Our stay at Érica's apartment was simply wonderful! The site is extremely well organized, clean and welcoming, providing all the comfort we needed. Érica was super kind and attentive, always available to give great tips for tours around the city. His parents are also loves, very polite and welcoming, making us feel truly at home. Paraty is charming, and this experience only made the journey even more special. I'll definitely be back soon as I miss this amazing place!

The house is exactly like in the pictures. Comfortable house, clean, cozy decor, kitchen with all the necessary utensils. Well organized pool area and spacious for family lunch. We'll be back soon!

House is exactly as the photos show, are three very spacious beds and ample living space. The house is 10 min from the center of Paraty and has a sea view.

Casa as shown in the listing. Clean, spacious and very comfortable, providing a pleasant stay. The location is excellent, close to the city, allowing easy access to shopping centers and the famous historic center, without difficulties or delay (considering car travel). As for the hostess, Sara was very attentive to our needs, polite and flexible. Whenever I needed to get in touch, I was promptly answered.

We had a lovely stay at this house with extraordinary charm. It looks even more beautiful than the pictures and is incredibly well-maintained. Unfortunately the rather rainy weather did not allow us to enjoy Paraty and its surroundings as we would have liked.

My family and I were very pleased with Charles' house. Deliciosa and very cozy, the house is even better than the pictures. It has a great location, great showers, all rooms with fans. Communication was great, fast and effective We were greeted with apples in the fridge and pools of club social, a delicious treat We'll be back for sure 🙏

We just came back from an amazing stay in this house and couldn't be happier! The place is simply beautiful, with a charming decoration and all the comforts we expected. The location is perfect, close to the best beaches of Ubatuba, a very quiet and relaxing place. Vitor was extremely welcoming and helpful, always available to help us. The house was impeccably clean and well-equipped, which made our experience even more enjoyable. The house is cozy. a delight to stay. It doesn't make you want to leave. Sure, we will recommend it to all our friends and look forward to coming back soon!

This is our second time staying with them. As in the first experience we had, this one was also excellent and we intend to come back as soon as possible. The place is a paradise: to take a delicious waterfall bath just walk a few minutes; and to enjoy beautiful beaches or downtown Paraty, you just have to beat the desire to stay on the property and walk a few miles by car.

We chose Mario's house for Christmas and came back full of memorable memories. Although the rain was persistent during almost every day of our season there, we spent super pleasant days as the house gathers many attributes. The location in the middle of the woods, but just five minutes' walk from the beach, was a find. From the doors and glazed windows we saw the green and countless little birds. We used two of the house's suites, which were airy, clean and organized. The rooms are large, and the bathrooms have a jacuzzi. There is also a larger jacuzzi, in the outdoor area, which is a delight. The space is cozy and decorated well. And has networks that have been very disputed. To complete, the homemakers, Flávia and Lenilson, were very kind, and communication with Mario was super quiet. We want to come back now!

Absolutely fantastic place. Well looked after and maintained. Comfortable beds, fresh linen and towels like you get in a 5 star hotel. The host Jussara goes above and beyond to ensure that everything was perfect. Had a great time.
