We had a great stay! Very nice house, with easy access to the beach. Everything we needed had available, from chairs and parasols to the beach to well-equipped kitchen. Owner very attentive and concerned about helping us with what we need. I recommend with peace of mind!

We stayed 11 people. The house is very complete and equipped. Albertina a genius. the nearby beach very nice. The transit to leave by Ingleses very complicated. would still book again

The house is pretty good and easy to live in. The outside area is nice and cozy. The location is coool, close to the beach, the condominium is secure and nice even more with a children. Ana is cool and responsive. We recommend it. One think we found surprising is they locked the dressing in the main room so we have to put our close in other rooms.

The house is fabulous for a family holiday. comfortable, clean, spacious. Great. As the comments say, it has everything and more than necessary. It's on a quiet and beautiful street, the best street in the bar. Paulo attentive and kind. We love it!

We spent 3 months at Marcelo's house and it was a very good experience. The house is incredible, very well-equipped, you find everything you need. Luciana was excellent Co-host, very cordial and helpful. I recommend this location. The river tavares is very quiet, mtos restaurants, bakeries, markets. Thank you for hosting.

Excellent accommodation! The house is as the ad shows, it was clean and organized, very nice. It has all the kitchen utensils, linen and bath towels, plus chairs to take to the beach. It has gas oven, microwave, coffee maker, blender. The garage holds 4 cars (3 covered and 1 uncovered). It has air conditioning in all rooms (living room/kitchen and all bedrooms), all functioning perfectly. The host Márcio is super helpful and kind, he quickly responded when we need it. The location of the house is great, quiet neighborhood, is about 2 blocks from the beach and the market/butcher shop. We intend to return!

Very beautiful, functional apartment, has everything you need. There were 2 beach chairs we used every day and it was great. Location, despite being a little away, has nearby restaurants and markets and the sea is 1 block away! Perfect, would definitely come back

The apartment is exactly as the ad shows, super organized and extremely clean. We were very comfortable and Leandro was very kind from the beginning of communication. The kitchen is well equipped and has several grocery stores and a bag nearby, but for those who do not want to cook also have several restaurants, bakeries and snack bars. We feel very cozy, home in a very quiet place, close to the beach, I was very well attended. House with many things that add current values like Netflix, cable TV and we can still spend a few days of rain with a PS3 hehe Fred, thank you for everything, we will definitely stay at your home again for years to come.

Daniel was super requested from the first contact. Attentive, helpful, proactive. It was sensational in all our needs and requests throughout our stay. As for the site, this was our fourth time in this condominium, the place is wonderful so whenever possible we come back, and the apartment exactly matches descriptions and photos. We will definitely be back.

The apartment is beautiful, re new, located in the north of English in an area of many condominiums, comfortable, clean, super spacious. It has everything one needs. We had unforeseen events, like the air conditioner in the living room that didn't work, or a leak in the bathroom in the suite. How well I say, unforeseen that there was no way to anticipate, and that as soon as I communicated, the next day they resolved everything quickly. The Complex has places for common use that are far away, they are not the most accessible, but they are. Add that those places, are far from the depto but close to the beach, then you can approach there for example to go to the bathroom without having to go to the depto. Ayrton is super friendly, attentive to everything, even with a welcome gift. We had the bad luck of a terrible storm in the city and he sent us notifications and News channels to check before we left and not put us at risk. Thank you for everything!

The apartment is very nice and cozy with newly renovated facilities and it is all new, it has garage, washing machine, barbecue, etc..very good the building is concierge. The apartment matches the photos and description of the listing. Close to several places for food, shops and supermarkets, who like the central region of the English Beach is well worth it, I recommend.

Our stay here was great. Comfortable apartment and the community has great amenities, especially for kids. Hosts were responsive even during holidays.

Everything was great! Ana Paula is very kind and helped a lot! Everything is neat and clean. Apartment is great and comfortable. Very nice condominium with spectacular pool and nice little grocery! Gym was not cleared for use. Location is good, close to the beach, but only has one access and is very bottled. And we found with few options of good bakeries, good restaurants, good services. But it was wonderful!!! I highly recommend!!!
