Wonderful accommodations, we loved the stay, suggestion to do some maintenance, such as extermination of termites, changing the rubber of the refrigerator and brewery, to maintain the level of accommodation and the optimal structure offered.

As always everything beautiful, clean and impeccable. We love being there back, I felt at home, all well tidy and decorated to spend the carnival. It was a wonderful stay and we will definitely return. Tatiana is such a great host!!! We love everything!!! Bora wait next!!! Kkkkk...bj

If you're looking for wonderful and preserved beaches, away from the madness of the big city, this is a great place. The village is simple, but from an incredibly welcoming people, I loved it. And it is very close to the best beaches and boat trips of Governador, as in the Bay of the Dolphins for example. The house is super cozy and extremely clean, as shown in the photos. There's everything anyone else might need, I felt at home and had great days there. I found it a good cost-benefit compared to the region's prices, I recommend it.

Peter was an excellent host, always attentive to our questions and needs. He provided us with chairs and a sunshade. Wonderful house, beds, sheets, furniture, everything impeccable and top-notch. Fully equipped with everything you need, WiFi, everything new. Each room with air conditioning, just the right size pool and impeccable. Quiet, safe, beautiful place where you can walk at night without fear. With a super-stocked mini-market where we found everything we needed two houses away. Supermarket, restaurants and others all within walking distance. With the best free-standing grill where we ate very well. We would walk to the beach, as it is very close, a beautiful beach, clean with warm waters. We'd go back a thousand times..!!!

Junior was an excellent host, always attentive and cheerful with the best willingness to help us, he made us feel at home. The place is very quiet, peaceful, we felt very safe. It's a place with a very good location, everything is very close. 100% recommended.

The place is perfect for a couple: it has a swimming pool and a private gazebo, everything is impeccable, modern and fully equipped. It even has practical details like towels, a cart with beach chairs, and much more. The hosts are very friendly and always attentive to what you may need. The location is quiet, ideal for resting away from the noise, but at the same time it is very close to the best beaches in Florianópolis. Supermarket two blocks away. We totally recommend it. If you plan to visit Canasvieiras or Jureré, it's a good idea to leave early to avoid traffic jams during peak hours.

The stay was as planned, Daiana always helped a lot with good instructions, the location is excellent for those who have a commitment at ACM, covered garage space, 24-hour reception, at the moment the condominium street is under maintenance, the rest was all great! We really liked the location, the tranquility and the easy access to the apartment. Being on the ground floor, it has a patio with a very nice grill and usable for resting, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, very good aroma when entering the building and the apartment. I would definitely come back

Beautiful apartment and complete, it lacks nothing, the balcony-type terrace with a grill, ocean views and the pool is the best, very quiet area, direct access to the beach is a luxury The heated pool for bad days is very good, a negative point is the water is very, very hot and too much chlorine. In the area there are small supermarkets and the restaurant on the corner is very good.

Francis' place is awesome! We found a really nice apartment even better than the photos, in a really good location, with a huge balcony where you can easily spend the entire day. The neighborhood is really nice, 2 blocks from a big supermarket, a big pharmacy and the main shopping street of Canasvieiras, and less than 2 blocks from the beach! Francis was really nice, he kept communicating and send very clear instructions for check-in and check-out. We'll definitely stay here again our next time in Florianopolis! 100% recommended

Our stay at Mauricio's apartment was great! I recommend staying there. It has all the necessary appliances, everything is very modern and comfortable. A few steps from the main center of English and the beach. The air conditioning didn't work the first day and they fixed it quickly. We would definitely stay there again!
