The view is just amazing. The terrace is huge and all yours under your feet in Budva. The location of the house is outside the center and about 15 minutes away. Olga helped us with everything. If you have your own car and are coming to Budva, we would recommend staying here.

We really enjoyed staying in Dobrota. The house was located close to the beach with beautiful stone piers. Darko showed us the house and helped us quickly when we had issues with the warm water.

Jas and Rosa are extremely friendly, gave us a lot of recommendations for the area and took very good care of everything! The house is very secluded from cities, beaches and activities, which means that you always have a longer drive, which should be noted. The pool is very nice and the kitchen is superbly equipped!

We had a really great stay here, it is a long way out from Kotor, but we like that, it was quite no noise. The night sky was awesome. Close to the sea was great to jump into from the ponta. (We did this every day) Also was nice to see the cruise ships coming out of Kotor in the distance. The place is homely, a little bit dated, but a proper Montenegro home which we liked. The added addition to having the local cats come to visit morning and evening was so good. We counted at least 10 + cats and kittens. Overall a great quiet place to stay.

From the moment we booked our house, Milos was extremely interested and helpful in everything. He responded very quickly to all our questions about the car rental, our transfer from the airport, our entrance to the house, when we entered. I would like to point out that we were very satisfied with him. As for the house, we only traveled 5 big and 2 children, this place was very suitable for us since we wanted a protected house due to the children. On the other hand, we wanted a big and comfortable place to ourselves. The terrace and the view of the house were incredibly beautiful. You can reach the city in just 5 minutes by car. The location of the house is very good, both close to the center and away from the crowds. The terrace and the view of the house are incredibly beautiful. It is a very pleasant and comfortable place where crowded groups can stay comfortably. I recommend it to everyone.

Villa Pcela is outstanding in every way. The villa itself is perfect for large groups, with each double bedroom having its own en-suite, and the upper terrace and dining area with plenty of space to eat and cook together. We will miss watching the sun rise every morning over the mountains to the sound of the local cockerel crowing. The villa is well located to visit Tivat and Kotor, and hiring a car was really helpful to visit Lake Skadar for birdwatching and Budva ( Sally recommended Pavel for car hire and we can confirm he was really helpful and reasonably priced). The cable cars and speed boat trip to the blue caves were amazing.

Holidays in Montenegro for an amateur, lived with two small children in Montenegro in different apartments for almost a month. The last 5 days have been booked at Yvette's apartment. To be honest, we were very sorry... we were very sorry that we had booked our entire vacation in the apartments at Yvette's. Great service, silence, great kids, clean pool! In general, it is better to find something for children. Montenegrins are not as neat and pristine in matters of service as our compatriot Yvette. It was super welcoming

What a pearl! Both the village and surroundings and the property! Everything is very nice and flexible! We had a bigger terrace than expected and the view is lovely! The curtains are not completely 100% blackout, so be careful if you're a light sleeper. But normally you bring your own eye mask if you are a bit self-conscious 😝 Thank you Vladimir!

The clean apartment and owner responded quickly and was helpful. The pool area was really cool too! The scenery was really beautiful, especially at sunset. Nothing to blame.

The villa was as lovely, clean and clutter free. Nice open plan living space upstairs making it great space for family to socialise together. It is well equipped with bathroom and kitchen facilities. Large beautiful wood burning stove in the lounge. Beautiful location with lovely scenery. It is a short walk (10 mins) from the house to the town. Ljiljana was very helpful when we contacted her for information and even provided us with a couple of bottles of her home made wine! Would definitely stay here again. Lovely place

A group of us stayed at Stevo’s place earlier this month and had a great time. Stevo was really responsive, our flight arrived hours early so we arrived earlier than check in but Stevo came straight to meet us there for check in and gave us lots of information about the place. He also sent us a list of recommendations too. His father was really kind and picked fresh grapes, chilli’s and cabbages from the vineyard when he same to collect our rubbish. The place was as described and clean. Only thing is that the driveway up to the villa was on a hill and was quite rustic. But we made it up there daily with a camervan and a small SUV and it was manageable. Highly recommend this place!

Aytaç provided quick answers to our questions. The house was clean and tidy as in the photos. It was a house we might want to stay in again.
