The apartment is beautiful, just like the photos. You have everything you need for a great stay. Very close to the beaches of Peracanga and Bacutia, just a few steps away. The building is excellent, everything new and the penthouse is all good, a large pool and a beautiful view. I recommend the apt and I will certainly return!

Comfortable, quiet apartment, very well equipped and well located. The barbecue on the balcony works really fine and Alexa was successful with the kids! Rssss. I recommend it!!

We very much like staying at Ana Carolina's apartment. We were very well received by Cristina, Ana's mother. The apartment was very organized, clean and smelling, we felt at home. Ana Carolina still had the attention with the children, left some toys for them to play, and also left a treat to receive us. In short, we like it so much that we intend to go back.

My stay was excellent, great apartment, super clean, quite comfortable and catered to me in full in everything I needed. Host Glorinha was very nice I liked more, I will certainly go back there and highly recommend

Condominio perfect for kids! safe, well-kept place, adult and children's pool, little bar next to the pool with self-service (thing simple). next to the beach, if you want to walk, if you're not going to take a lot to the beach. helpful and friendly condominium employees. very nice barbecue area. Apartment exactly as in the pictures, it has the basics in the kitchen, such as silverware, dishes, pots, shapes and thermos. it accommodated perfectly myself, my wife, my son and my parents. We look forward to returning soon!

Our stay at the accommodation was wonderful!!!! The apartment is great, airy with everything you need to eat and a breathtaking view of the lagoon. We were in 5 people and all accommodated in great comfort.

Danielle was a great host, its Apto is wonderful, very cozy and complete, the location is perfect for access to the best beaches of Guarapari, (Bacutia and Peracanga), we will certainly return other times.
