We stayed in apartment 03 which was extremely clean upon arrival. The view directly to the sea gave an extra “q”. The bedrooms are large along with the living room and well equipped kitchen. I highly recommend this accommodation.

I would like to thank the property provided by Karine. The apartment is cozy, clean, complete, well-lit and well ventilated. The view is simply spectacular, could not be better, a real luxury. The location of the apartment is perfect, close to the best restaurants (2.3 blocks) and beach apartment. In my opinion the most electrified spot in BC. Our experience was perfect. Thanks again

Good morning , my family and I love the service of the staff of the building very receptive to the reservation , quick response and clear clean apartments comfortable, view to the sea , meet td what you need ,close to supermarket td, shopping mall, restaurants is finally in the resort center, we did td without taking the car from the parking lot, it has to circulate free/ if you need great price hubers. There are varieties of places to know and affordable prices from food to tours , it is very worth knowing of course that I intend to go back more often… God bless everyone

The apartment is exactly the same as the ad, very beautiful and cozy, and it has everything around, we don't need the car for anything. Unico detail that was without the protective canvases, probably due to some renovation or painting, according to Sônia. I was there the last week of January/2025.

My stay by the beach was marked by a quiet and invigorating atmosphere. The house, surrounded by lush vegetation, offered a perfect retreat to relax to the sound of the waves and the singing of birds. In addition to the surrounding nature, the proximity to diverse dining options has brought even more charm to the experience, allowing you to explore local flavors and enjoy delicious meals with stunning sea views

Our stay at Casa do Araçá was wonderful, a family weekend in paradise. The house has all the utensils necessary for the stay in terms of kitchen, also the wardrobe part, air conditioning in the bedrooms and amenities to go to the beach (chairs, tent, toys), which makes it much easier for those who travel with children. Caiques, stand ups and their respective vests are also available, which is also a differential and makes for a lot of fun! Check in and check out without any problems, everything perfect...Rose and Livia always clarifying all the doubts regarding the house and surroundings... As a suggestion, is the purchase of an Airfryer... All perfect! Let's go back!

The house has a very cool different architecture, front room with air conditioning and beautiful sea view. Many fans in the house to be able to be used in the other 2 rooms that do not have air. It has a lot of cooking utensils, plenty of pots and pans. I even used the oven for a pastry, very good the oven! There is no coffee maker (for those who are used to coffee), but it has the utensils to make past coffee (even had paper filter available, strainer, kettle and thermal). I found the kitchen cabinets and dirty drawers. But it's something that happens with beach houses. The house is very good, nothing was missing. It has a balcony in front of the very tasty kitchen, which overlooks the sea. And it's super close to the beach. Empty beach, there were not many people, in March. The very brave sea, waves that make us carry broth, with holes as soon as it enters the water, easy to drown, very careful with the children. I did not find the beach good for children, very dangerous. But there are other beaches nearby.

The house is great! Almost a private paradise. Although simple is very well-equipped, it has a huge and incredibly well maintained garden and the best possible location. The great luxury is to spend the day in contact with the sea and nature. We love it and will definitely be back.

We had a great experience in this home! It accommodates well 14 guests, with spacious and comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms. Bed linen was clean and smelling, which was a big difference. The site offers a garden and a community pool, which works super well, as well as a private garden that has ensured moments of tranquility. The location is excellent, with markets, pharmacy and bakery very close by. A point of attention would be the need for more cooking utensils, since, being a large group, we miss larger cups and pans to prepare meals. It is also worth mentioning that loud music is not allowed at any time of the day, which may be important for those looking for a more lively environment. Everything else was great! Mariangela was extremely solicitous, always available to answer our questions and help with what was necessary. It was wonderful days in the house, and we would definitely recommend it!

The complex is located in a wonderful area!!! The sunsets are fabulous. A few meters from all the fish in Lagoinha. Being on the beach gives you the freedom to go in and out whenever you want... a beautiful place to do paddle boarding and other water activities... I love it. I would come back

We had a good stay, the house is really as advertised and the beach is quiet and excellent for walks and walks. We took our little dog along and the accommodation was quite safe for her too. I recommend it!

It was a pleasure to be on vacation in that apartment. The facilities are very comfortable, very spacious and very clean. The manager Sirley received us very politely and I explain everything clearly, we even had an inconvenience with the kitchen (because we did not know how to handle it) and she told us how to solve it. It really is a place to recommend and would gladly return to rent it again. 100% recommended
