or couple. The water access is amazing. The outdoor grill and flat top stove allowed us to have dinners outside with phenomenal views. The communication with the owners was awesome. We brought our kids and had a great time.

We loved Simon's place and Simon was an excellent host. The home is even more lovely than the pictures can show. It is so clean, gorgeous lighting and furnishing choices, comfortable couches, beds, linens, great views from big windows, and an amazing yard. It's charming and one of our favorite Abnbs of all time, hands down. One small note for future guests--we were staying during a cold front (like 7-8 degrees outside) and since the fireplace is finicky and the heat turned off and on, it did get chilly. Don't hesitate to use the space heaters to get the lounge room a bit warmer. Simon is aware of both concerns, quick to respond, and problem solve. We hope to be back soon!

While the access road is not for the faint of heart and more closets/clothing storage is needed, the cabin was very clean, well-stocked and organized. There were plenty of movies to choose from and a big firepit to enjoy. The property manager, Mike, was very responsive, knowledgeable and helpful. All in all, the cabin is a lovely place to spend a few days relaxing and enjoying the incredible view.

Easily accomodated our large group with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and the large living room/dining room space for us to gather. Plenty of kitchen equipment for us to prepare meals and loved the extra sink and bar area for food prep. The fake fireplace was great with the temperatures outside below freezing. Lovely back wooded area with the brook to see from the back porch. Hosts were quick to respond and their home was beautiful.

The place was amazing, the kitchen was great and has everything as far as pots and pans, spices , etc… The location is great, 8 minutes to Cooperstown and all the restaurants And close to Oneonta. Craig and Christina keep the place very clean and we had a little snow and they were on top of it and had us plowed out in no time. I would highly recommend staying at their cottage. We loved our stay at the Hidden Lakefront. It was a perfect escape from our everyday city environment. Beautiful property and house. The home itself was clean and spacious, very warm for the snowy weekend. I recommend this property for warm or cold getaways!

Pictures do not do this place justice. We only stayed for a couple days with our dog, but this one of the best trips we’ve taken in a while! The cabin was so cozy, beautiful, and warm (it was below 10 degrees while we were there). Michael was so responsive and sent plenty of instructions, leaving no issues while we were there. Definitely can’t wait to come back!

This house was spacious, in an easy location right outside Cooperstown, clean and exactly as pictured. All the bedrooms were equally nice, heating system worked great for winter and kitchen was great for cooking. Wonderful to have two large bathrooms and showers. We were there during a snow storm and it was super pretty outside as well. Thanks Dave!
