Very responsive and friendly host, the apartment is perfect for two people but has the possibility to accommodate 4 people. It is well furnished and located, we did not lack anything. I recommend it. 👍🏻

Very quiet apartment, great location and easy access: close shops and lake and easy street parking, the parking of the residence is often complete in the evening. Very convenient for a work trip Well equipped, nice and bright living room with a large balcony. Bedding lacks a plush for my taste and more blackout blinds or curtains in the living room would be a plus.

Pleasant accommodation, well-equipped. Ideal location not far from the ski resorts. Overall we had a very nice stay.

We very much enjoyed our stay. Rob and Gen were super helpful and friendly responding almost immediately to any query or request. It was nice for a change to actually meet the owners too, and it shows that they visit regularly - through all the thoughtful touches. The flat’s location is great, super central so you literally have everything at your door: supermarket, cafes, fantastic bakery, shops, restaurants… The flat itself is very traditional and cosy and feels like home. It’s super well supplied with everything you need. The balcony is large and very useable weather permitting. And the chimney is a nice addition in the winter! We would definitely consider staying here again, and even coming in the summer. Thanks again.

Very nice apartment, cosy and very well equipped. Beautiful location towards the Imperial, you can easily walk to the old town of Annecy and its lake, in about ten minutes. Do it again.

we had a really good stay here. location is excellent - short walk to either town , or Planards where the (little) kids were for ski school, yet away from the main road. The Apartment was clean, smart and comfortable. Checkin instructions were clear and timely and they were quick to respond to any questions we had during the week. Would certainly stay again!

Jess' place was perfect for our week's skiing. She was in touch with us before our holiday with much help on ski passes and bakery deliveries. Easy check in. Perfect welcome pack after travelling. Jess was very responsive when we asked for local info. Apartment was lovely and quiet and had all we needed, very clean, comfortable beds, nice linen, easy to use kitchen, plenty of hot water, good TV. We managed to use a ski shop with storage (would recommend Berger Ski next to Pleney lift) so walked to and fro with ease. There are buses, but we didn't ever use. Would definitely return. James is a friendly host and available by message at any time. The space was cozy and very pretty. Perfect breakfast service before skiing, heated and well-maintained ski room. Bedding is comfortable and parking is very helpful. The hot tub is accessible every day (just the hot tub which has almost no bubbles but apart from that, it was perfect) We'll be back soon.

Great ski trip in Morzine with family, Paul was extremely helpful and supplied top tips as soon as we booked. Location was fabulous and the buses were extremely helpful after a long day on the slopes. Homely and loved the added touch of board games. Thanks for being such great hosts.

Had a lovely stay for a 5 day break. The apartment had everything we needed and was cozy. The host was lovely and very helpful. Nice location and short walk to town. The only thing I would say is the listing suggests ski in/ski out which wasn’t possible. However, was only a 5 minute walk to the gondola from the apartment. Thanks for a lovely stay.

A fabulous ski week in Morzine. Rachel's apartment was perfect for us - 3 mum's each with our own double bed, and 3 sons in the triple room. The beds were really comfortable and each room is en-suite. We ate in most nights and the kitchen is well stocked with everything we needed. I know Morzine well - this apartment is centrally located near great bars and restaurants. About a 10 minute walk to the 2 main ski (or bike) lifts. Rachel was very communicative before our stay, and Isobel who met us on arrival and departure was delightful, helpful and also communicative during our stay when we had a couple of questions. Fully recommend.

What can I say, the accommodation is beautiful, very convenient, everything is done to make you feel more than good, it is bright. Decorated with great taste, nothing was left to chance. Benjamin thought of everything, from bathrobes, towels, to flip-flops for access to the jacuzzi which is really great. The kitchen is very well thought out, practical, all the equipment is efficient. Very cozy and comfortable living room, great bathroom with extra lighting, we loved it. Perfect bedding, a large bed, we slept like babies. We'll be back without hesitating. Marie Louise and Francis

Host communications and access instructions were very clear. The accommodation is spacious with 3 bedrooms and their bathroom as well as 2 toilets. A free shuttle stop at the foot of the accommodation allows easy access to the slopes in less than 10 minutes. The digital equipment needs to be modernized because it's difficult to get TV reception. However, we didn't use it much so we didn't mind. We recommend this place to stay for a stay in the mountains!

Very nice stay in this studio, it allowed me to have a place close to my friends' place that I had come to see.

2 night stay, we loved the concept of the "secret nest". The apartment is well-equipped, tastefully decorated, the residence is very quiet and in a good location. Michel is a friendly and available host. I recommend it.

We had a beautiful 5 day stay. François was extremely helpful and gave us information and recommendations. He was on hand to help us with any queries we had and went above and beyond. The place was amazing with a great addition with the hot tub and views. It was well equipped with everything you could need during your stay. I look forward to staying again the future!
