Casa mto boa, exactly like description and photos. Mto Beautiful, Decorated, Nova, Well-equipped Mto. 3 floors, 3 suites on the 2 floor and 1 (the largest) on the 3 floor. The 2 air conditioners in the living room and kitchen were great and made a difference.The kitchen is well equipped,with new td, good quality and good taste. Cabem 2 small cars in the garage(but it's quiet to leave another one on the street in front).Casa is almost on the corner of the Costa Azul market, and just over 300m from entrance 2 of the beach! We did everything on foot there,msm c/ 5 children.The tent and chairs he has partnership on the beach was extremely helpful to us. In the house has some beach chairs and tbm cart, boards. The hot pool was amazing tbm! We were super welcome, oriented and served all the time by Igor (homemade), one of the air-conditioners in the room spoiled, and he super struggled, and arranged someone to pack on the same day! The super attentive Anderson always tbm!Facilitated mto our check-in included. Ctz we'll be back!

Monday of many times I will be back. The house is very delicious, air-conditioning in all rooms, heated pool, super structure for barbecue and kitchen. Spacious and comfortable bedrooms, all suite. The condominium is great, super good location. Gustavo is a super host, always willing. The house is always impeccably clean and needs ZERO maintenance! My favorite place on the North Shore. You can book without fear.

amazing place covered by nature , when we arrived clean pool and super sanitized rooms. The first day was a little complicated because the refrigerator was not freezing. soon he called a technician and the other day for the 14:00 hrs was working. It was super fast thanks God because we were with plenty of freezer stuff. plus it was all communicated to him and he responded super attentive . Outside that the place is amazing he super solved our problem was satisfactory for both parties . I loved my stays there. I took kids and they super enjoyed. Beautiful beaches nearby , market , restaurants . I really wanted to have gone to the trail that has on an island that only has access through the condo. more unfortunately it was with children so I recommend it if I recommend not to take children to the full. amazing home people super recommend, sure I will get it there again. The house is a grace and corresponds very well to the listing. The decoration is simple and tasteful, the rooms are integrated and every room in the house has air conditioning. It accommodates well six people. The kitchen is equipped with good eating utensils in the house. Paola was very prompt and quick in the responses, even before we closed the reservation. We found the pool a differential - although it was shared with the condominium it was always empty when we used it. We highly recommend the stay!

Karin responds to everything quickly and kindly. She is an excellent host, so much so that this is the second time I've been to the house and I loved the experience again. It is a very special place, with a delightful backyard, barbecue, hammock for resting, all excellent utensils for use. Several other things like salt, sugar, cleaning products, cloths, mop, bedding, great pillows, fans, even medicine to ward off mosquitoes. The place is identical to the photos. Spacious rooms, super-equipped kitchen, the air-conditioning works well (including air in the living room), green area for children to play… the house is very beautiful!! Andrea (our host) always very kind and was flexible with check-in and checked in, that was great for us that we are from afar and we were able to enjoy more. Parking has only one spot, so if you are in more cars, you will have to have some available space or look for parking nearby. I do not recommend that they stop on the street, because it is very narrow. Note: remembering that Andrea warns about the vacancy, so no one was fooled. I recommend and would undoubtedly return to this house!

we stayed a week at Felipe's house, a very cozy, modern and well-equipped house, with all the utensils from the kitchen, to beach chairs and sunshine, house and simply beautiful is not perfect because bathrooms are very small, very close to several shops and with the access to the beach of riviera that is a good beach, we prefer to go to beaches a little more distant, as tip: the beach of bora bora 25 minutes from the house ,more that it is worth knowing how to know crystal clear waters and calm sea. another tip is for those who want to eat well and with fair price: the restaurant per kilo inside the sugar bread and very good and is close to the house. The house is perfect, clean and has everything you need and even more, lots of details and sensational space. The swimming pool to that surprised me, because it was heated does not imagine that it would be, however that many of the family turned into the night in the pool. The location is close by and the beach is close by. In short, it exceeded expectations.
