We had a great stay, the apartment is great, like the photos. I highly recommend, we stayed 4 nights, but I would like to stay for a month, we really felt at home.

It was me and my wife, and the accommodation serves two people well. Very well equipped apartment, with everything we need to stay comfortably and safely for several days. Clean, quiet and peaceful environment, even though it is very close to Praia Grande, which is very busy. Excellent location for Praia Grande, but also fast for downtown and nearby beaches by car. Very attentive and helpful Joelma, he served us quickly every time we need. We really like it!

Our experience in Dirce's apartment was great! The place is exactly as described, very well located and comfortable. Very well-organized house, clean and with pleasant spaces. I only make a reservation the bedding that could be cotton and not polyester, due to the warmth of the coastline. In the most everything great, perfect. The host always available and kind to meet questions and needs. 🫶

The Guilherme space is very cozy, all our doubts he always answered us promptly, the Camila who helped us in the cleaning and refills was wonderful. The only drawback is the traffic, for the period we were, those who like to travel on other beaches, I suggest renting in less busy periods Now who wants peace and quiet the hard beach is the right place.

We spent a wonderful week at 286th Street. The description corresponds to the site, we found the house clean and tidy and the instructions were clear, without any difficulty. Lívia helped us promptly with all the information. The cost of laundry for bed linen and towels could be waived. The house is very beautiful, the pool and the outside area are the strong point. Very green, a lot of space, the house is far from the neighbor's windows giving privacy. The location is very privileged, as it is close to the beach, silent street, and we could walk to the shopping area. Great choice, everyone (3 children and 7 adults, being 2 foreigners) loved it and we plan to return!

I was in Ubatuba for the first time, I, my wife and my 10-year-old son spent 5 days. The apartment is complete, had everything we needed and besides having the supermarket on the other side of the street which made it very easy. For being next to the highway, it is very easy to access to the beaches. When we need something, both Gilberto and Juliana met us quickly. Anyway, we just have to say thank you.
