Great Apartment, as per announcement... I felt at home. Because it accepted pet, the only screen was missing on the balcony to be able to stay more and more quiet when leaving the pet alone.

The space exactly matched the advertised photos! Espaço clean and organized. It has all the items you need. The jacuzzi is wonderful and spacious. The place was clean and organized and the hoster Denise always quick to answer questions. We strongly recommend the apto Bambu 04. Not to mention the wonderful view! The laundry room too much to organize the clothes. The structure of the building comk condominium tbm is very good and tasty!

Super recommend!! Karina was always very kind and we got the flexibility to get in what helped a lot! About the apto I liked it a lot too, well equipped, clean and spacious and with a great location!

My stay at Mônica's apartment was simply exceptional. From the beginning, Mônica was incredibly kind and proactive, ensuring the whole experience was perfect. There were some minor problems during my stay, but Monica solved everything quickly and efficiently, showing dedication and genuine concern for our well-being. The apartment is cozy, well decorated and extremely functional, making our stay even more enjoyable. The location is also excellent, with easy access to all necessary amenities. I highly recommend this location to those looking for a smooth, worry-free experience. I would definitely stay here again!

our Christmas was perfect, Mr. José's apt is wonderful, everything clean and well organized, even with rainy days we enjoy very much the heated pool that is a differential apart . The prox beaches are wonderful . We love everything and when we come back

We didn't know Ubatuba. So Alexandre asked us some questions about the beaches. The comments here also helped, for example, the magical spice restaurant that is close to the apto. The tip of parking next to the condominium instead of crossing the highway was also great. As for the apartment, everything is clean, new and working. Air conditioning in every room helped a lot to face the heat. Fast internet for work. The condominium pool is also great and big. It is in front of the apt of Alexandre. The apto has no bedding, I forgot this detail, but thank God Alexandre helped me and ended up all right. It has a toy library as well. My children liked a little on the first day. We have nothing to complain about. The stay was great, and the beaches, walks… everything collaborated for special days. Thanks Alexandre! We hope to return soon.

The apartment corresponds with the photos, is impeccable, the internet is good, and the children liked the pool very much. In addition, the apartment is easy access to the Downtown, close to markets. O Márcio is very attentive and responds quickly to messages. We sure indicated and we would stay again.

The apartment is even better in person. It was extremely clean, the system of entering by facial recognition is simply fantastic. It has a small market practically within the skip-the-line condominium and reasonable price. There is a pedestrian exit that leaves in front of the beach, you do not need to take the car out of the garage to go out to dinner in the center. Another good factor is that the location cuts much of the traffic to the beaches of the North. And the leisure within the condominium is top with clean pools clean saunas. Very good.

The first thing I notice in a stay is the shower. The Spectacular kitchen is complete with all important utensils. Comfortable beds. Air conditioning working perfectly. Condominium staff were cordial and ready. The apartment is a block from the beach, as the entrance of the building is on the parallel street to the main one, according to the photos and the description of the listing.

The house in person is more beautiful than in photos. Everything was perfect. We were able to enjoy every moment. Sara is her team were super attentive and promptly responded to all messages and provided all support and privacy during our stay. The view from the house is impressive. Personally, it is much prettier than in the pictures. I recommend the house to everyone who is interested can rent without fear and I thank Sara for sharing this special space so that we can also enjoy. The high point of the house is that wherever you are in the house you are looking at the sea.

The red house is very nice, has a very interesting coexistence area, which has provided us very special days. A delight to sleep listening to the symphony of the pererdes who live in the lake! The house is well-equipped, we only had a problem with the mixer, which did not work. I can't help but mention Cícera's kindness, who helped us a lot and made delicious food! Cute, very affectionate to our children! The house is in a quiet condominium, right after the descent of the mountain that comes from Taubaté. It is far from muvuca, which was essential for us!!

Very spacious and spacious house. The township accommodated very well our class of 15 people. The weather didn't help much but it didn't mess it up at all. Daniela gave all the information of what I had to take before and so we didn't have a problem missing anything. Sandra helped us at check-in. Commerce nearby and beach entrance as well.
